    Skripsi dengan Judul “Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja Dan Keselamatan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) Terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan Di PT Sukses Mitra Sejahtera” ini ditulis oleh Azam Khoirul Abdi, NIM. 126405211027, dengan dosen pembimbing Labib Muzaki Shobir, S.Hum., M.Pd.I. Kata Kunci: Disiplin Kerja, Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3), Produktivitas Karyawan Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya peningkatan produktivitas karyawan dalam menghadapi persaingan global yang semakin kompetitif. PT Sukses Mitra Sejahtera sebagai perusahaan manufaktur di bidang pengolahan kayu lapis dituntut untuk menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung peningkatan produktivitas. Disiplin kerja dan keselamatan kesehatan kerja (K3) menjadi dua faktor penting yang diduga berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas karyawan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh disiplin kerja dan keselamatan kesehatan kerja K3 terhadap produktivitas karyawan di PT Sukses Mitra Sejahtera. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan di PT Sukses Mitra Sejahtera; (2) Pengaruh keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan di PT Sukses Mitra Sejahtera; dan (3) Pengaruh disiplin kerja dan keselamatan kesehatan kerja secara simultan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan di PT Sukses Mitra Sejahtera. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuersioner kepada 94 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya menggunakan bantuan aplikasi SPSS versi 27. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan meliputi uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji f, uji t, dan koefisien determinasi (R²). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan di PT Sukses Mitra Sejahtera; (2) Keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan di PT Sukses Mitra Sejahtera; dan (3) Disiplin kerja dan keselamatan kesehatan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan di PT Sukses Mitra Sejahtera

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja, dan kompensasi terhadap loyalitas karyawan pada bank syariah di wilayah Brebes dan Tegal. Loyalitas karyawan merupakan elemen penting dalam mendukung kinerja organisasi secara berkelanjutan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei. Data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden yang merupakan karyawan bank syariah di daerah tersebut. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan model persamaan struktural (SEM) dengan bantuan software SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan. Sementara itu, variabel kepemimpinan tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap loyalitas. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan ilmu manajemen sumber daya manusia, khususnya dalam konteks perbankan syariah.     The Influence of Leadership, Work Environment, and Compensation on Employee Loyalty in Islamic Banking in Brebes and Tegal

    Purpose: This study analyzes the influence of leadership, work environment, and compensation on employee loyalty in Islamic banks in the Brebes and Tegal regions. Design/methodology/approach: The research used a quantitative survey approach with purposive sampling involving 40 employees of Islamic banks. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire and analyzed through Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS software. Findings: The results indicate that work environment and compensation have a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty, while leadership does not significantly influence loyalty. These findings highlight that non-financial and financial factors play a more substantial role in fostering employee loyalty compared to leadership in the studied context. Theoretical Contribution/Originality: This research contributes to the literature on human resource management by emphasizing the importance of compensation and work environment in Islamic banking institutions. It also adds new empirical evidence showing that leadership may not always directly affect employee loyalty, particularly when organizational systems and compensation structures serve as substitutes for leadership roles. Research limitation and implication: The study is limited to Islamic banks in Brebes and Tegal with a relatively small sample size, reducing its generalizability. Future research should expand to broader regions, employ qualitative or mixed methods, and include additional variables such as organizational culture, job satisfaction, and motivation. Practically, the findings suggest that Islamic banks should prioritize improving compensation systems and work environments, while also enhancing leadership styles to strengthen employee loyalty

    Analysis of Muzakki\u27s Decision to Pay Zakat Seen from Income, Education, Religiosity

    This study aims to explain how the influence of income and education on muzaki\u27s decision to pay zakat with religiosity as a moderating variable. The method used in this research is the quantitative method. The population in this study is muzaki in Bekasi city and district using accidental sampling technique which is taken if the selection of sample members is based on chance encounters. The sample in this study amounted to 430 respondents. The data collection method uses the survey method, namely the author distributes questionnaires directly to respondents. The data analysis technique in this study researchers used SEM PLS. The result of this study found that income has a positive and statistically significant effect on muzaki\u27s decision to pay zakat, as well as education has a positive and statistically significant effect on muzaki\u27s decision to pay zakat. As for the moderating variable religiosity, each weakens the relationship between income and education on Muzaki’s decision to pay zakat. This research enriches previous studies on the decision of muzaki to issue zakat from the perspective of income, education, and religiosity in the community in Bekasi City and Regency

    In the s ocio econ omic aspect, zakat is considered one of the instruments capable of redistributing income or sustenanc e from those who have surplus to those in need. The distribution of sustenance, whether in the form of zakat, infak, charity, or other religious social funds, is specifically collected by the BAZNAS institution and later channeled to those eligible to receive zakat (mustahik). Efficient and effective zakat services in the collection and distribution of zakat fun ds can be re a lized t hrough col laborati on among zakat payers, zakat institutions, asnaf groups, and the government. However, researchers observe that the socialization conducted by BASNAZ is not optimal among urban and rural communities, especially in the East OKU district of South Sumatra. Based on this issue, the author formulates two research problems: What are the factors influencing the inclination of urban and rural muzaki to pay zakat through BAZNAS, and what strategies should be undertaken by BAZNAS at the pr ovi ncial an d distric t levels to increa se the participation of muzaki from both urban and rural areas in paying zakat? The research employ s the normative sociology research method, dissecting the theory of urban and rural community tendencies in paying zakat to BAZNAS and analyzin g it with urban and rural sociology. The research findings, in line with the formulated problems, reveal that the factors influencing the inclination of urban and rural muzaki to pay zakat to BAZNAS are trust, income, and the reli gio si ty of mu zaki . The stra tegy implemen ted by BAZNAS at the provincial level to enhance the participation of urban muzaki involves soci alization through print media such as newspapers and publishing a daily question and answer rubric. Collaboration with various government agencies, private institutions, and the ut ilization of digital payments are also employed to facilitate muzaki in depositing funds to BAZNAS. On the other hand, the strategy of BAZNAS at the district level to increase the participation of rura l muzaki in cludes s ocialization thr ough religious lectures/khutbahs, seminars in collaboration with the East OKU district religio us affairs office, face to face socialization with religious figures in several villages to introduce the BAZNAS institution, and, finally, the utilization of information technolog y and digital payment services for zakat through a digital system

    This article discusses the problem of large queues at the student parking exit, because the majority of the UIN Syarif Hidayatullah academic community uses both two-wheeled and four-wheeled vehicles, so they need a parking area to park their vehicles and to control vehicles. The current parking space at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah, namely the parking area next to the UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta Public Library, is insufficient. So the UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta campus uses a dual payment system. Electronic parking system (E-Parking) and also taking steps to create an electronic parking system (E-Parking) using member cards for employees and electronic money (E-Money) for students to overcome traffic jams at the exit. This research was conducted using qualitative research methods, where this research was carried out by understanding the phenomena that occurred at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, or observations made by the author within the UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta environment. The sources used for this research method are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that to solve the traffic jams that often occur in the UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta area when students enter the campus area or leave the campus, the campus provides a solution, namely the innovation of implementing electronic parking (E-Parking) in the hope of reducing the number of traffic jams. which occurred in the UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta area. The use of electronic parking is not a solution to reduce congestion in the UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta area because considering the limited parking space provided by UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta for parking, it would not be able to accommodate vehicles brought by students. Therefore, there are several solutions to make the UIN Jakarta parking area better, one of which is: 1. Adding more space for parking 2. Students are prohibited from bringing vehicles in the UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta area 3. Adding counters at the exit
