Nicéforo Blemida y la estatua del soberano `O Basilik’j 'Andri£j c. 1254 d.C.
No full textThis article presents a brief summary of the historic and philologicalresearch of the fount `O Basilik'j 'Andri£j (The Sovereign's Statue) of the Byzantine writer Nicephorus Blemides. The discourse belongs to the Byzantine rhetorico-political tradition of the "Mirrors of Princes" and is directed to the Emperor Theodorus II Lascaris. It constitutes and ethico political admonition to the sovereign and, at the same time, it tells of its author's erudition and of the vogue of classical studies in the Byzantine world of the 13th century, which was particularly affected by the devastation of the fourth crusade. The article places historically both the author and his discourse, offers a summary of the work in Spanish language and its presents a complete bibliographical repertory. El artículo presenta de modo resumido el resultado de la investigaciónhistórica y filológica de la fuente `O Basilik'j 'Andri£j (La Estatua del Soberano) del escritor bizantino Nicéforo Blemida. El discurso, inserto en la tradición retórico-política bizantina de los "Espejos de Príncipe" y dirigido al emperador Teodoro II Láscaris, constituye una admonición ético-política al soberano y da cuenta, al mismo tiempo, de la erudición de su compositor y de la vigencia de los estudios clásicos en el mundo bizantino del siglo XIII, particularmente afectado por la devastación de la Cuarta Cruzada. El artículo sitúa históricamente al autor y su discurso, ofrece un resumen de la obra en lengua castellana y presenta un completo repertorio bibliográfico.

No full textMuseum Pustaka Peranakan Tionghoa adalah sebuah museum non-profit yang didirikan pada tahun 2011 dengan tujuan mengenalkan tokoh-tokoh etnis Tionghoa yang memiliki peran signifikan untuk negara, yang merupakan bagian dari jati diri bangsa Indonesia. Atas dasar keinginan pak Azmi untuk melakukan perluasan fisik museum, aktivitas museum, dan fungsi museum, beliau akan membuat museum sah secara hukum menjadi museum sejarah. Harapan beliau untuk membuat museum lebih besar dan menjadi ruang publik sehingga lebih efektif dalam melaksanakan misi dan visinya kepada massa yang lebih besar. Oleh karena itu solusi yang diusulkan adalah perancangan rebranding untuk Museum Pustaka Peranakan Tionghoa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada tugas akhir ini adalah metode campuran yang berupa wawancara dengan bapak Ir. Azmi selaku pendiri museum, penyebaran kuesioner, studi eksisting, dan studi kasus. Harapan penulis adalah dengan merancang strategi brand baru yang kuat, distinctive, dan juga menunjukkan jati diri dapat membantu Museum Pustaka Peranakan Tionghoa memajukan visi dan misinya

Entre aquestes es destaquen les discussions en torn la importància del llenguatge en la configuració de l’acció i de la comprensió humana, així com el pensament dialèctic i la hermenéutica. Més enllà, s’apunta també la importància de superar la fossa entre les distintes formes de coneixement, consciència i expressió humana, complementant-se el discurs analític i ‘científic’ amb el discurs poètic, artístic, així com altres formes de pràctiques d’accés al coneixement i a la consciència a l’hora de construir-se un pensament complex ampliat.En el artículo el autor argumenta por la necesaria ampliación de lo que se viene

Application of Burhani Epistemology to Science Verses (Applied Studies in the Book of Science Verses)

Meanwhile, Agus Purwanto is the relation of Islamic science in the construction of Islamic science with an approach to Kauniyyah verses including the integration variant of the Islamization of science pattern. What about the Book of Tafsir Verses on Science written by Andri Nirwana? This research is qualitative research, critical discourse analysis, the study of scientists' thinking using document studies in the form of books, journals, diktats and other notes. As well as adding direct interviews with the author to confirm any required data. This article finds the results of an analysis study of Islamic science relations carried out on Andri Nirwana's thoughts. Andri Nirwana is the author of a book that applies Reasoning Burhani in the Kauniyyah verses approach, he tries to break down the pattern of Islamic science relations in the book "Tafsir Ayat Ayat Ilmu". The results of research carried out by researchers are the findings of the relationship between Reasoning Burhani and Kauniyah verses, namely the linking of verses from the Qur'an to science and technology, especially science with the pattern of Islamization of science, patterns of justification and sacralization and the relationship of Islamic science in the construction of Islamic science with a verse approach. -Kauniyyah verses are included in the integrated variant of the Islamization of science pattern

This study aims to determine the Effect of Cash Turnover, accounts receivable turnover, inventory turnover, and sales growth on profitability. The variables used in this study are Cash Turnover, accounts receivable turnover, inventory turnover, sales growth and profitability. This research was conducted using quantitative methods with an associative approach.
The population in this study is the annual financial statements of the consumer sub-sector and household appliances listed on the Stock Exchange in the period 2010-2016 as many as 5 companies and taken as many as 35 financial statements. In this study sampling was done by purposive sampling technique. The data collection technique used is secondary data. The analysis technique used is the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing.
The results showed: The dependent variable is profitability, while the independent variables are Cash Turnover, accounts receivable turnover, inventory turnover, and sales growth. The results of this study indicate that partially cash turnover has no effect on profitability with the results of the t test equal to 0.172 with a significant level of 0.865. Account receivable turnover has no effect with the results of the t test of -1.147 with a significant level of 0.261. Inventory turnover has no effect with the results of the t test of -1.320 with a significant level of 0.197. Sales growth has a significant effect with the results of the t test of 4,687 with a significant level of 0,000. While simultaneously Cash Turnover, accounts receivable turnover, inventory turnover, and sales growth have a significant effect on profitability with f test results of 7.471 with a significant of 0.000. Then it can be concluded that the financial circulation and working capital turnover have an effect of 49.9% on profitability and the remaining 50.1% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study by the author
Die Entstehung von Andri Peers Lyrik im kulturellen Kontext : "Las nuschpignas sun glüms - da blaua aspettativa"
No full textIn Andri Peers Gedichten, Prosastücken, Hörspielen, Briefen, Tagebüchern, Artikeln und Interviews verweist die faszinierende Vielfalt satirischer und ernsthafter Thematisierungen des Schreibens auf ein Problem, dem in dieser Arbeit nachgegangen wird. In der vorliegenden Dissertationsarbeit wurde die Entwicklung von Peers poetischem Schreiben in drei Bereichen aufgearbeitet: In seinen literarischen Thematisierungen des Schreibprozesses, in der formulierten Poetik und in der Reaktion auf die Rezeption seiner Gedichte zeigen sich charakteristische Impulse, die Peers schriftstellerische Arbeit geprägt haben. Seine intensive Suche nach einem überzeugenden rätoromanischen, der zeitgenössischen europäischen Dichtung vergleichbaren poetischen Ausdruck entspricht seinen Bemühungen um angemessene Publikationsmöglichkeiten in Graubünden und in der übrigen Schweiz und um die Aufmerksamkeit einer romanischen und einer nichtromanischen Leserschaft für die Existenz und die Erneuerung der Literatur in einer Kleinkultur. In seinem vier Jahrzehnte umfassenden Schaffen orientiert sich Peer grundsätzlich an den grossen Dichtern der europäischen Moderne und es gehört zu seiner Überzeugung, dass eine ernstzunehmende Dichtung schwierig sein muss. Bereits in seinen ersten Gedichtsammlungen von 1946 und 1948 zeigt sich eine auch experimentelle Vielfalt an Formen und Themen. In seinen Impissamaints zum fünfundzwanzigjährigen Jubiläum des Romanischen als Nationalsprache schreibt Andri Peer in der Regionalzeitung Fögl Ladin vom 5.3.1963: «La poesia sto tschantschar la lingua dals contemporans, sto clomar in els alch ch’els approuvan cun lur vita, sto ils tschüffer [...]. Mo quels chi’s ris-chan sün sendas nouvas ston ir sulets; els passan per experimentaders perguajats o per imitaduors da models esters e tschüffan brav giò per las piclas [...] Üna litteratura chi resta salda moura, ais morta, quel chi ris-cha la poesia, ris-cha tuot. / Das Gedicht muss die Sprache der Zeitgenossen sprechen, muss in ihnen etwas ansprechen, das sie in ihrem Leben betrifft, muss sie packen [...]. Eine Literatur, die still steht stirbt, ist tot, wer die Poesie riskiert, riskiert alles.» Andri Peers Erneuerungsbemühung in der Gestaltung bedeutet auch eine anspruchsvolle Gratwanderung zwischen der Akzeptanz beim einheimischen Publikum und dem Ziel einer sprachübergreifenden Beachtung. Peers problematisches und wenig befriedigendes Verhältnis zum Publikum dokumentieren u.a. Gedichte und Gedichtentwürfe aus dem letzten Jahrzehnt seines Schaffens, in denen er sich, wie in den Versen von Il chomp sulvadi, als einsam und unverstanden bezeichnet. Die mehrfach als Metapher für das kreative Gedicht verwendete Ähre im Wind wird hier, anknüpfend an die Engadiner Kulturgeschichte, in einem traurigen Bild als konkrete und kulturelle Nahrung gezeichnet, die niemand mag:

Erste Publikation 1975, nun in der von Clà Riatsch 2003 herausgegebenen Gesamtedition der romanischen Gedichte Poesias 1946-1985. Das Gedicht und die deutsche Übertragung von Herbert Meier sind der zweisprachigen Edition Refügi in der Reihe Schweizer Autoren des Wado Verlags von 1980 entnommen. Während der Dichter in seiner ersten Schaffenszeit als sehr innovativ gelten kann, konnte oder wollte er die soziokulturelle Neuorientierung der 1970er-Jahre in seinem lyrischen Werk nur ansatzweise integrieren. Sein werterhaltend konservatives Gesellschaftsbild mag einer individuellen Wahl entsprechen, es kann jedoch auch aus dem regionalistischen Anspruch der Kleinkultur erklärt werden, in der generell die Auseinandersetzungen nicht in den Parametern des «Klassenkampfes», sondern vielmehr in einer auf Bewahrung ausgerichteten, vorsichtigen Anpassung des Kulturverständnisses stattfindet.
The fascinating variety of satirical and serious topics of Andri Peer’s poems, prose, radio plays, letters, diaries, articles and interviews deals with the processes related to literary writing. The present dissertation paper contains an analysis of the development of Peer’s writing from three perspectives. One focuses on the literary thematisation of the writing process, another on the verbalised poetics, and the third on the reception of his poetry. They all show characteristic impulses which have deeply influenced Peer’s work as an author. His intensive search for a convincing Romansh poetry reflecting the general, contemporary poetic expression in Europe, matches his efforts to find appropriate possibilities for publication in the Canton of Grisons and in the rest of Switzerland as well as his search for the attention of a Romansh, and non-Romansh, readership for the existence and renewal of literature in a regionally limited culture. Over the four decades of his complete work, Peer generally takes his bearings from the great poets of European modernism, and it is his belief that serious poetry must be demanding. Already his first compilations of poetry of 1946 and 1948 reflect a somewhat experimental and rich variety of forms and topics. On 05 March 1963, in his Impissamaints on the twenty-fifth anniversary of Romansh as a national language, Andri Peer writes in the regional newspaper Fögl Ladin: «La poesia sto tschantschar la lingua dals contemporans, sto clomar in els alch ch’els approuvan cun lur vita, sto ils tschüffer [...]. Mo quels chi’s ris- chan sün sendas nouvas ston ir sulets; els passan per experimentaders perguajats o per imitaduors da models esters e tschüffan brav giò per las piclas [...] Üna litteratura chi resta salda moura, ais morta, quel chi rischa la poesia, rischa tuot. The poem has to reflect the language of contemporaries, has to address something in them that affects their lives, has to capture them [...]. A literature that stands still is dead, and who risks poetry, risks all.» Andri Peer’s effort for renewal in composition also signifies a sophisticated balancing act between the acceptance of the local public and the aim of a cross-linguistic recognition. Peer’s problematic and little satisfying relationship towards the public is documented in poems and drafts for poems from the last decade of his life, in which he characterises himself as solitary and misunderstood, as in the verse of Il chomp sulvadi. Relating to Engadine cultural heritage, an ear of corn in the wind is used here as in other of his poems as a metaphor for creative verse, and as a sad image of concrete and cultural nourishment no one likes:

Whereas the poet can be assessed as being very innovative during the first part of his productive period, he could, or wanted to, integrate the socio-cultural reorientation of the 1970’s into his lyric oeuvre only partially. His picture of a value-preserving and conservative society may correspond to an individual choice, but it may also be interpreted as a regional aspiration of a small local culture in which conflicts do not generally arise along the parameters of «class struggle», but rather as a cautious assimilation of cultural understanding based on conservation.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana peran purchasing
logistics, kendala apa saja yang dihadapi, dan upaya yang dilakukan purchasing
logistics dalam menunjang operasi armada transhipment di PT. Transcoal Pacific
Cabang Sangatta. Jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Adapun metode
pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka, wawancara, observasi dan
studi dokumen.
Kegiatan transhipment yang cukup padat memerlukan perawatan mesin yang
teratur agar operasi transhipmet tidak terhambat. Kewajiban perusahaan sebagai
pemilik kapal harus menyediakan spare part dan perlengkapan kapal untuk
menunjang perawatan kapal. Perusahaan membentuk bagian dalam struktur
organisasinya yang bertanggung jawab mengurus segala keperluan kapal yaitu bagian
purchasing logistics.
Dalam penelitian ini penulis menjelaskan mengenai peran purchasing
logistics dalam menunjang kegiatan transhipment PT. Transcoal Pacific Cabang
Sangatta dan kendala yang dihadapi serta upaya yang dilakukan oleh purchasing
logistics dalam penyedia spare part dan perlengkapan kapal. Data-data yang
dikumpulkan oleh penulis berupa kata-kata yang bersumber dari orang-orang yang
terkait dengan masalah purchasing logistics dan data-data hasil observasi langsung

Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan penulis selama melaksanakan Praktek Darat
di PT. Transcoal Pacific Cabang Sangatta, purchasing logistics berperan sebagai
penyedia dan perlengkapan kapal untuk melakukan perawatan kapal agar operasi
transhipment berjalan lancar. Kendala yang dihadapi purchasing logistics dalam
menunjang kegiatan transhipment diantaranya kebijakan perusahaan yang tidak
melakukan penyetokan barang, sistem pembelian terpusat, sistem pedistribusian yang
keliru, letak supplier yang jauh, dan kesalahan dalam pengiriman barang.

research is qualitative descriptive. As for the data collection method used was
literature review, interview, observation and document study
Tigh transhipment activites require regular engine maintenance transhipment
operations are not obstacle. Liability company as the ship owner must provide spare
parts and ship equipment to support the maintenance of the ship. The company
formed a part in the company’s organizational structure responsible for overseeing
all the needs of the ship that is purchasing logistics.
In this research the researcher describes research the role of purchasing
logistics in supporting the activities of transhipment PT. Transcoal Pacific Sangatta
branch and constraints faced and the efforts made by purchasing logistics in the
supply of spare parts and ship equipment. The data collected by the authors in the
form of words that come from the people on issues related to logistics and purchasing
data of the results of direct observation the author.
Based on the results of research by the researcher during the performance at
the project land in PT. Transcoal pacific Sangatta branch, Purchasing logistics role
as provider of spare parts and equipment aboard the vessel in order to perform
maintenance transhipment operations running smoothly. Constraints faced in
purchasing logistics support activities such transhipment company policy which did
stocking goods, centralized purchasing system, erroneous distribution system, the
location of distance suppliers, and fault in delivery goods

Empati adalah kemampuan seseorang untuk menilai,
membedakan, dan bisa menerima pandangan yang berbeda, yang
mana seorang individu dapat merasakan apa yang dirasakan oleh
orang lain. Empati berkaitan dengan keterlibatan pengasuhan ayah
karena ketika banyaknya peran ayah terlibat dalam pengasuhan maka
itu berdampak terhadap empati sesorang, sama halnya dengan
kematangan emosi pada individu yang memberikan dampak terhadap
empati sehingga semakin tinggi kematangan emosi maka akan
semakin tinggi empati setiap individu.
Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa aktif yang ada
dikota Bandar Lampung dengan rentang usia 18-23 tahun. Sampel
dalam penelitian ini adalah 349 mahasiswa. Teknik pengambilan data
menggunakan non-probability sampling. Instrument dalam penelitian
ini adalah skala empati α = (0.896) dengan jumlah 23 aitem, skala
keterlibatan pengasuhan ayah α = (0.916) dengan jumlah 29 aitem,
dan skala kematangan emosi α = (0.731) dengan jumlah 16 aitem.
Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi
berganda dengan software SPSS 25.0 for windows, hasil penelitian
menujukkan bahwa variabel bebas keterlibatan pengasuhan ayah dan
kematangan emosi memberikan sumbangan efektif sebesar 21.8%
dang 78.2% dipengaruhi oleh faktor dari luar penelitian. Hasil
penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan
antara keterlibatan pengasuhan ayah dan kematangan emosi dengan
empati pada generasi Z, terdapat hubungan antara keterlibatan
pengasuhan ayah dengan empati, dan terdapat hubungan antara
kematangan emosi dengan empati.

Empathy is a person's ability to judge, distinguish, and be
able to accept different views, in which an individual can feel what
others feel. Empathy is related to the involvement of fathers in
parenting because when many roles of fathers are involved in
parenting, it has an impact on a person's empathy, as well as
emotional maturity in individuals which has an impact on empathy so
that the higher the emotional maturity, the higher the empathy for
each individual.
The population in this study were active students in the city of
Bandar Lampung with an age range of 18-23 years. The sample in this
research was 349 students. The data collection technique uses non�probability sampling. The instruments in this study were the empathy
scale α = (0.896) with 23 items, the father's parenting involvement
scale α = (0.916) with 29 items, and the emotional maturity scale α =
(0.731) with 16 items.
Based on the results of data analysis using multiple regression
analysis with SPSS 25.0 for Windows software, the research results
show that the independent variables of father's parenting involvement
and emotional maturity provide an effective contribution of 21.8% and
78.2% are influenced by factors outside the research. The results of
the research show that there is a significant relationship between
father's parenting involvement and emotional maturity and empathy in
generation Z, there is a relationship between father's parenting
involvement and empathy, and there is a relationship between
emotional maturity and empathy.
