Get PDFThis study aims to get an overview of employee job satisfaction at PT.Citra Karya Inti Sentosa 1 Jambi and to analyze the factors of job satisfaction at PT.Citra Karya Inti Sentosa 1 Jambi. This study took a sample of 23 employees of PT Citra Karya Inti Sentosa 1 Jambi using the survey method. The method used to analyze the data generated from this research is descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of this study show an overview of employee job satisfaction at PT. Citra Karya Inti Sentosa 1 Jambi, based on the results of the survey and analysis carried out it can be concluded that the average proportion of the factors that influence job satisfaction at PT. Citra Karya Inti Sentosa 1 Jambi is based on calculations Data processing starts from the work factor itself which has an unsatisfied rating scale, and on the personality suitability factor which has a dissatisfied rating scale. Overall, employee job satisfaction is not good. It can be seen that job satisfaction factors such as the work itself, salary, working conditions, co-workers, and personality satisfaction have not been met properly. For the progress and sustainability of PT. Citra Karya Inti Sentosa 1 Jambi, the author will later suggest that the factors of job satisfaction can be cultivated even better

The author conducted data collection by means of observation and interviews directly to the object of research. Analysis was conducted by the author in completing this final report is in the form of an analysis of the internal control structure on cash receipts of cash sale that have been implemented enterprise. From the results of the analysis, the author found several problems which were geminating task by the cashier function, cash and credit sales invoices were not separated, did not have work guidelines, did not have a policy of hiring, and absence of checks cash receipts transactions. After analyzing the existing problems, the author gives some suggestions that can help the development of the company in the future are companies preferably separates accounting functions and cash and have a policy in reception clerks, Sinar Bearindo Sentosa, Ltd. By comparing the profitability of the performance of the two companies, because the assessment of financial performance is very important for companies, because knowing financial performance can be used as management in making financial decisions. The purpose of this study was to determine financial performance in terms of profitability ratios based on gross profit margin, net profit margin, basic earning power, return on investment, and return on equity. The statement submitted by the author is the financial performance of PT. Bukit Asam Persero Tbk and PT. Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk Period 2011-2022. This study uses secondary data with descriptive quantitative analysis method. The result of this research is PT. Bukit Asam Persero has better performance profitability than PT. Dian Swastatika Sentosa. Where from the overall results of the profitability ratios that have been explained by PT. Get PDFThis research aims to determine and analyze legal protection for the rights of Domestic Workers (PRT) and obstacles in implementing legal protection for the rights of domestic workers in the Villa Sentosa Indah Housing Complex, Jambi City. This research uses the Empirical Juridical research type by collecting data directly from respondents through field research to determine the problems that arise in implementing legal protection for the rights of domestic workers in the Villa Sentosa Indah Housing Complex, Jambi City. The results of research conducted by the author, involving 18 domestic worker respondents and 18 user respondents in the Villa Sentosa Indah Housing Complex, Jambi City, show that there are still users who do not comply with wage agreements, do not include domestic workers in the Social Security program, do not give leave rights to domestic workers and do not report the use of domestic workers' services to the Head of the Neighborhood Association. An obstacle in implementing legal protection in the Villa Sentosa Indah Housing Complex, Jambi City is the absence of socialization regarding the Minister of Manpower Regulation regarding the Protection of Domestic Workers. The results of interviews conducted by the author in October 2023 with 18 domestic worker respondents and 18 user respondents in February 2024, stated that they had never received socialization information regarding the Minister of Manpower Regulation on the Protection of Domestic Workers. In fact, the Head of the Neighborhood Association number 31 also said that up to now no information has been received regarding the socialization of the Minister of Manpower Regulation on the Protection of Domestic Workers carried out by the government

Information systems sales report is needed by the company to know at any time the sales summary, sales growth can be monitored at any time and are still manually input method can be done in computerized to avoid many mistakes. Recapitulation of sales at PT. Evergreen Sentosa in Tangerang previously used in the bookkeeping and input using Microsoft Excel 2007. The main purpose of the research conducted by the authors is to assist the Company in the sales summary in order to avoid many mistakes, change a system that is still done manually into a computerized online by using the Other: direct observation, conducting interviews with stakeholders, studying the data that has been given from PT. Evergreen Sentosa in Tangerang, and the method of literature done by seeking additional information from a variety of books obtained, analyzed in the form of the Unified Modeling Language (UML) using visual software design paradigm 6.4 and made proposals as you wish stakeholders. From the observations made by the author, the authors obtain results or conclusions that the information system sales reports beneficial to the Company.
Keywords: Sales Report , PT . Evergreen Sentosa , UMLPerkembangan teknologi saat ini berkembang begitu pesat, terutama dalam bidang industri. Persaingan dalam dunia industri semakin ketat sehingga perusahaan pun akan selalu berusaha agar terus menjadi yang pertama dalam memuaskan konsumen dan konsumen tidak beralih ke yang lain. Sistem informasi laporan penjualan sangat dibutuhkan oleh perusahaan untuk mengetahui rekapitulasi penjualan setiap saat, perkembangan penjualan dapat dipantau setiap saat dan metode input yang masih manual dapat dilakukan secara terkomputerisasi agar tidak terjadi banyak kesalahan. Rekapitulasi penjualan pada PT. Evergreen Sentosa di Tangerang sebelumnya menggunakan pembukuan dan di input menggunakan Microsoft Excel 2007. Tujuan utama penelitian yang dilakukan oleh penulis ialah membantu pihak Perusahaan dalam rekapitulasi penjualan agar tidak terjadi banyak kesalahan, mengubah sistem yang masih dilakukan secara manual menjadi terkomputerisasi secara online dengan menggunakan metode antara lain: melakukan observasi secara langsung, melakukan wawancara langsung dengan stakeholder, mempelajari data yang di berikan dari PT. Evergreen Sentosa di Tangerang, dan metode kepustakaan dilakukan dengan mencari informasi-informasi tambahan dari berbagai buku yang diperoleh, dianalisis dalam bentuk Unified Modeling Language (UML) dengan menggunakan software visual paradigm 6.4 dan dibuat rancangan usulan sesuai keinginan stakeholder. Dari hasil observasi yang dilakukan oleh penulis maka penulis mendapatkan hasil atau kesimpulan bahwa sistem informasi laporan penjualan bermanfaat bagi Perusahaan.
