    Umar bin Abdul Aziz was one of the Caliphs of the Umayyads who was able to increase economic productivity with the concept built from Islamic teachings. This study aims to find out how the management of Islamic daulah and economic policies of Umar bin Abdul Aziz in creating the welfare of the people. This research method uses literature review, namely research with the focus of study and analysis of the primary materials of the literature with the approach of character studies, which examines sitematically the thoughts and ideas of Umar bin Abdul Aziz in whole or in part. From the results of this research it is known that Umar bin Abdul Aziz reformed economic policy with the concept of radd al-mazhalim in which he removed all wrongdoing including in the field of trade, agriculture, and sources of state revenue that had an impact on improving the economy. While in the state spending policy, he put the interests of the people first and strictly in the expenditure of official service facilities and stationery, so as not to occur misappropriation and waste

    Zakat sebagai salah satu rukun Islam memiliki kedudukan yang sangat penting dalam kehidupan umat Muslim, baik dari segi ibadah maupun sosial ekonomi. Salah satu jenis zakat yang wajib ditunaikan adalah zakat fitrah, yang dilaksanakan pada bulan Ramadhan dengan tujuan untuk membersihkan diri dan membantu mereka yang membutuhkan. Namun, dalam konteks modern, muncul perdebatan mengenai apakah zakat fitrah boleh dibayar dalam bentuk uang atau hanya dalam bentuk makanan pokok, seperti yang diajarkan oleh Nabi Muhammad SAW. Beberapa ulama, seperti Yusuf al-Qaradhawi, membolehkan pembayaran zakat fitrah dengan uang, sementara ulama lain, seperti Abdul Aziz al-Tarifi, berpegang pada pandangan bahwa zakat fitrah harus diberikan dalam bentuk makanan pokok sesuai dengan Sunnah. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengkaji perbedaan pendapat antara ulama mengenai hukum membayar zakat fitrah dalam bentuk uang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kepustakaan (library research) untuk mengumpulkan dan menganalisis literatur-literatur yang relevan dengan topik zakat fitrah, serta menyoroti perbedaan pandangan antara Yusuf al-Qaradhawi dan Abdul Aziz al-Tarifi. Peneliti akan menggali alasan dan argumen dari kedua ulama tersebut serta melihat relevansinya dalam konteks zaman modern. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Yusuf al-Qaradhawi membolehkan zakat fitrah dibayar dengan uang karena mempertimbangkan kemaslahatan dan kebutuhan zaman modern, di mana uang lebih praktis dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat saat ini. Sementara itu, Abdul Aziz al-Tarifi tetap berpegang pada bentuk asli zakat fitrah, yaitu makanan pokok, untuk menjaga esensi dan tujuan syariat. Perbedaan ini dapat dijelaskan melalui pendekatan interpretasi hukum, yang menekankan pada alasan dibalik suatu hukum. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kebolehan membayar zakat fitrah dengan uang merupakan pilihan yang sah, apabila itu lebih memberikan manfaat bagi penerima zakat

    Pada 18 pril 2023 bersamaan 27 Ramadhan 1444 telah berlangsung satu Program Klinik Al Fatihah dan Ulasan Kitab (Tafsir Al-Quran) di Perpustakaan Tun Abdul Razak Kejuruteraan (PKEJ). Program berlangsung dari jam 9.30 pagi sehingga 11.00 pagi bertempat di ruang santai PKEJ. Peserta program ini disasarkan kepada staf PKEJ sendiri dan rakan sejawat dari Perpustakaan Sains & Teknologi (PST). Program disampaikan oleh Ustaz Mohd Abdul Aziz Bin Idris dari Bahagian Hal Ehwal Islam, Masjid Al-Wathiqu Billah TuanKu Mizan Zainal Abidin, UiTM Shah Alam. Melalui Program Klinik Al Fatihah ini, peserta dapat mempelajari Surah Al Fatihah dari segenap aspek: hukum-hakam tajwid, sebutan makhraj huruf, qiraat dan pendekatan Islam, iman dan ihsan dalam memahaminya. Ulasan Kitab Tafsir Mubin oleh Salahuddin Abdullah dan Omar Khalid pula memberi penerangan tentang Ayat-ayat yang mempunyai perkaitan yang sangat rapat di antara satu sama lain. Ia bermula dengan iman, amal soleh dan berpesan-pesan dengan kebenaran dan kesabaran. Semoga program keagamaan seperti ini dapat memberi manfaat kepada warga UiTM dan dapat diteruskan di masa akan datang

    The complexity of the phenomenon of patriarchal ideology has placed men as the holders of power and dominates the leadership both in terms of politics and moral authority through social, political and economic institutions. Implicitly this system has placed the position of women below men. The societal image of women like that is very unreasonable, but in fact, it is precisely this image that has been embedded in society since humans grew up. As a result, patriarchy with a male authority system makes women experience injustice both in the family room and in the political space. Thus, the construction of patriarchal behavior positions women as a form of belief or ideology that men have a higher position than women. From this fact, one of Ihsān Abdul Quddūs's works entitled Wa Nasītu Ānnī Imra'ah displays the position of women who must accept between two choices, namely remaining in their role as women or leaving their role as women. The choice of this novel is due to the discovery of many social aspects that occur. "The Image of Women in the novel Wa Nasītu Anni Imrā'ah by Ihsān Abdul Quddūs" is a qualitative descriptive study, which will be examined using Lucien Goldmann's genetic structuralism which is supported by the image of women in Sugihastuti's structured description. Therefore this writing will examine the image of women in the novel Wa Nasītu Ānnī Imra'ah by Ihsān Abdul Quddūs and how Ihsān Abdul Quddūs views women in the novel Wa Nasītu Ānnī Imra'ah. Based on the analysis conducted on the research data, it was found that the treatment received by women originated from the patriarchal system, social class and the capitalist economic system that had taken place before Ihsan was born. The image of women described by Ihsan is a rebellion against a culture that is restrictive, by depicting women according to Ihsān's thoughts. Beautiful woman, ambitious, intelligent, ideological, free-thinking, knowledgeable. Women who fight domination and live freely in cultural constraints. Things that position the author in the middle of a thought. Thoughts that do not lean towards the extreme right or the extreme left. Ihsān's thinking is that women are free to do anything but still within their nature and fitrah as women, because a woman is free she is still bound by culture and customs

    Research on Gramscian Hegemony in short stories "Finja'anu Qahwati Baridun (A Cup of Cold Coffee)" the work of Ihsan 'Abd al-Quddus aims to explain the ideological formation that operates in the short story "Finja'anu Qahwati Baridun (A Cup of Cold Coffee)" and how the practices of hegemony are carried out. This research is a qualitative description research. The data in this study are the text contained in the short story "Finja'anu Qahwati Baridun (A Cup of Cold Coffee)." The data source used in this study is the short story "Finja'anu Qahwati Baridun (A Cup of Cold Coffee) "The work of Ihsan 'Abd al-Quddus. Data collection in this study was carried out by reading, recording and processing research data. The results obtained from this study are idelological formations which operate in the short story "Finja'anu Qahwati Baridun (A Cup of Cold Coffee)" conducted by several figures, namely feudalism, socialism. Practices - Hegemony practices are divided into two groups, namely groups lay (who maintains power) and rebel groups (who fight for power). From the results of the analysis the author uses the theory of hegemony which was triggered by Gramsci. In this case it can be concluded that the practice of hegemony is inseparable from the counter hegemony. Ideology formation is needed to subvert the power and practices of the Hegemony carried out on two groups, namely the lay group / community and rebel groups

Rumusan masalah 1) Bagaimana strategi guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam mengatasi kesulitan belajar membaca Al-Qur’an di SMP Mujib Ihsan Talun 2) Bagaimana strategi guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam mengatasi kesulitan belajar menulis Al-Qur’an di SMP Mujib Ihsan Talun 3) Bagaimana strategi guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam mengatasi kesulitan belajar menghafal Al-Qur’an di SMP Mujib Ihsan Talun. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk: 1) untuk mengetahui strategi guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam mengatasi kesulitan siswa dalam membaca AlQur’an 2) untuk mengetahui strategi guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam mengatasi kesulitan siswa dalam menulis Al-Qur’an 3) untuk mengetahui strategi guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam mengatasi kesulitan siswa dalam menghafal Al-Qur’an. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan metode kualitatif. Sabjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 4 siswa yang terdiri dari 2 siswa kelas VII dan 2 siswa dari kelas VIII serta satu guru Pendidikan Agama Islam. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Adapun analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dimana data yang telah terkumpul disusun dan diklarifikasikan sehingga dapat menjawab dari rumusan masalah. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat di simpulkan sebagai berikut: 1) strategi guru PAI dalam mengatasi kesulitan membaca Al-Qur’an dengn membiasakan membaca Al-Qur’an setiap pagi sebelum jam pelajaran di mulai 2) Dalam mengatasi kesulitan menulis guru PAI melatih ketrampilan siswa dalam menulis huruf-huruf hijaiyah 3) Strategi guru PAI dalam mengatasi kesulitan menghafal dengan cara menulis surat yang akan dihafalkan kemudian di baca secara berulang-ulang, selain itu guru PAI memberikan jam tambahan pada siswa yang masih mengalami kesulitan belajar Al-Qur’an
