Get PDFThis research departs from radicalism and extremism problems that causes disturbance in Indonesia even in the midst of a global society. On the other hand, education among Muslims is also struggling with the problem of unpreparedness to face the modern era and the progress of the times. The purpose of this research is to describe the interpretation of moderate Islamic values and progressive education at the Bumi Shalawat Islamic Boarding School, the form of its implementation, and its integration.
This research is qualitative, namely research that maximizes informants as research subjects. The type of research used is included in the field research category where researchers go directly to the field to find out the process of implementing and integrating moderate Islamic values and progressive education at Pondok Pesantren Bumi Shalawat Sidoarjo. The techniques used for data collection are interviews, observation, and documentation. While the triangulation technique is used to check the validity of the data.
The results of the existing research show: (1) the interpretation of moderate Islamic values at the Bumi Shalawat Islamic Boarding School includes (a) precision positioning, (b) alignment of reason and textual sources, (c) pious spiritual-social piety, (d) respect for differences, (d) love for the homeland, (f) shura, while the interpretation of progressive education is closely related to (a) orientation to the progress of the times, (b) the concept of learning is more flexible, (c) student-centered, (d) prioritizing practice and skills, (e) community miniature. (2) the implementation of moderate Islamic values through (a) academic programs, (b) exemplary, (c) practice, (d) habituation, (e) cross-madzhab learning, (f) monitoring, while the implementation of progressive education through (a) majors and specializations (b) progressive skills development programs and extracurriculars, (c) scientific papers, (d) outdoor learning and community service, (e) SKS program (f) international class program (g) active and interactive learning. Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Get PDFThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Variations on the Author
Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used

episode tentang solat. Dan sejauh mana anak-anak mengenal film animasi Nussa dan rara
ini dalam kehidupan mereka dengan tantangan yang saat ini di zaman yang selalu
menggunakan teknologi, khususnya untuk melakukan kewajiban sholat.
Pertanyaan dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) Bagaimana gambaran anak Tpq Al-Husna
tentang film animasi nussa dan rara dalam edisi solat itu wajib? (2) Bagaimana
pandangan tanggapan anak Tpq Al-Husna setelah menonton film animasi nussa dan rara
dalam edisi solat itu wajib? (3) Bagaimana sikap anak Tpq Al-Husna setelah menonton
film animasi nussa dan rara dalam edisi solat itu wajib?.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) Untuk mengetahui gambaran anak tentang kewajiban
solat dalam film animasi nussa dan rara dalam edisi solat itu wajib. (2) Untuk mengetahui
pandangan tanggapan anak tentang kewajiban solat dalam film animasi nussa dan rara
dalam edisi solat itu wajib. (3) Untuk mengetahui sikap anak tpq al-husna setelah
menonton film animasi nussa dan rara dalam edisi solat itu wajib.
Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Sumber data yang
digunakan yaitu sumber data primer dan sekunder, sedangkan teknik pengumpulan
datanya ialah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data penelitian ini
menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus menurut Creswell.
Hasil Penelitian ini adalah : Pertama, mengetahui gambaran anak tentang kewajiban solat
yaitu bahwa ada 10 anak yang bangun ketika dibangunkan oleh saudara atau orangtuanya
5 anak tidak bangun, dan 5 anak berjamaah 10 tidak berjamaah. Kedua, untuk mengetahui
pandangan anak tentang kewajiban solat yaitu a. menarik karena gambar film nya bagus,
b. bagus karena menarik warna cara berpakaiannya, c. sangat menghibur, d. sangat
menarik, tapi nussa suka jahilin rara, e. editannya kartunnya bagus, sangat menarik film
nya, f. Sangat menghibur kartunya, g. Menarik karena gambar film nya bagus, h. Banyak
pelajaran didalam kartun nussa dan rara, i. Sangat menarik film nya, j. Bagus karena
menarik warna-warna berpakaiannya, k. Sangat menghibur, l. Tokoh kartunnya lucu, m.
Menarik film kartunnya, n. Editan kartunnya bagus, o. Banyak manfaat dan pesan dalam
film nussa dan rara Ketiga, Sikap anak setelah menonton film animasi nussa dan rara ini
bisa disimpulkan bahwa sikap anak meniru atau mempergerakan adegan film animasi
yang mereka tonton seperti solatnya jadi lebih rajin bacaan solatnya mulai lancar
