No full textThe purpose of this study is to determine the influence of leadership and work motivation on employee performance CV.Win Budi Pratama. And the influence of leadership and work motivation together onthe performance of employee CV.Win Budi Pratama. As for the sample in this study is all employees onCV.Win Budi Pratama, amounting to 154 people. While the data analysis technique used is linearanalysis of multiple regression and t test and F test.Based on the results of research shows thatleadership variables significantly influence the performance with the regression value of 0.210 (21%)with a significance value of 0.042 or <0.05. While the variable of work motivation have significanteffect to performance equal to 0,210 (21%) with significance level 0,035 or <0,05. at a significancelevel of 0.036 or <0.05. In Test F it is seen that F arithmetic> F table 16,760> 2,77 with significance level 0,000 or α 0,05 consequently H0 rejected and Ha accepted which mean that variable of leadership and work motivation influence together to performance of employee CV.Win Budi Primary, it can be concluded that the third hypothesis (H3) is accepted.The value of the adjusted coefficient of determination (adjusted R2) is 0.441 means that 44.1% variation of all independent variables (leadership and work motivation) can explain the dependent variable (Employee Performance).Keywords: Leadership, Performance, Motivation

This report is about the Students’ Memorable Experiences: Study Excursion in Singapore. The purpose of writing this final report is to know the students’ memorable experiences while doing study excursion in Singapore.The data were collected through participant observation; depth interview, and questionnaire then analyzed by using qualitative descriptive method by Braun and Clarke. The interview results show that all of students remembered their trip starting from their pre-travel, during-travel, and post-travel experiences by recollecting their expectation, expected and unexpected experiences, negative and positive experiences, and the most memorable experiences collected by process, famous places, condition, and documentation. Meanwhile, the questionnaire results show that all students agreed that they can learn new thing and new experiences and almost all of students recollected their traveling memories by photographs/video

INTISARI
Analisis pendapatan adalah analisis untuk mengetahui pendapatan atau keuntungan yang diperoleh suatu usaha. Sedangkan kelayakan usaha adalah analisis untuk mengetahui apakah suatu usaha tersebut layak utuk dikembangkan atau diusahakan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pendapatan atau keuntungan yang diperoleh petani atau peternak sapi kuantan yang berada di Kecamatan Benai dan juga untuk mengetahui kelayakan usaha peternakan sapi kuantan di Kecamatan Benai. Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan pada bulan Januari – Februari 2024 di Kecamatan Benai Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei dengan cara mengumpulkan informasi dan dokumentasi melalui pengumpulan data primer dan sekunder. Peubah yang diamati adalah biaya tetap, biaya variabel, total biaya, jumlah penjualan, penerimaan, pendapatan, dan rasio kelayakan usaha. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah rata-rata total biaya produksi yang dikeluarkan peternak sebesar Rp.4.748.801, total penerimaan peternak sebesar Rp.11.510.000, dengan total pendapatan peternak sebesar Rp.6.761.199. Berdasarkan analisis kelayakan, diperoleh rasio R/C sebesar 2,42 atau >1 yang artinya peternakan sapi kuantan layak untuk dijadikan sebuah usaha. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini usaha peternakan sapi kuantan di Kecamatan Benai menguntungkan dan layak untuk dijadikan sebuah usaha.

Pengembangan Event Management System pada PT Panca Budi Pratama Menggunakan Platform Spring Boot
Get PDFPT Panca Budi Pratama sebagai perusahaan manufaktur dan distribusi internasional berupaya mengoptimalkan proses bisnis internal melalui digitalisasi sistem informasi. Salah satu bentuk implementasinya adalah pengembangan Event Management System (EMS) sebagai proyek utama dalam kegiatan praktik kerja magang. Aplikasi EMS dikembangkan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Java dan framework Spring Boot dengan pendekatan RESTful API. Sistem ini dirancang untuk mendukung pengelolaan acara internal perusahaan, termasuk pembuatan event, pengaturan tanggal, validasi kapasitas peserta, serta proses pendaftaran dan pembatalan. Pengujian endpoint dilakukan melalui Postman untuk menjamin kestabilan dan akurasi fungsionalitas sistem. Proyek ini memberikan mahasiswa pengalaman praktis dalam pengembangan API, manajemen basis data, dan pengujian sistem. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kreativitas siswa pada mata pelajaran prakarya dan kewirausahaan di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh beberapa siswa pada saat melakukan kegiatan prakarya dan kewirausahaan tidak sesuai sebagaimana mestinya, diantaranya: masih ada siswa yang kurang serius dalam mengikuti kewirausahaan dikarenakan tidak tahu apa yang akan dibuat, masih ada siswa yang kurang kreatif dalam membuat suatu produk dan terkesan membuat produk asal jadi, masih ada siswa yang tidak percaya diri dalam membuat produk sehingga karya yang dihasilkan tidak maksimal, masih ada siswa yang tidak berani memasarkan produknya sehingga produk yang telah dihasilkan terkesan sia-sia. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Pekanbaru, sedangkan objeknya adalah kreativitas siswa pada mata pelajaran prakarya dan kewirausahaan. Informan penelitian ini adalah 87 siswa untuk angket, 3 siswa sebagai informan kunci untuk wawancara. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi data. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa kreativitas siswa pada mata pelajaran prakarya dan kewirausahaan tergolong tinggi dengan persentase 79,60%. Kegiatan yang dilakukan siswa dalam kreativitas adalah: mempunyai gagasan terlebih dahulu, mengidentifikasi masalah, menemukan masalah sendiri, fokus terhadap kegiatan, displin serta tanggung jawab, ulet dan tekun dalam kegiatan, percaya kemampuan sendiri, memiliki kemampuan berpikir kritis, selalu berinisiatif, selalu berprasangka baik, dan siap mengambil resiko yang ada.

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
