Analisis pendistribusian zakat fitrah menurut Imam Syafi’i : studi kasus di Masjid At-Taqwa Desa Bulakelor Ketanggungan Brebes
Get PDFZakat menurut syariat adalah sejumlah harta yang diwajibkan Allah SWT diambil dari harta orang tertentu, untuk diserahkan kepada yang berhak menerimanya, dengan syarat tertentu. Zakat terbagi menjadi dua macam yaitu zakat mal dan Zakat Fitrah. Pada penelitian ini peneliti lebih fokus kepada Zakat Fitrah. Zakat Fitrah adalah zakat yang diwajibkan atas diri setiap muslim yang memiliki syarat-syarat yang ditetapkan dan ditunaikan pada bulan Ramadhan sampai menjelang waktu shalat Idul Fitri yang bertujuan mensucikan diri dari perbuatan yang sia-sia, dan memberi makan orang-orang miskin untuk mencukupi kebutuhan mereka pada hari raya Idul Fitri.
Tujuan dari penelitian dengan judul Analisis Pendistribusian Zakat Fitrah Menurut Imam Syafi’i studi kasus di Masjid At-Taqwa desa Bulakelor kecamatan Ketanggungan Kabupaten Brebes untuk mengetahui bagaimana sistem pendistribusian yang ada di Masjid At-Taqwa apakah sudah sesuai dengan pandangan Imam Syafi’i atau tidak. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan normatif-empiris yakni peneliti melakukan penelitian berdasarkan perundang-undangan yang berlaku dengan praktik yang banyak dilakukan di masyarakat, dimana praktik tersebut tidak sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari hasil wawancara dan observasi serta data sekunder yang diperoleh dari literatur terkait. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif. Yaitu cara untuk memecahkan masalah penelitian dengan memaparkan keadan objek yang diselidiki berdasarkan fakta-fakta yang akurat pada saat sekarang.
Hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa Praktik pendistribusian zakat fitrah di Masjid At-Taqwa dengan cara sebagai berikut: setelah batas waktu pembayaran zakat oleh masyarakat, amil zakat menghitung jumlah Zakat Fitrah yang sudah terkumpul, kemudian dibagi berdasarkan jumlah asnaf yang ada di sekitar masjid At-Taqwa yakni asnaf fakir, miskin, amil dan fisabilillah. Kemudian dibagi berdasarkan jumlah orang yang ada pada asnaf tersebut hingga tidak tersisa. Ditinjau dari pendapat Imam Syafi’i, pendistribusian zakat fitrah yang dilakukan di Masjid At-Taqwa Bulakelor dengan sistem penyamaratan pembagian zakat kepada para asnaf zakat sudah sesuai karena istinbath hukum yang dilakukan panitia mengacu pada surat al-Maidah ayat 60 tentang asnaf zakat. Begitupun Imam Syafi’i menisbatkan bahwa kepemilikan semua zakat oleh kelompok-kelompok dalam surat Al-Maidah ayat 60 dinyatakan dengan pemakaian huruf lam yang dipakai untuk menyatakan kepemilikan, kemudian masing-masing kelompok memiliki hak yang sama karena dihubungkan dengan wawu (salah satu kata sandang yang berarti “dan”) yang menunjukan kesamaan tindakan. Namun belum sempurna karena Imam Syafi’i juga berpendapat bahwa pendistribusian Zakat Fitrah harus disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan masing-masing individu, bukan berdasarkan jumlah mereka (mustahik)

Namun peraturan perundangan perwakafan Indonesia telah memberikan peluang istibd?l setelah memperoleh izin tertulis dari Menteri Agama dengan persetujuan Badan Wakaf Indonesia (BWI) dan penggantinya wajib memiliki manfaat, dan minimal nilai tukarnya sama dengan harta benda wakaf semula sebagaimana pasal 41 Undang-undang Nomor 41 Tahun 2004 tetang wakaf. Jenis penelitian ini adalah bersifat studi kepustakaan dengan pendekatan filosofis. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; istibd?l harta wakaf diperbolehkan dengan menitikberatkan pada aspek maslahah yang menyertai praktik tersebut dan dapat diterima karena sesuai dengan tujuan hukum Islam yaitu terwujudnya kemaslahatan. Sedangkan prinsip penggantian benda wakaf menurut Undang-undang Nomor 41 Tahun 2004 tentang wakaf yaitu apabila harta benda wakaf yang telah diwakafkan digunakan untuk kepentingan umum dan dapat dijalankan setelah memperoleh izin tertulis dari Menteri Agama atas persetujuan Badan Wakaf Indonesia
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis

We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
