METODE DIALEKTIKA HEGEL DAN ANALISISNYA ATAS PARADIGMA HUKUM

    No full text
This article talks about the analysis of Hegel's dialectical method on the law paradigm, which, as is well known, the problem with the development of legal science, has recently only been viewed from a certain point of view, so that it is not as detailed as possible to provide an open solution. On the factor of the law paradigm that has been used, the author then makes a special research object to be investigated using descriptive analysis methods obtained through library research, with relevant and reliable sources such as books, journals, theses, theses, dissertations, and so on. Before obtaining an understanding of the implications of this research, the author first describes the biography of Hegel, and his dialectical method. Implicitly, this is so reflective, because it is able to reveal and produce the truth behind the nature of knowledge contained in the field of philosophy or the historical reality of the law paradigm. The dialectical series consists of the postmodernism law paradigm, which is the "antithesis" of the modern law paradigm as "synthesis". This, in essence, is the result of a combination of the ancient Greek law paradigm as a "thesis" statement and a summary of an abstract universal concept as the starting point for the emergence of the law paradigm that was put forward in the medieval period. More precisely, the law paradigm in ancient Greece was a statement of "thesis", while in the Middle Ages, the law paradigm used was as a statement "antithesis" of the ancient Greek law paradigm.

Entrepreneurship is described as a process of innovation and new venture creation across four dimensions: individual, organization, environment, and institution. Entrepreneurs are individuals who actively form, lead, and nurture their own businesses for growth and prosperity, requiring them to understand and develop various phases of business formation. A.L.A.I Consultant is a partnership business established to provide consulting services, comprising five partners, each contributing an equal amount of RM 50,000 in capital. Each partner holds a distinct position and managerial responsibility. The firm's core focus is on consulting services, motivated by the observed lack of patriotism and the increase in unmoral activities in Malaysia, indicating a need for improved morality and motivation among the populace. A.L.A.I Consultant aims to address these issues and distinguish itself by offering better and different consulting services compared to competitors. The business plans to expand by creating new and attractive activities, with the ultimate goal of becoming one of the excellent consultants in Malaysia

Consuming the jihad : an enquiry into the subculture of internet jihadism

Recent years have seen a great deal of interest in phenomena such as Al Qaida ‘terrorism’, Islamic ‘radicalism’ or, increasingly, ‘jihadism’ - on the Internet. However, as I argue in this thesis, much work in these areas has been problematic for a number of reasons. Much literature has been narrowly focused on the security issues which it pre-judges the content to raise, and has therefore taken some aspects too literally while ignoring others. Conversely, where authors have addressed ‘jihadi’ content or ‘electronic jihad’ as a phenomenon unto itself, they have had difficulty making sense of it within religious studies or political communication frameworks. In this dissertation, I propose an alternative approach. Deliberately eschewing frameworks based on pre-existing conceptions of religion or politics, I draw, instead, on the academic literature on fandom and subcultural media consumption. Using this conceptual lens, I attempt to analyse jihadism on the Internet (which I define in terms of online consumption of, and identification with self-described ‘jihadi’ content) as a subcultural phenomenon on its own terms. I argue that, without necessarily denying the role that beliefs and ideals expressed in ‘jihadi’ content may sometimes have in sustaining the physical violence of the ‘global jihad’, the cultural practices which constitute Internet jihadism have a tactical logic of their own which may not always coincide with the ‘strategic’ interests of ‘global jihad’. By better understanding what ‘ordinary' jihadis, most of whom will never participate in violence, get out of their practices, and how they negotiate the apparent contradictions of their situation, I suggest that we may be better placed to understand not only why some jihadis ‘fail’ to negotiate these contradictions, but also, perhaps, to raise questions about how popular media consumption works more generally

The fish fauna was surveyed in Sungai Buloh and Sungai Lachang which flow through the Universiti Malaysia Kelantan (UMK) Jeli Campus area. Both rivers are tributaries of the Sungai Golok drainage, which runs through Kelantan state and serves as a major border between Malaysia and Thailand. The objectives of this study were to document fish species checklist distribution within Universiti Malaysia Kelantan Jeli Campus and accessed the status of freshwater fishes, according to the IUCN Red List of Threatened Species. The fish sampling was conducted in February and May 2022 in two sampling point inside UMK Jeli Campus area. During the survey period, 40 native species from 18 different families were identified and documented.  Family Cyprinidae recorded the highest number of total species with 25% of total species followed by family Danionidae, 10% and family Balitoridae, 10%.  The introduced species, Oreochromis niloticus, was not observed during the survey, despite the fact that the species is commonly used for aquaculture activities on campus. Keywords: Fish, fauna, river, freshwater, checklis
