A PC based controller system for separately excited dc motors / Nor Azman Abdul Rahman
This project is regarding the development of PC based controller system for DC drive application. This system used a personal computer ( PC ) in conjunction with analog and digital, I/O board, a signal sensing and conditioning, subsystem for the acquisition and subsequent processing of current, voltage, and speed signals and a power amplifier module for driving the dc motor. The system improves reliability and performance of dc motor and provides such features as speed control, overload idenfication and protection. The software subsystem is written in the Turbo C and is able to perform the tasks associated with the measurement and control of a dc motor
Maintenance system in Section 18 PPP (an analysis) / Azman Ahmad and Shahrin Shah Abdul Rahman
This project report is a study of a maintenance system and divided into five chapters. The first chapter contains all the relevant information concerning the topic and the second chapter gives an outline of the existing system. With the help of figures an charts in the Appendices, a rough idea can be obtained on the current situation. The third chapter is a continuation of the second where an understanding of the problems and the problem they encounter can be obtained. Suggestions to improve the existing system are the contents of the four chapter and the conclusion of the study is mentioned in the final chapter
Hubungan stail komunikasi kepemimpinan dengan kepuasan dan komitmen pegawai sokongan dalam jabatan kerajaan
Komunikasi kepemimpinan adalah element terpenting dalam sesebuah organisasi. Malah seseorang pemimpin perlu berkomunikasi dengan pekerja sokongan untuk memperolehi kerjasama bagi menjayakan matlamat organisasi. Morton (1990) dalam kajiannya mendapati 71.6 peratus daripada pentadbir dan pekerja ladang gula St. Kitts, Caribbean mengakui bahawa stail komunikasi kepemimpinan pihak pentadbir dalam kilang mereka mempunyai hubungan yang signifikan dengan kepuasan pekerjanya. Syd Abdul Rahman dan Hasnan (1996) dalam kajian mereka mendapati 89.1 peratus Pegawai Pengurusan dan Profesional di Universiti Utara Malaysia bersetuju komununikasi kepemimpinan sangat penting dalam pengurusan sesebuah organisasi. Noran dan Habibah (1999) dalam kajian mereka tentang sistem penilaian kerja dalam jabatan kerajaan, mendapati motivasi dan kemajuan kerja mempunyai hubungan dengan stail komunikasi kepemimpinan. Hal ini selari dengan objektif Sistem Saraan Baru (SSB) yang bertujuan untuk mempertingkat komitmen, prestasi dan produktiviti setiap pegawai yang berada dalam perkhidmatan awam Malaysia (Ahmad Sarji, 1994)

Safety performance plays a crucial role in reducing injury and accident rates in the workplace. The main objective of this study is to examine the relationship between safety management commitment, safety training, safety motivation, and safety performance. This study was conducted at Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman, Selangor, involving 137 respondents using a questionnaire survey. A quantitative research approach was employed, and the population technique was used. Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 27 was utilized to determine the relationships between safety management commitment, safety training, safety motivation, and safety performance. Descriptive statistics, reliability tests, Pearson correlation, and normality tests were employed to analyze the data. Data analyzed from this study indicated that safety management commitment, safety training, and safety motivation have a significant correlation with safety performance. The findings of this study are discussed, along with implications and suggestions for further research. Therefore, this study benefits University of Tunku Abdul Rahman, Selangor in improving the safety performance in the organization

Bondability of ultrasonic Aluminum bonds on the molybdenum (de) selenide and molybdenum of back contact layer of copper indium gallium (de)selenide GIGS thin film photovoltaic solar panel
This paper aims to study the bondability of ultrasonic Aluminum, Al bonds on Mo and MoSe2 layers of back-contact metal of copper indium gallium (de)selenide (CIGS) thin film photovoltaic (TFPV) solar panel. The bondability of ultrasonic Al bonds were evaluated based on the contact resistance, R-c, peel strength and electrical characteristics measured using transmission line method (TLM), peel test, and current-voltage (I-V) measurement, respectively. Besides, the qualitative results of load-distance profiles from tensile test also have been used to evaluate the bondability of the ultrasonic Al bonds. Two type of lamination constructions namely construction 1 and construction 2 were built on the CIGS TPFV solar panel with ultrasonic Al bonds on Mo and MoSe2. It was noted that the new method of removing CIGS layer up until MoSe2 is the plausible technique to be used. Ultrasonic Al bond on Mo layer has higher bondability as compared to that of ultrasonic Al bond on MoSe2 through the quantitative results of R-c, peel strength and qualitative result of load-distance profile. CIGS TFPV solar panel with construction 2 is the suitable construction for the CIGS TFPV solar panel due to the higher rigidity, and even stress distribution experienced during lamination process as compared to that of construction 1. It is noted that steps taken from ultrasonic bonding until lamination process has increased the cumulative contact area and decreased the R-c and consequently increased the efficiency of CIGS TFPV solar panel with ultrasonic Al bond on MoSe2 layer.This work was sponsored by Ministry of Higher Education of Malaysia under the Fundamental Research Grant Scheme (FRGS/1/ 2020/TKO/UNIKL/02/10) and Universiti Kuala Lumpur under Short

Kajian kemungkinan mengujudkan cawangan 7-Eleven di Shah Alam / Azman Abdul Rahman … [et al.]
Sebagai ibu negeri Selangor yang baru dan bakal menjadi sebuah bandar yang dinamik, Shah Alam begitu pesat pembangunannya. Pelbagai projek pembangunan giat dilaksanakan termasuklah pusat membeli-belah, taman rekreasi pasar malam, bangunan pejabat dan pelbagai kemudahan asasyang lain. Bilangan penduduk Shah Alam yang berkeluasan 13,986 hektar atau 139.86 kilometer persegi dijangkakan seramai 220,000 orang menjelang tahun 1990. Sejajar dengan itu, kami bercadang untuk mendirikan sebuah cawangan 7-Eleven yang menyediakan perkhidmatan 24 jam bagi kemudahan penduduk-penduduk Shah Alam. Kedai ini menyediakan pelbagai barangan pengguna, minuman panas dan sejuk, makanan untuk dibawa pulang dan Iain-lain lagi.
