ABSTRACT
The objective of this research is to improve students’ vocabulary mastery through extensive reading activities at Grade XI IPA 2 of SMA N 1 Pleret, Bantul Yogyakarta in the academic year of 2011/2012.
This research applied the principles of action research. It was conducted in two cycles of actions. The subjects of the study were 31 students of XI IPA 2 of SMA N 1 Pleret, Bantul in the academic year of 2011/2012. In collecting the data, the researcher used some techniques, namely, observations, interviews, and documentation. The data were in the form of field notes and interview transcripts. The data were qualitative in nature and were analyzed using qualitative technique. To deal with the problems, the researcher implemented extensive reading activities as the main activity consisting of some activities. They were book flood activity, sustained reading activity, quick book report, and telling the truth activity.
The result of the research reveals that the implementation of the extensive reading activities using book flood activity, sustained reading activity, and telling the truth activity successfully improved students’ vocabulary mastery. The students could memorize the words easily so that their text understanding improved. In addition, these activities not only made them more enthusiastic but also increased their involvement in the teaching and learning process

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk penanda pasif dan
makna penanda pasif dalam novel Tretes Tintrim karya Suparto Brata. Fokus
penelitian ini adalah bentuk penanda pasif dan makna penanda pasif dalam novel
Tretes Tintrim karya Suparto Brata.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah
novel Tretes Tintrim karya Suparto Brata, dan objek penelitian ini adalah kalimat
pasif dalam novel Tretes Tintrim karya Suparto Brata. Instrumen dalam penelitian
ini adalah tabel analisis data dengan dibantu peneliti sendiri dan kartu data.
Teknik pengumpulan data dengan metode baca dan catat. Keabsahan data
diperoleh melalui validitas konstruk dan reliabilitas intrarater dan interrater.
Hasil penelitian yang ditemukan dalam penelitian ini meliputi dua hal.
Pertama, penggunaan bentuk penanda pasif dalam novel Tretes Tintrim karya
Suparto Brata tersebut antara lain (1) bentuk penanda pasif verba /dak-/;
(2) bentuk penanda pasif verba /kok-/; (3) bentuk penanda pasif verba /di-/;
(4) bentuk penanda pasif verba /ka-/; dan (5) bentuk penanda pasif dengan seselan
/-in-/. Bentuk /-in-/ lazim digunakan dalam ragam sastra. Kedua, makna penanda
pasif dalam novel Tretes Tintrim karya Suparto Brata tersebut antara lain (1)
melakukan pekerjaan; (2) melakukan pekerjaan berulang-ulang; (3) melakukan
pekerjaan untuk orang lain; dan (4) dikenai pekerjaan

Abstrak
Selama ini limbah dari pabrik urea di Indonesia diolah menggunakan proses nitrifikasi -denitrifikasi
heterotrofik dengan menggunakan bantuan lumpur aktif nitrifying. Sayangn ya proses ini memiliki kelemahan. Kadar
COD limbah urea yang rendah, menyebabkan perlu-nya penambahan asupan sumber karbon. Alternatif pengolahan
yang diteliti adalah proses yang menggabungkan microalgae dengan lumpur aktif nitrifying. Dengan proses ini
penambahan asupan karbon bisa dihindari karena microalgae-nya mampu memanfaatkan (NH)2CO dan NH3-N
sebagai sumber nitrogen untuk kemudian difotosinteis dengan bantuan CO 2. Sedangkan microalgae yang terbentuk
bisa dimanfaatkan oleh lumpur aktif sebagai sumber karbon. Limbah dengan variasi kadar ammonia yang berbeda
dialirkan menuju bak microalgae kemudian dialrkan lagi ke bak lumpur aktif. Respon yang diamati adalah
penurunan kadar NH3-N yang terjadi serta kadar NO2-NO3 yang terbentuk dari penguraian ammonia. Dari
penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan konsentrasi NH3-N dalam influent berbanding terbalik dengan persentase
penurunan NH3-N dimana semakin besar konsentrasi NH3-N influent mengakibatkan persentase penurunan
konsentrasi NH3-N dalam limbah cenderung semakin turun. Persentase penurunan NH3-N paling tinggi yaitu
67,33 % diperoleh pada konsentrasi NH3-N influent paling rendah yaitu 2747,95 mg/L. Sedang persentase
penurunan NH3-N paling rendah yaitu 57,17 % diperoleh pada konsentrasi NH3-N influent paling tinggi yaitu
4690,02 mg/L.Konsentrasi NO2
- dan NO3
- dalam effluent cenderung semakin turun seiring dengan semakin besarnya
konsentrasi NH3-N influent. Konsentrasi NO2
- dan NO3
- paling rendah yaitu 2,03 mg/L saat konsentrasi NH3-N
influent paling tinggi yaitu 4690,02 mg/L. Sedang konsentrasi NO2
- dan NO3
- paling tinggi yaitu 60,87 mg/L
diperoleh saat konsentrasi influent NH3-N paling rendah yaitu 2747,95 mg/L

actividades de prácticas profesionales, descripción de la entidad “(UAE DIAN) Unidad
Administrativa Especial Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales” (Wikipedia, 2023, párrafo
primero). Como pasante universitario el cual consiste en elaborar un informe relacionado en el
área donde se ejerce dicha actividad, la entidad cuenta con un organigrama el cual muestra sus
funciones y se encuentra distribuido por divisiones, por la cual se realizaron diferentes
actividades en el proceso de pasantía en la División de operación aduanera, Grupo Interno de
Trabajo Registro y Control Usuarios aduaneros Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales -
Seccional Buenaventura, de acuerdo a la práctica esta entidad fue creada con el fin de garantizar
la seguridad fiscal del Estado colombiano, y además fue asignada para proteger el orden público

Las pasantías del autor (a) de este informe se realizaron en la Dirección Seccional de Impuestos
y Aduanas Nacionales de Buenaventura, que según (DIAN , 2013) esta es una organización del
estado que coadyuva a garantizar la seguridad fiscal del estado colombiano y la protección del
orden público, económico nacional, mediante la administración y control al debido cumplimiento
de las obligaciones tributarias, aduanera y cambiarias, los derechos de explotación y gastos de
administración sobre los juegos de suerte y azar explotados por entidades públicas del nivel
nacional y la facilitación de las operaciones de comercio exterior en condiciones de equidad,
transparencia y legalidadHis internship report is aimed at the development of the activities of the entity "(UAE DIAN)

paragraph). As a university intern which consists of preparing a related report in the area where
this activity is exercised, the entity has an organizational chart which shows its functions and is
distributed by divisions, by which different activities were carried out in the process internship
professionals in the Division of customs operation in the entity Directorate of National Taxes and
Customs - Buenaventura Section, According to the investigation, this entity was created in order
to guarantee the fiscal security of the Colombian State, and was also assigned to protect public
order and the national economy. All this process must be done through the administration and
control of due compliance with tax obligations and also facilitate foreign trade operations in

Distributed Individual-Based Environmental Simulation
No full textThis paper describes the development and construction of a distributed model allowing the simulation of a large population. Particular attention will be paid to allowing the modelling of an individual's behaviour, communication and interaction with a shared environment. Individual based modelling is not a new concept, nor is the idea of distributed simulations, the system detailed here offers a means of combining these two paradigms into one large-scale modelling environment. A key concept in this system is that each individual being modelled is implemented as a separate process. This atomisation of the model allows the simulation a greater flexibility, individuals can be rapidly developed and the simulation can be spread over a wide number of machines of varying architectures. In an attempt to produce a flexible, extensible, individual based model of a large number of individual subjects the client-server paradigm has been employed. Combining the individual-based modelling techniques with a client-server network architecture has been found to be quite straightforward with the added bonus of having communication between individuals included for free. The idea of considering the problem as one of interaction between an individual and the environment means that the problems normally associated with distributed simulations, those of continuity of world-views for different clients and of communication between clients, are easily solved. Although this system has been developed originally to allow simulations of the Mountain Gorilla (Gorilla Gorilla Beringe) population, the modelling methods employed have meant that almost any entity can be simulated with very little change to the basic simulation processes

Sumberan No. 22 RT 01 RW 21, Sariharjo, Ngaglik, Sleman bertujuan untuk melatih mahasiswa agar menguasai kemampuan keguruan secara utuh dan terintegrasi sehingga setelah menyelesaikan pendidikan mereka mempunyai keterampilan sebagai tenaga profesional kependidikan dan siap untuk secara mandiri mengembangkan tugas sebagai guru.
Praktik Pengalaman Lapangan dilaksanakan selama kurang lebih 9 minggu terhitung dari hari Jumat 15 juli sampai hari Sabtu tanggal 17 September 2016. Program kerja yang dilaksanakan berupa praktik mengajar dan non mengajar. Praktik mengajar dilaksanakan di kelas VIII dengan jumlah siswa 1 anak dengan jenis ketunaan autis. Praktik mengajar dilaksanakan selama 8 kali dengan RPP, yang diawali dengan pembuatan rencana program pembelajaran, penyiapan materi, dan media pembelajaran. Kurang lebih 20 kali tanpa RPP. Kurikulum yang digunakan sekolah yaitu Kurikulum 2013 yang telah di modifikasi sesuai dengan kemampuan siswa.
Kegiatan non megajar meliputi pendampingan KBM yang berlangsung setiap hari senin sampai jumat, dari pukul 08.00-15.00, piket harian, program sekolah sehat. Dengan adanya pelatihan dan berbagai macam kegiatan tersebut diharapkan mahasiswa mendapat ilmu yang bermanfaat, bagi mahasiswa pada khususnya, dikarenakan mahasiswa mendapat pengalaman baru untuk mendidik dan memberikan pembelajaran secara langsung kepada anak berkebutuhankhusus. Selain itu juga dapat meningkatkan mengenai kemampuan profesionalitas, kemampuan sosial, dan kepribadiannya yang nanti akan menjadi bekal setelah lulus menempuh jejang pendidikan di kampus

The competition is getting tougher, requires every education learning doing innovation, development and improvement in their course program to get new target market. In order to overcome the competition, Dian Institute should know what positioning strategy could be used for prospective students especially for new target market The strategy formulation begins with analyzing external and internal environment to identify opportunities and threats of the industry as well as the strengths and weaknesses of the company using several methods such as Political, Legal, Socio-Cultural and Technology (PEST) Analysis, Porter’s Five Forces Analysis, Competitor Analysis, Current Business Model Analysis, and Value Chain Analysis. The SWOT derived from the external and internal analysis is then used to generate IFAS and EFAS score, and interpreted to the Grand Strategy Selection Matrix and Four basic strategic, determining the current position of the Dian Institute and the strategy it should execute. The result of the analysis indicates Dian Institute in quadrant 1 of grand strategy. Quadrant I of the Grand Strategy Matrix are in an excellent strategic position. For Dian Institute, continued concentration on current markets (market penetration and market development) and products (product development) are appropriate strategies.so that after succeeding in growth strategy, author make new business model canvas for Dian Institute for make this business better .All things considered, to analyze the current business situations and internal conditions of Dian Institute as the basis of strategies formulation.
