Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang pengelolaan perpustakaan dalam meningkatkan minat kunjung siswa di SMP N 2 Bangkinang Kota, penelitian ini mengunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1)Untuk mengetahui implementasi menejemen perpustakaan dalam meningkatkan minat kunjung siswa di SMP N 2 Bangkinang Kota, 2)Untuk mengetahui faktor penghambat dan pendukung menejemen perpustakaan dalam meningkatkan minat kunjung siswa di SMP N 2 Bangkinang Kota, adapun informan utama dalam penelitian ini kepala perpustakaan, sedangkan informan pendukung 2 orang pegawai perpustakaan dan 2 orang siswa kelas IX. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah impelementasi manajemen perpustakaan dalam meningkatkan minat kunjung siswa di SMP N 2 Bangkinang Kota, hasil penelitian ini menunjukan manajemen perpustakaan di SMP N 2 Bangkinang Kota sudah baik dalam meningkatkan minat kunjung siswa ini ditunjukan dalam porses perencanaan mereka membuat pendingin ruangan, menyediakan komputer dan menambah tempat belajar. segala upaya dan daya telah di upayakan oleh segenap karyawan perpustakaan untuk menarik minat kunjung siswa. Faktor penghambat dalam impelementasi manajemen perpustakaan dalam meningkatkan minat kunjung siswa di SMP N 2 Bangkinang Kota terdapat faktor penghambat, yaitu koleksi buku bacaan masih sedikit, kurangnya pembaharuan buku dan lokasi perpustakaan dan jarak lokal yang jauh, sedangkang faktor pendukung dalam minat kunjung siswa di perpustakaan adalah, memberi motovasi kepada siswa, para guru yang mengajak untuk belajar ke perpustakaan, dan memberikan reward kepada siswa yang rajin berkunjung ke perpustakaan sekolah.

Biosorption of anionic and cationic azo dye onto red macro alga : Determination of the significant variables using resolution V fractional factorial design
Naturally inspired biosorbent from macro algae species are favored because of its excellent biosorptive capability and low cost. The present investigation reports the potential of red macro-alga, E. spinosum as a biosorbent to remove both anionic and cationic azo dyes, namely Acid Yellow 17 (AY17) and Methylene Blue (MB) from aqueous solution. A resolution V fractional factorial design (2v5-1) analysis was employed to study the main effects and interaction of variables on the biosorption process. Factorial matrix with five variables; pH (2–12), dosage (0.4–2 g/L), initial concentration (50–200 mg/L), contact time (5–120 min) and temperature (30-50 °C) at two levels were conducted in batch study. Pareto charts and ANOVA (within 95% confidence level) were applied to examine the relationship and significance between independent variables and their interactions. A regression model with R2AY17 = 0.9998 and R2MB = 0.9995 was implemented to fit the experimental data. The results obtained indicated that the most significant variables that affected biosorption process were initial concentration and the dosage of the dyes. Experimental screenings are crucial in optimization studies. The remarkable performance of E. spinosum as biosorbent to absorb both dyes shows a great potential to be implemented for local marine macro alga as an alternative. Resource for biosorption process

Democracy, Like Revolution, is Unattainable Without Women
The biggest challenge facing women in Arab Spring countries is transforming their leadership and attendant influence during the revolutions into high-level governance positions, both elected and appointed, after the revolutions.
To achieve this goal, reform efforts should include: 1) amending election laws to increase the proportion of women represented at the local, state, and national levels; 2) increasing high-level employment opportunities; and 3) using public education to highlight the role of women and counter perceptions of traditional gender roles.Peer reviewe

A rectifier is an electrical device that converts alternating current (AC), which periodically reverses direction, to direct current (DC), which flows in only one direction. Rectifiers have many uses, but are often found serving as components of DC power supplies and high-voltage direct current power transmission systems. Rectification may serve in roles other than to generate direct current for use as a source of power. This project presents a full wave rectification. This project will use the full wave bridge rectifier. A full-wave rectifier converts the whole of the input waveform to one of constant polarity (positive or negative) at its output. Mathematically, this corresponds to the absolute value function. Two coil will be put parallel each other for wireless power transfer. One coil at the output supply circuit and the other at input load circuit. In order to verify the circuit, a simulation and system prototype of the wireless power transfer system has been built and implemented. The receiving power at different lateral offset between primary coil and secondary coil was also measured. The simulated and experimental results confirmed that the proposed system makes it possible to apply for the wireless connection activate the Bulb
