Pengaruh Perbedaan Temperatur Terhadap Kelangsungan Hidup Larva Teripang Pasir (Holothuria scabra)
No full textTeripang pasir (Holothuria scabra) sumber protein yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk berbagai kepentingan. Upaya budidaya dan pembenihan telah dapat dilakukan di beberapa tempat dengan berbagai kepentingan. Suhu menjadi faktor penting karena dapat mempengaruhi proses fisiologis dan dapat dilihat terhadap nilai Tingkat kelangsungan hidup. Penelitian ini menggunakan 4 perlakuan suhu yakni 20 ºC; 25 ºC; 30 ºC dan 35ºC, dengan total hewan uji adalah 1000 ekor/ulangan. Sedangkan parameter yang diamati adalah Tingkat kelangsungan hidup dan parameter kualitas air diantaranya salinitas, pH, dan DO. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai Tingkat kelangsungan hidup tertinggi berada pada suhu 25 ºC yakni 80±10%, dengan hasil uji ANOVA adalah (p<0.05). Nilai parameter kualitas air adalah salinitas 30- 31 ppt, pH 7,9-9 ppm dan DO adalah 4,9

No full textTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui struktur batin pada puisi-puisi Soe Hok Gie dalam buku Sekali Lagi dan implikasinya terhadap pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskripsi kualitatif. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan teknik studi kepustakaan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dalam penelitian ini, penulis dapat menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat delapan puisi Soe Hok Gie dalam buku Sekali Lagi yaitu puisi dengan judul Pesan, Sebuah Tanya, Cinta, Cita-Cita, Kepada Pejuang-Pejuang Lama, Mandalawangi Pangrango, Hidup, dan Tentang Kemerdekaan. Hasil penelitian analisis struktur batin puisi terdiri dari tema, nada, rasa, dan amanat. Tema yang ditemukan dalam puisi-puisi Soe Hok Gie yaitu tema mengenai Ketuhanan, Kemanusiaan, Patriotisme, Cinta Kasih, Demokrasi, dan Keadilan Sosial. Kemudian nada yang terdapat dalam puisi-puisi Soek Ho Gie terdiri dari nada Sinis, Optimis, dan Khusyuk. Selain itu, dapat diketahui perasaan yang diungkapkan dalam puisi-puisi Soe Hok Gie teridiri dari perasaan Santai, Marah, Terharu, Berharap, dan Gembira.Kata Kunci: Struktur Batin, Puisi Soe Hok Gie, Buku Sekali Lag
KERAJINAN SEPATU KULIT CIBADUYUT SEBAGAI IDE FOTOGRAFI PRODUK
No full textCibaduyut merupakan salah satu kawasan terkenal di kota Bandung yang memiliki kekhasannya tersendiri yakni sebagai sentra industri kerajinan kulit. Dalam hal ini, penulis memilih kerajinan kulit Cibaduyut sebagai wujud ketertarikan akan sentra industri kerajinan kulit dengan cara yang inovatif dan kreatif. Tujuan penciptaan karya ini adalah untuk mengembangkan dan mendeskripsikan konsep karya fotografi bertemakan kerajinan sepatu kulit Cibaduyut. Penulis tertarik untuk menjadikannya beberapa buah karya seni fotografi yang dibuat menggunakan teknik depth of field, penggunaan teknik depth of field dapat mengisolasi objek dengan membuat bagian background menjadi blur agar foto fokus pada objek yang ditonjolkan. Penulis menggunakan digital printing pada tahap akhir, dengan media art paper dilapis dengan laminasi doff dapat memberikan kesan elegan pada hasil karya. Untuk mengetahui mendeskripsikan karya, dan memvisualisasikan secara estetis “Kerajinan sepatu kulit Cibaduyut sebagai ide karya fotografi produk”. Visualisasi karya metode dalam penciptaan karya fotografi ini berawal dari ide berkarya, kemudia melalui tahap kontemplasi, stimulasi dan proses penciptaan. Sedangkan proses penciptaan terdiri dari persiapan alat, properti, model, latar/background, olah digital dan pencetakan karya. Karya pertama berjudul pembetukan bahan dasar kulit, karya kedua penekanan hasil sol, karya ketiga proses finishing, karya keempat casual, dan terakhir kenyamanan saat aktivitas. Deskripsi visual pada karya ini sudah disesuaikan dengan peraturan pembuatan karya fotografi dengan sumber-sumber yang jelas. Pembuatan karya ini diharapkan menjadi inovasi dan daya tarik dalam upaya pemdokumentasian kerajinan kulit Cibaduyut di kota Bandung, juga menjadi inspirasi untuk para seniman dan para pendidik di bidang senirupa dan desain.

CRAFT CIBADUYUT LEATHER SHOES
AS AN IDEA OF PRODUCT PHOTOGRAPHY
Cibaduyut is one of the famous areas in the city of Bandung which has its own peculiarities namely as a center of the leather craft industry. In this case, the writer chose Cibaduyut leather craft as an expression of interest in the leather craft industry center in an innovative and creative way. The purpose of this work is to develop and describe the concept of photography with the theme of Cibaduyut leather shoes. The author is interested in making it a number of photographic works of art created using depth of field techniques, the use of depth of field techniques can isolate objects by making the background blurry so that photos focus on the highlighted object. The author uses digital printing in the final stage, with art paper media coated with matte lamination can give an elegant impression on the work. To find out describing the work, and visualize aesthetically "Craft Cibaduyut leather shoes as an idea of product photography". The visualization of method works in the creation of photographic works starts from the idea of creating, then going through the stages of contemplation, stimulation and the process of creation. While the creation process consists of preparation of tools, properties, models, backgrounds, digital processing and printing of works. The first work is titled the formation of leather-based materials, the second work emphasizes the results of soles, the third work is finishing process, the fourth work is casual, and finally the comfort of activities. The visual description in this work has been adjusted to the rules of making photographic works with clear sources. The making of this work is expected to be an innovation and attraction in the effort to document Cibaduyut leathers craft in the city of Bandung, also to be an inspiration for artists and educators in the fields of art and design.

Acupuncture at Tàichōng (太冲 LR 3) for dysmenorrhea
No full textThe patient with dysmenorrhea was treated by needling at Tàichōng (太冲 LR 3), 4 times of treatment was given and the nausea, migraine and pain scale of the patient were alleviated and finally disappeared. Until the next two menstrual period, patient did not have similar complaints. The author recommended for other acupuncturists to utilize LR 3 as complementary therapy for relieving pain at primary dysmenorrhea
Energy saving on IoT using LoRa: a systematic literature review

With remote systems, IoT is not enough to use in case of internet instability. By using long range (LoRa), IoT systems can now solve this problem. Millions of data make IoT-LoRa have to spend a lot of energy. This paper helps discover where recent studies offer a broad perspective on energy savings using the systematic literature review (SLR). The paper extracted 252 articles from IEEE, ACM, MDPI, Springer, Hindawi, ScienceDirect, and IAES. 44 articles passed the specified inclusion and exclusion criteria. The article focuses on knowledge about IoT-Lora, energy saving needs, energy saving factors, and the paper demographics. The author synthesizes studies for that purpose on IoT applications using LoRa
Passenger Loyalty and Satisfaction: Empirical Evidence at the South Sumatra LRT Station in Indonesia
No full textDuring its operation, Light Rail Transit in the Province of South Sumatera had not become the main choice of transportation for people in Palembang and its surroundings. Objectives: This research aimed to analyze the direct and indirect influences of operational performance and service quality on passenger loyalty mediated by Light Rail Transit passenger satisfaction.Methodology: This research took the sample of all employees of the Station and passengers of Light Rail Transit Palembang as many as 100 people. The method of data analysis used in this research was the Path Analysis method.Finding: The research found that operational performance and service quality had positive and significant direct and indirect influences on passenger satisfaction and passenger loyalty, also passenger satisfaction had a positive and significant influence on passenger loyalty.Conclusion: Maintaining passenger loyalty needs an improvement in operational performance and service quality to achieve passenger satisfaction through the improvement of inter-division coordination and training. The improvement of operational performance and support from service quality will enhance passenger trust which, in turn, will increase the loyalty of LRT passengers

No full textPendidikan memegang peran utama dalam kehidupan setiap individual, pendidikan akan menjadi sempurna apabila pendidikan yang didapatkan dibarengi dengan karakter yang sesuai serta akhlak yang mulia. Pondok pesantren merupakan salah satu lembaga pendidikan yang sangat banyak dan beragam, perannya sangat penting dan dipercayai oleh masyarakat sebagai tempat pembinaan yang berbeda dengan sekolah pada umumnya yang mana di dalam pondok diharapkan mampu mencetak generasi dengan karakter yang baik.Adapun rumusan masalah yang penulis kemukakan dalam skripsi ini ialah (1) bagaiamana peran pendidikan di pondok pesantren Daarut Taqwa dalam pembentukan karakter santriwati. (2) apa saja kendala dalam pembentukan karakter pendidikan pesantren di pondok pesantren Daarut Taqwa. Jenis penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah wawancara, observasi, dokumtenasi dan analisis data yang terdiri dari reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan serta di uji keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi. Data diperoleh dari beberapa sumber di antara lainyaitu Kiayi, pengasuhan santri dan santriwati. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kiayi memegang peran sebagai pemimpin, pengajar dan pengasuh dalam pembentukan karakter santriwati sedangkan guru memegang peran sebagai pendidik, pengajar, pembimbing, pelatih, penilai dalam membentuk karakter santriwati.Adapun kendala yaitu kendala internal seperti kurangnya tenaga pendidik serta fasilitas pendidikan yang kurang memadia adapun kendala eksternal yaitu lingkungan serta latar belakang santriwati yang berbeda-beda..

Abstrac
Education plays a major role in the life of every individual, education will be perfect if the education obtained is accompanied by appropriate character and noble character. Islamic boarding school is one of the educational institutions that numerous and diverse, its role is very important and is trusted by the community as a place of development that is different from schools in general which in the boarding school is expected to be able to produce generations with good character. The formulation of the problem that the author put forward in this thesis is (1) how is the role of education in the Daarut Taqwa Islamic boarding school in shaping the character of female students. (2) what are the obstacles in forming the character of Islamic boarding school education in Daarut Taqwa Islamic boarding school. This type of field research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, while the data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, documentation and data analysis consisting of data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and testing the validity of the data using triangulation.This research method using a qualitative descriptive approach, while the data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, documentation and data analysis. The data were obtained from several sources, including Kiayi, student care and female students. The results of this study indicate that Kiayi plays a role as a leader, teacher and caregiver in forming the character of female students while teachers play a role as educator, teacher, mentor, coach, assessor in forming the character of female students. The constraints are internal constraints such as the lack of educators and inadequate educational facilities while external constraints are the environment and the different backgrounds of female students
Competing myths of nationalist identity: ideological perceptions of conflict in Ambon, Indonesia
No full textThis thesis examines the 1999-2003 case of political conflict in Ambon, in Eastern Indonesia, in the context of political change in Indonesia from 1950-1998. It is argued that political transformation during this period was closely influenced by a much longer period of unprecedented social change preceding the politics of this period. It is suggested that the ideologisation of ethnic identities is likely to occur when structures of community are disrupted by changes in the contemporary world such as economic fluctuations or state policy interventions. One result is to disrupt traditional village communities so as to place individuals in stress situations making them susceptible to new nationalist ideologies. The other impact is to dislocate authority structures so that both incumbent and aspiring elites lose their power and authority and thus search for new ways in order to re-establish their moral and political legitimacy.
It is argued that nationalism is able to offer a resolution to social disruption and thus to the community in search of social cohesion, while also functioning to rebuild elite authority. In ethnic nationalist ideology, insecurities and feelings of isolation are ameliorated by subsequent constructions of 'us' and 'them' where members of one distinct community are demarcated from other communities. It is suggested that myths of ancestry and homeland together with counterposed moral dichotomies appealed to the Ambonese who needed this form of ideological support. It is the insecurities and fear experienced by disrupted communities which promote this powerful ideological formula.
It is asserted that conflict on the island has been characterised by this trend towards ideological absolutism where two conflicting ideological constructions have translated the conflict into a non-negotiable confrontation between opposing national rights. It is argued that these two ideological constructions have remained internalised on the island and embedded within the mindsets of both Ambonese Christians and Muslims, thereby rendering setbacks to conflict resolution
