Perkembangan teknologi digital telah mengubah pola rekrutmen tenaga kerja, termasuk pada perusahaan startup seperti PT Shopee International Indonesia. Dalam upaya menarik talenta muda, perusahaan semakin mengandalkan social media, strategi employer branding, dan kerja sama dengan digital influencer. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh ketiga faktor tersebut terhadap intention to apply pada Shopee.
Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan metode survei terhadap 97 responden mahasiswa semester akhir, fresh graduate dan pencari kerja aktif. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS versi 22, setelah sebelumnya data diubah ke skala interval menggunakan metode MSI (Method of Successive Interval).
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, variabel social media dan digital influencer berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap intention to apply, sedangkan employer branding tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Namun, secara simultan ketiganya berpengaruh signifikan terhadap intention to apply.
Kesimpulannya, social media dan digital influencer efektif dalam membentuk intention to apply, sementara employer branding perlu ditinjau ulang. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan bagi perusahaan dalam menyusun strategi rekrutmen digital yang lebih tepat sasaran.

Get PDFPada penelitian ini diperlukan adanya metode penelitian sebagai petunjuk yang digunakan agar mempermudah menjawab berbagai permasalahan yang dikaji. Metode yang gunakan penulis ialah metode komperatif analitik yaitu menganalisa secara komprehensif tentang makar menurut KUHP dan hukum pidana islam.Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Indonesia merupakan salah satu dari sekian banyak negara hukum. Di dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintahan, Indonesia dibatasi oleh Undang Undang Dasar 1945. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Indonesia dikatakan sebagai negara hukum, kerena di dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintahannya terdapat pembatasan kekuasaan. Konstitusi yang dimiliki Indonesia merupakan salah satu bentuk prinsip-prinsip negara hukum dan demokrasi. Adanya pembatasan kekuasaan, merupakan faktor pendukung dari prinsip-prinsip negara hukum dan demokrasi lainnya, yaitu hak asasi manusia. Hak asasi manusia di Indonesia yang berkaitan dengan penyelenggaraan pemerintahan, tertuang di dalam Pasal 28 Undang-Undang Dasar Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 1945. Di dalam Pasal tersebut kebebasan berserikat, berkumpul, maupun mengemukakan pendapat secara lisan maupun tulisan dijamin dan ditetapkan di dalam Undang-Undang. Indonesia sebagai negara hukum, telah terikat dengan adanya pembatasan kekuasaan oleh konstitusi, dan adanya hak-hak asasi manusia yang dijamin di dalam Undang-Undang. Maka dari itu pidato beserta surat yang dibuat oleh Sri Bintang Pamungkas bukan termasuk tindak pidana makar dengan maksud menggulingkan suatu pemerintahan yang sah sebagaimana diatur dalam pasal 107 KUHP, namun yang dilakukan Sri Bintang Pamungkas merupakan sutu bentuk hak sebagai warga negara untuk menyampaikan pendapat sebagaimana diatur dalam Pasal 28 Undang-Undang Dasar Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 1945.
Dari penjelasan diatas, Penulis menyarankan kepada Aparat Penegak Hukum dalam hal penerapan pasal 107 KUHP dan/atau menetapkan seseorang sebagai tersangka dugaan tindak pidana makar lebih berhati-hati. Karena tindakan makar sudah sangat jelas berbeda dengan penyampaian aspirasi masayarakat yang merupakan hak setiap warga negara dan dilindungi oleh konstitusi
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature.
