The Empowerment Strategy On Fishermen Community In Pondok Kelapa Village, Pondok Kelapa Subdistrict,Bengkulu Tengah District, Bengkulu Province
The purposes of this study is to identify factors that affect the emerging of poverty and to formulate policy strategies in empowering fishermen communities in the village of Pondok Kelapa, Pondok Kelapa subdistrict, Bengkulu Tengah regency.This research was case study using descriptive methods. The number of sample (respondent) of the study was 30 (thirty) individuals, 5 (five) were from the regional work units of Bengkulu Tengah regency and 25 (twenty five) consisted of fishermen, traders (middlemen), and the fisherman's wives (traders). The methods of analysis used in this study were: (1) descriptive analysis used to describe the causes of poverty happening to the people in the study sites, and (2) SWOT analysis used to formulate strategies on empowerment of fishermen communities at the sites.Results of the study show that the identified social aspects were: the low education of respondents, the large number of family members that must be defrayed, and the unpredictable natural factors. In economic aspect, it was found that fishermen were affected by the fish catches and inadequate income. Whereas in the institutional aspect, it was found that respondents were enthusiastic to join the group, but the problem were as the knowledge and guidance was low. From the SWOT analysis, it was obtained five strategies to empower the fishermen community, namely: (1). Development of fisheries technology, (2). Development of appropriate technologies mastery, (3). Development of fisheries diversification, (4). Building of facilities and infrastructures for fishery business, and (5). Institutional reinforcement of coastal communities
Analisis Dampak Ekonomi Pelaksanaan Jalan Simpang Rukis - Tanjung Kemuning Provinsi Bengkulu
Public transportation is transportation that is needed by most urban communities, a city cannot survive without public transportation. The main objective of this study is to determine the reduction of road user costs and financial analysis of NPV (Net Present Value) and BCR (Benefit Cost Ratio). The research method used is descriptive which is used to analyze the impact of time and cost savings, the method used is a descriptive statistical method, NPV and BCR Financial Impact Testing and investment feasibility sensitivity analysis. The results showed the cost efficiency of road users was Rp. 600,001.24 and increase travel speed to 50 km / hour. Vehicle Operating Costs (BOK) consist of fixed costs and operational cost components. Efficiency of expansion of vehicle operations to Rp. 1,921,187. From the financial analysis the implementation path of Simpang Rukis - Tanjung Kemuning is economically feasible. This is the result of a performance with NPV of Rp. 1,921,187, -> 0 and BCR 1.18> 1. Sensitivity analysis is shown when costs increase by 15%, NPV is Rp. 1,921,187 and BCR decreased to 1.03. When the benefits decrease by 15%, the NPV drops to Rp. 1,306,921,187 and BCR up to 1,004. When costs increase by 15% and benefits decrease by 15%, the NPV drops to Rp. 1,306,921,187 and BCR to 0.87 and the road is economically unfeasible. Conclusion, with the construction and maintenance of roads and bridges at Simpang Rukis - Tanjung Kemuning, it is hoped that the pace of transportation is efficient and economical so that it can accelerate the economy of Bengkulu province, especially the people of Simpang Rukis - Tanjung Kemuning.

This research focuses on the selection of policy strategy priorities in Kepahiang District in making a right decision to carry out priority scale development, with the method used in this research is to use a SWOT analysis approach. The results of this study concluded that the results of the weighting of the SWOT questionnaire, then the proposed alternative strategies that can be recommended are the Strength - Opportunity (SO) Strategy, a strategy that uses power to take advantage of opportunities with funding support from the central government in the form of transfers, the availability of facilities and economic infrastructure, developing tourism potential, and maintaining Kepahiang District as an agricultural / coffee granary area
Analisis Pelaksanaan Program Sanitasi Berbasis Masyarakat terhadap Pemberdayaan Masyarakat di Kelurahan Bajak Kecamatan Teluk Segara Kota Bengkulu
This study aims to determine the level of empowerment, socio-cultural success, and the success of community-based sanitation programs using descriptive research that provides a detailed description of a particular situation, structure or social relationship. The analytical method used is the Likert scale, the Likert scale is used to measure the description and analysis of the implementation of the community-based sanitation program, then the reliability test is carried out. The results of the research using a questionnaire in the Likert Scale calculation, the interpretation of the score is in the number 81% to 100%, the percentage listed is very strong. Based on the results of the study using the validity test with a value of rcount (Corrected Item-Total Correlation)> rtabel of 0.2272, it is thus said to be valid, while the reliability test obtained a success rate of 0.824, socio-culture of 0.742, and a program success rate of 0.793 which means the three variables declared reliable or meet the requirements. This, the success rate of implementing the community-based sanitation program with this program has been carried out efficiently and has actually activated community participation in its implementation
Customer Perception Of Results System In Bank Muamalat Kcp Curup
iB Muamalat Regular Savings has a low-cost savings concept, apart from not being subject to customer administration fees, cash withdrawals are also free of charge and a very profitable profit-sharing system. The purpose of this study was to determine customer perceptions of the profit-sharing system for the iB Muamalat Regular savings product at Bank Muamalat KCP Curup . The data collection method used a questionnaire on 60 customers who had iB Muamalat savings at Bank Muamalat KCP Curup. The analytical method used is rating scale analysis. Based on the results of the study, the average respondent's assessment of customer perceptions of the profit sharing system at Bank Muamalat KCP Curup was 249.83 with the rating criteria agreeing. This means that customers agree that internal factors and external factors will influence customer perceptions of the profit-sharing system assessment applied to iB Muamalat Regular savings at Bank Muamalat KCP Curup. Internal factors are the highest of the factors that influence customer perceptions of the profit sharing system that exists at Bank Muamalat KCP Curup. Because internal factors are factors that come directly from within the customer External factors are the lowest factors because a customer considers the profit sharing applied by Bank Muamalat KCP Curup to their value not because of the influence of other people

Type of key data used secondary data is district / municipality located in the province of Bengkulu years 2009‐2013. The result using 7.0 eviews Program found that the factors positively and significantly affect economic growth during the years 2009‐2013 Bengkulu province is the observation variable length Roads, Energy and Water, although variable Phone has a negative correlation, but a significant impact on economic growth

This research discusses the importance of family financial management training for rural communities. Rural communities often face challenges in effectively managing their family finances, due to a lack of necessary knowledge and skills. This training aims to provide a better understanding of how to manage income, organize budgets, and make wise investments. Effective training methods, such as interactive lectures, role plays, and case studies, can be used to improve participants' understanding and skills. By improving financial literacy among rural communities, it is expected to help them make better financial decisions and improve overall family welfare. This article also discusses the challenges that may be faced in delivering financial training in rural areas, including accessibility, culture and economic factors. Further research and sustained efforts are needed to expand the scope of financial training and ensure that rural communities can access the resources they need to improve their financial management
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
