Pengembangan sumber daya manusia dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan: Studi Multikasus di Madrasah Aliyah Salafiyah Syafi’iyah Tebuireng dan Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 3 Jombang
ABSTRAK
Madrasah yang bermutu dihasilkan dari sumber daya manusia yang bermutu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menemukan:
(1) perencanaan pengembangan SDM dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan, (2) implementasi pengembangan SDM dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan,
(3) monitoring dan evaluasi pengembangan SDM dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan, (4) implikasi pengembangan SDM terhadap peningkatan mutu pendidikan.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus dan rancangan multikasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan (1) wawancara mendalam, (2) observasi partisipan, (3) dan studi dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan analisis data kasus individu, analisis data kasus lintas kasus, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pengecekan keabsahan data dilakukan dengan uji kredibilitas, transferabilitas, dependabilitas, dan konfirmabilitas.
Ditemukan dalam penelitian ini bahwa: (1) perencanaan pengembangan SDM dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan dilakukan atas dasar kebutuhan variatif dan kaderisasi berjenjang, (2) implementasi pengembangan SDM dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan mengacu pada RKM, bentuknya penguatan 8 standar nasional oleh pihak Balai Diklat Widya Iswara, GSM (Gerakan Sekolah Menyenangkan), dan pelatihan Multipel Intelegensi. Strategi yang dilakukan adalah mencari bibit unggul, mengambil sumber daya pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan yang bagus dan potensial, melakukan peningkatan standar hasil belajar, melakukan workshop atau diklat, membangun networking, menyekolahkan pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan, (3) monitoring dan evaluasi pengembangan SDM dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan oleh pengawas dari internal dan Kemenag. (4) implikasi pengembangan SDM terhadap mutu pendidikan melalui a. quality of input, b. quality of teaching learning process, c. quality of service, d. quality of outcome, terpadu dalam one gate system pada Unit Penjaminan Mutu Pesantren dan Madrasah.
Temuan formal penelitian adalah pengembangan sumber daya manusia yang dilakukan secara one gate system dan terpadu menjadikan peningkatan mutu pendidikan.

تحصل المدرسة الجيدة من الموارد البشرية الجيدة. ويمكن تنظيم تنمية الموارد البشرية إن كانت للمدرسة الموارد البشرية الجيدة. يقصد هذا البحث تحليلا و إيجادا: (1) تخطيط تنمية الموارد البشرية لتحسين جودة التعليم. (2) تنفيذ تنمية الموارد البشرية لتحسين جودة التعليم. (3) ترصيد و تقييم تنمية الموارد البشرية لتحسين جودة التعليم. (4) أثر تنمية الموارد البشرية في تحسين جودة التعليم.
يراقب هذا البحث بنهج نوعي، بدراسة الحالة و تخطيط شتى الحالات. وكيفية جمع البيانات بطريقة (1) مقابلة عميقة. (2) مراقبة المشترك. (3) دراسة الوثيقة. أما البيانات تحلل بالتقليل، وعرض البيانات، وتحليل بيان حالة شخص، وتحليل بيان شتى الحالات، والإستنتاج به. والتحقق في صحة البيانات باختبار التصديق، وقابلية النقل، والإعتمادية، و قابلية التحقق.
ويدل هذا البحث أن: (1) تخطيط تنمية الموارد البشرية لتحسين جودة التعليم: تحليل الإحتياجات على شتى الإحتياجات والجهاز التدريجي. (2) تنفيذ تنمية الموارد البشرية لتحسين جودة التعليم: صياغة البرنامج المستخد به هي RKM، يعني تأكيد 8 معايير وطنية من Balai Diklat Widya Iswara، و GSM (حركة الدراسة الممتعة)، وتدريب الذكاءات المتعددة. وكيفيته بالأعمال المتعددة، منها: طلب النسل عالية الجودة، وطلب المربي أو الأستاذ ذو جودة عالية وممتاز، ورفع درجة الإعتدال في نتيجة الدراسة، وإقامة الندوة التدريبية، وبحث المادة، وتطبيق العمل، وعمل الواجبات النهائية و أخذ قدره (النتيجة)، وإقامة الشبكات التعاونية، واتصال المعلمين أو الأساتيذ إلى المرحلة العالية بعد. (3) ترصيد و تقييم تنمية الموارد البشرية لتحسين جودة التعليم: كون المشرف الداخلي والمشرف من وزارة الدينية. (4) أثر تنمية الموارد البشرية في تحسين جودة التعليم: أ) جودة المدخلات. ب) جودة عملية التعليم. ت) جودة الخدمة. ث) جودة المخرجات. وهذه مدمجة في نظام بوابة واحدة (one gate system)، وهي في Unit Penjamin Mutu Pesantren dan Madrasah. وإيجاد هذا البحث التحليلي هو: تنظيم تنمية الموارد البشرية لتحسين جودة التعليم بعملية one gate system و مدمجة.
ABSTRACT
Qualified Madrasah are produced from qualified human resources. Human resource development management can be developed when Madrasah has qualified human resources. This research is aimed to analyze and find: (1) human research development planning to improve the quality of education, (2) implementation of human resource development to improve the quality of education, (3) monitoring and evaluation of human resource development to improve the quality of education, (4) implication of human resource development on improving the quality of.
This research uses qualitative approach with the design of case study and multicases plan. The data were collected by (1) intensive interview, (2) participant observation, (3) and documentation technique. Then the data were analyzed by reduction, displaying, and analyzing the individual data case, analyzing the cross case data, and concluding. Finally, the data validity was checked by credibility, transferability, dependability, and conformability tests.
The findings of this research show: (1) Human resource development planning to improve the quality of education: need analysis is carried out based on various needs and gradual regeneration, (2) implementation of human resource development to improve the quality of education: the formulation of the program used as a reference is RKM, it is manifested as strengthening 8 National Standard issued by Widyaiswara Training Center (Balai Diklat Widyaiswara), GSM (Gerakan Sekolah Menyenangkan), and workshop on Multiple Intelligence. The strategy is carried out by doing several actions, such as: employing superior working teams, recruiting potential teaching resources and teaching staffs, improving standards in learning outcomes, conducting training and workshops, conducting material studies, carrying out practices and completing the final project and assessment process, building networking, sending educators or teachers to a higher level, (3) monitoring and evaluation of human resource development in improving the quality of education: there is an internal supervisor and external supervisor from the Ministry of Religious Affairs, (4) implications of human resource development on the quality of education: a. quality of input, b. quality of teaching and learning process, c. quality of service, d. quality of outcome, integrated into one unit called one gate system which becomes centralized quality control in Pesantren and Madrasah Quality Assurance Unit.
The findings of this study are the management of human resource development in improving the quality of education is carried out in an integrated and one gate system
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. Manajemen Konflik dalam Meningkatkan Produktivitas Guru di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan
Conflict will be a problem for educational institutions if without a good approach and solution, tp address this conflict management is needed to process the various conflicts that exist. This must be realized by educational institutions, both formal an non-formal indire need of conflict management, so as to increase the productivity of teachers in these educational institutions. Based on this, this study aims to dtemine conflict management in increasing teacher work productivity at SMK Khoiriyah Hasyim Tebuireng, the methode used in this research is descriptive qualitative. In collecting data using observation, interview, and documentation. The result of this study is that confIict management carried out by SMK Khoiriyah Hasyim Tebuireng is carried out using a definitional approach and exchanging conflicting parties as learning. By resolving conflicts, the conflicting parties are exchanged so that each party can Iearn from each other about conflict solution in the form of compromise and accommodation. This method and approach is able to increase teacher productivity as SMK Khoiriyah Hasyim Tebuireng by changing the attitude of a teacher, establishing a harmonious relationship between teacher.KonfIik akan menjadi suatu masaIah bagi Iembaga pendidikan jika tanpa adanya pendekatan serta penyeIesaian yang baik, untuk menyikapi haI tersebut maka diperIukan manajemen konfIik untuk mengoIah berbagai konfIik yang ada. HaI ini harus disadari oIeh Iembaga pendidikan, baik formaI maupun non-formaI sangat membutuhkan manajemen konfIik, sehingga dapat meningkatkan produktifitas guru pada Iembaga pendidikan tersebut. HasiI dari peneIitian ini adaIah manajemen konfIik yang diIakukan oIeh SMK Khoiriyah Hasyim Tebuireng diIakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan defisi dan menukarkan pihak-pihak yang berkonfIik sebagai pembeIajaran. Dengan menyeIesaikan konfIik yang digunakan adaIah mempertukarkan pihak yang berkonfIik agar masing-masing pihak dapat saIing memiIiki pembeIajaran terhadap penyeIesaian konfIik yang berupa kompromi dan akomodasi. Hidden Curriculum Strategy in the Formation of Tolerance: A Case Study at Tebuireng Islamic Boarding School
This study aims to analyze hidden curriculum strategies in fostering tolerance attitudes at Tebuireng Islamic Boarding School as a replicable model of tolerance education. Using a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study method, the research was conducted over six months, involving the deputy head of the boarding school, the academic council, the coordinator of mentors, mentors, and students as research subjects. The findings reveal that the hidden curriculum operates through three dimensions: structural via the Student-friendly Islamic boarding school program, interactional through dialogic communication between mentors and students, and cultural via institutional openness and diversification of extracurricular activities. Implementation follows a systematic pattern from the micro level (room) through amar ma'ruf nahi munkar, the meso level (boarding school) with social activities, to the macro level (community) through interfaith dialogue. Students active in extracurricular activities have higher tolerance levels. This study produces the Tri-Dimensional Hidden Curriculum concept, which integrates Jackson's theory with boarding school values, contributing theoretically and practically to the development of tolerant character education in Indonesia
Kurikulum Diniyah Dalam Peningkatan Kemampuan Baca Kitab Kuning Santri di Pondok Putra Pesantren Tebuireng
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran kurikulum diniyah dalam meningkatkan kemampuan baca kitab kuning santri di Pondok Putra Pesantren Tebuireng. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi partisipan, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kurikulum diniyah dirancang secara sistematis dengan tiga tingkatan (I'dad, Wustha, Ulya) dan mengintegrasikan metode tradisional (sorogan, bandongan, hafalan) serta evaluasi modern. Kurikulum ini berhasil meningkatkan kemampuan santri dalam membaca kitab kuning, dengan 80% santri tingkat Ulya mampu membaca kitab gundul secara mandiri. Faktor pendukung keberhasilan meliputi lingkungan pesantren yang kondusif, kedisiplinan, dan kolaborasi antar-stakeholder. Tantangan utama adalah motivasi santri dan adaptasi terhadap perkembangan teknologi. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kurikulum diniyah berperan penting dalam melestarikan tradisi keilmuan Islam klasik sekaligus menjawab kebutuhan pendidikan kontemporer.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran kurikulum diniyah dalam meningkatkan kemampuan baca kitab kuning santri di Pondok Putra Pesantren Tebuireng. Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases.
