Nilai Kearifan Lokal dan Strata Sosial Tradisi Perayaan Maulid Nabi Muhammad SAW di Desa Kemuja, Kabupaten Bangka
Mawlid Nabi is the anniversary of the birth of the Prophet Muhammad SAW which is held every 12 Rabi'ul Awal. By some people, the birthday of the prophet is commemorated as a review of the memory of the birth as well as the struggle of the Prophet Muhammad in spreading the da'wah of Islam throughout his life. There are many ways that people do in commemorating the birthday of the prophet and each region has its own way. The Kemuja village community is one of them. The celebration of the Birthday of the Prophet Muhammad SAW in the village of Kemuja embeds various series of activities with Islamic nuances, such as cultural festivals, barzanji readings, nganggung, and closed with a gathering to eat together. The purpose of this study is to describe the values of local wisdom contained in the implementation of the tradition of celebrating the birthday of the Prophet Muhammad SAW in the village of Kemuja. The method used in this research is qualitative method. The techniques used in obtaining this data are observation, interviews, and literature study. Data analysis used descriptive qualitative by describing, analyzing, interpreting, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study found the values of local wisdom and social strata inherent in the tradition of celebrating the birthday of the Prophet Muhammad in Kemuja village. The value of wisdom for peace and the value of wisdom for prosperity. Social strata are not a problem for most Kemuja villagers regarding the implementation of the prophet's birthday celebration. This is evidenced by the implementation of celebrations that take place lively, lively, and magnificently from year to year, so that this can be transformed as empowerment to form a fortress of prosperity and peace in society.

Oleh sebagian masyarakat, maulid nabi diperingati sebagai ulasan memori kelahiran sekaligus perjuangan Nabi Muhammad dalam menebarkan dakwah Islam sepanjang hidupnya. Ada banyak cara yang di lakukan masyarakat dalam memperingati maulid nabi dan setiap daerah mempunyai caranya masing-masing. Masyarakat desa Kemuja adalah salah satunya. Perayaan Maulid Nabi Muhammad SAW di desa Kemuja menyematkan berbagai rangkaian kegiatan yang bernuansa islami, seperti festival budaya, pembacaan barzanji, nganggung, dan ditutup dengan silaturahmi makan bersama. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan nilai-nilai kearifan lokal yang terdapat dalam pelaksanaan tradisi perayaan maulid Nabi Muhammad SAW di desa Kemuja. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif. Teknik yang digunakan dalam memperoleh data ini adalah observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Analisis data menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif dengan cara mendeskripsikan, menganalisis, menginterpretasi, dan menarik simpulan. Hasil penelitian ditemukan nilai-nilai kearifan lokal dan strata sosial yang melekat dalam tradisi perayaan maulid Nabi Muhammad SAW di desa Kemuja. Nilai kearifan untuk kedamaian dan nilai kearifan untuk kesejahteraan. Strata sosial bukan menjadi sebuah problema oleh sebagian besar masyarakat desa Kemuja terhadap pelaksanaan perayaan maulid nabi. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan pelaksanaan perayaan yang berlangsung ramai, meriah, dan megah dari tahun ke tahun, sehingga hal demikian dapat ditransformasikan sebagai pemberdayaan untuk membentuk benteng kesejahteraan dan kedamaian di masyarakat.

Prosedur Penyusunan Anggaran Belanja pada Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kota Medan
Menjalankan suatu kegiatan operasional, baik itu pada perusahaan maupun
pada instansi pemerintah, tidak terlepas dari dari kegiatan penyusunan anggaran.
Anggaran bertujuan agar perusahaan atau istansi pemerintah dapat mengetahui
dan memprediksi jumlah anggaran yang direncanakan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan
operasional.
Pada dasarnya, tujuan perusahaan dan instansi pemerintah dalam menyusun
anggaran memiliki tujuan yang berbeda. Dalam suatu perusahaan, penyusunan
anggaran bertujuan untuk memprediksi tingkat aktivitas operasi dan keuangan
perusahaan di masa mendatang sedangkan pada instansi pemerintah, penyusunan
anggaran bertujuan untuk membiayai semua kebutuhan program yang dijalankan
serta realisasinya dapat sesuai dengan yang ditetapkan.
Anggaran adalah rencana kuantitatif yang meliputi aspek keuangan dan non
keuangan, dari pengertian tersebut, maka fungsi utama anggaran adalah sebagai
salah satu instrumen perencanaan. Sistem penganggaran merupakan prosedur dan
kebijakan seperangkat komponen anggaran yang saling terkait satu dengan yang

An educator has an important role in shaping the intelligence of students in developing their thinking potential and spiritual potential, so as to create a generation that is able to lead themselves, their people and national civilization. Apart from teaching knowledge to students, the teacher's role must also be able to act as a parent to their students.
The task of educators, apart from teaching subject matter, is also to supervise the development of the character and morals of their students. With this book, researchers are able to understand the concept of etiquette that teachers must use in conveying knowledge to their students and the etiquette of a student in receiving knowledge from a teacher as stated in the Concept of Teacher and Student Adab in the Book of Adabul 'Alim Wal Muta'alim by KH. Hasyim Asy'ari and its relevance to basic education.
In this research the author used a qualitative approach with a library study type of research. This research involves searching and using literature, journals, books, papers, and other sources relevant to the research topic. Literary research is often carried out to gain an in-depth understanding of the subject under study, analyze existing theories and support or test hypotheses. The data collected in this research is in the form of quotations, summaries or syntheses from relevant sources. In this research, the data collection technique used by the author in preparing this thesis was from the book Adabul Alim wal Muta'allim, as well as other documentary books that are relevant to the research discussion.
The conclusions from the results of the research conducted by the researcher are: (1) Teacher etiquette consists of three topics including: etiquette towards oneself, etiquette towards lessons, and etiquette towards students; There are three topics of student etiquette, including: etiquette towards oneself, etiquette towards the teacher, and etiquette towards lessons and relationships with the teacher and colleagues. (2) Meanwhile, the relevance of the adabul book 'Alim wal muta'allim by KH. Hasyim Asy'ari with basic level education, namely through the application of teacher and student etiquette that has been taught and has relevance to basic level education, including: developing noble morals, increasing discipline and order, strengthening relationships between teachers and students, as well as encouraging cooperation and mutual respect between teachers and students
Conversion of African Americans to Islam : a sociological analysis of the Nation of Islam and associated groups
'Conversion of African Americans to Islam: A Sociological Analysis of the Nation of
Islam Associated groups' is an empirical study of the religious experience of people
who had/have distinctive features in terms of race, ethnicity and historical experience.
The purpose of this thesis is to demonstrate how African Americans' (AAs) conversion
experience in general, and the Nation of Islam associated groups' conversion in
particular, differ from the studies of recruitment and conversion in the sociology of
religion and New Religion Movements (NRMs). More specifically, their recruitment
and conversion experiences to Islam diverge from those who converted to mainstream
Islam. The study investigates how AAs' historical experience, soci-economic
difficulties and the racism they encountered shaped and influenced their religious
understanding.
Research methods involved participant observations, a survey questionnaire, interviews,
conversations, personal communications and correspondence. To collect ethnographic
data eleven months field research was conducted mainly in the Chicago area and on two
short visits to Detroit, and three years continued communications with Muslim officials
and academics in the area. During the field research and afterwards through personal
communication 181 survey questionnaire responses were received, and 23 Muslim
officials, academics and ordinary Muslims were interviewed through semi-structured,
unstructured interviews, conversation and correspondence.
The thesis begins with a brief history of Islam and Muslims in general and the African
American Muslims (AAMs) in particular. More emphasis is given on the historical
development of the Nation of Islam (NOl). Then in Chapter III, discussions of schisms
in the history of the NOT are examined from sociological perspectives of social and
religious movements. In Chapter IV I aimed to formulate my own perspective to
analyse and study the conversion experiences of AAMs to Islam. I used a multivariate
approach, considering selectively widely held conversion and recruitment theories in the
sociology of the religion. I consider in Chapter V the predisposing conditions for AAMs
that influence their decision-making to join in the NOT, for example, political and
nationalistic sentiments and socio-economic deprivations. In Chapter VI I have applied
different terms to describe their religious experiences, such as conversion, alteration and
reversion. I have analysed further their encounters with the NOT, the methods of
recruitment they used and their major motives for joining the NOT and converting to
Tslam. In the concluding chapters (Chapter VII VTTT) I describe the different responses
of AAMS to Islam following the death of Elijah Muhammad. It is found out that the
Islamic appeal has polarised. While Farakhan's NOT appeared to continue the tradition
and style of the old NOI with the emphasis on nationalistic and socio-economic factors,
Tmam W. D. Mohammed's community turned more to the religious and spiritual aspects
of Tslam. These different approaches led to a polarisation of the appeal of Tslam to
AAMS.

Ethical Values of Online Islamic Education Based on the Perspective of KH. Hasyim Asy'ari
This study aims to explain the reality of the teaching of Islamic education (PAI) through the online system during the coronavirus pandemic that affects ethical values from the point of view of the book of Adab al-'Alim wa al-Muta'allim by KH. M. Hasyim Asy'ari. There are four focuses in this article: (1) the concept of Islamic education (PAI), (2) the problems of PAI learning through an online system, (3) the ethical values of PAI learning from the perspective of the book of Adab al-Alim wa al-Muta'allim and (4) analysis of the ethical values of PAI learning through an online system based on the perspective of the book of Adab al-Alim wa al-Muta'allim. This article is based on library research. In collecting the data, the authors use the method of documentation and recording. To analyze the data, the author uses content and descriptive analysis. In this article, the author argues that according to the book of Adab al-Alim wa al-Muta'allim, online learning cannot meet the ethical standards that should be obtained through face-to-face learning. In order to address this issue, there are some recommendations: (1) at the beginning of the online lesson; the teacher can start by reading the Quran, reciting dhikr, or repeating the memorization of short verses of the Quran, or hadiths, (2) the amount and the pace of the lesson must be adjusted, (3) If it is necessary, additional learning can be provided, by a home visit with the application of strict health protocols of Covid-19. 
Modern Arabic literary biography : a study of character portrayal in the works of Egyptian biographers of the first half of the twentieth century, with special reference to literary biography
In Chapter one, I presented a comparative definition of the meaning of Sirah (PI.Siyar), Tarjamah (Pl. Tarajim), Manaqib, Tabaqat and Maghazi as they were understood in antiquity. I also showed how the meaning of Sirah in modern times has only narrowly developed. Although the method of biographical writing continuously developed in Europe, it hardly progressed in Modem Arabic Literature. The only exception was seen in the writings by the pioneers of enlightenment in Egypt at the beginning of the twentieth century. This change of direction relied on borrowing European methodology in biographical writing.
In chapter two, I reviewed the early attempts at writing biographies in the nineteenth century by Abd al Rahman al- Jabarti and Ali Mubarak. Although both were the first
pioneers in this respect, yet they followed the footpath of classical approach above all that of al-Maqarizi from whom -Ali Mubarak derived inspiration in his book Al-Khitat al-Tawfiqiyyah.
In chapter three, I studied the twentieth century, starting with traditional biography writers who could not employ European methodologies and whose writings oscillated between biographical notes and biographical sketches; or whose texts were more of a literary study than a biography proper.
In chapters four to nine, I selected the most renowned, productive writers who best represented methodologies of biography writing. Perhaps certain writers have not
been mentioned in this period of study. This is not out of negligence but simply because their texts were totally out of reach, or their writings did not exhibit the
required literary criteria.
All methodologies representing the theory of biography writing in Egypt have been analysed in these chapters. All, in fact, form a digestion or assimilation of French,English and German schools. In Egypt, Taha Husayn is considered the chairman of the French school, al-Mazini and al-Aqqad of the English/German schools, al-Nuwaihi of the psychoanalytical/anatomical school and Sidqi who employed both. By contrast, al Iryan was the trailblazer of the distinguished biographical novel.
In these chapters, I tried to lay out the general outlines these writers have produced in the production of biographical texts, and how these attempts were a successful step on the road of presenting literary biographies characterized by high world standards.
Chapter ten may well seem traditional, but it is important to give a comparative outlook on the views of biography writers themselves when they study and analyse
the same character.
Among the characters studied ,I selected Bashsliar, Abu Nuwas, Ibn al-Run-i, al-Mutanabbi and al-Maarri. These are outstanding landmarks in the history of Arab verse and the subject of a multitude of studies as well. Modern biographers took these figures as a test field for the deployment and employment of biographical methodologies. I selected these examples to provide comparisons and explain how far these biographies were successful in producing a biography or a profile of those classical poets.
The conclusion and the bibliographical list arrived at the end of research.
I wish, however, to clarify one important point here. It seems that I could not fix the year 1950 as the temporal parameter of my research but took some textswhich were
published shortly beyond that point. The reason for this obvious extension was either to give additional useful details or simply because chapters of such texts had already
been published prior to that year and were known to the readership.
At times I would satisfy myself with analysing the part rather than the whole. This again was meant to eschew repetition or was due to the fact that the book in question
was not available
Ibn Jamāʻah's educational thought
This thesis is an attempt to study Ibn Jama'ah's approach to educational reform as illustrated in his Tadhkirat al-Sami' wa al-Mutakallim fi Adab al-'Alim wa al Muta'allim. Ibn Jama'ah (639-733 A.H. / 1241-1333 A.D.) was a distinguished Shafi'i Chief Judge and prominent scholar of Islamic studies during the Bahri Mamluk's Sultanate in Egypt and Syria. Ibn Jama'ah's theory of education reflects an emphasis on the Qur'an and hadith as primary sources of knowledge. Specifically, his suggestions for curriculum composition are designed to facilitate the evolution of a pious, religiously oriented generation of scholars. Ibn Jama'ah emphasizes the need for the teacher to foster motivation among his student body. Furthermore, he recommends that the teacher carefully gauge his students' abilities and limits. Another critical component of Ibn Jama'ah's educational program is the need for the teacher to realize the influence he has on his students; consequently, he must carry himself in a respectable and pious manner. He also addresses the various duties needed for a student to excell in his studies. In his evaluation of the teacher and student relationship, one can detect his affiliation with the Sufi khanqah tradition
Public Perception of Corporate Social Responsbility (CSR) at the Hadji Kalla Foundation Through a Netnography Approach
This study aims to analyze public perception of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs run by the Hadji Kalla Foundation through a netnography approach. The netnography approach is used to observe public interaction with the Hadji Kalla Foundation's CSR content uploaded through social media and other digital platforms. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection through digital observation and analysis of netizen comments on CSR-related content. The results of the study indicate that public perception of the Hadji Kalla Foundation's CSR programs is very positive, especially in the fields of education, health, economic empowerment, and social assistance. Most of the community interactions are in the form of comments expressing gratitude, appreciation, and high interest in the programs being run. In addition, this study found that the use of social media as a means of CSR communication has an important role in building a positive image of the foundation. Based on these findings, the Hadji Kalla Foundation is advised to continue developing CSR programs that focus on community empowerment and strengthening digital communication to increase community involvement
