Latar belakang masalah adalah upaya perusahaan CV. Aswadi Jaya untuk menciptakan, memperbesar, dan terus membuka selebar mungkin ruang tambah laba. Dalam hal pengambilan laba terkadang permasalahaan yang muncul dalam perusahaan adalah pengambilan laba yang tidak sejalan dengan norma-norma perilaku Islam yang ditetapkan, sehingga akan berdampak tidak baik bagi konsumen dan faktor produksi ataupun pengusaha itu sendiri.
Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana akad yang dijalankan oleh CV. Aswadi Jaya dan mengetahui bagaimana pengambilan laba yang dilakukan CV. Aswadi Jaya dalam tinjauan ekonomi Islam.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan (field research), karena secara keseluruhan untuk memperoleh data-data yang diperlukan, penulis melakukan penelitian dengan teknik wawancara dan studi dokumenter.
Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah diketahui bahwa pemerintah telah memberikan izin kepada CV. Aswadi Jaya untuk mengerjakan proyek tersebut, dan upah (imbalan) yang jelas tertera pada dolumen kontrak. Dan pada awal kontrak CV. Aswadi Jaya menetepkan laba 10% dari tiap tahapan produksi. Kemudian seiring berjalannya proyek, karena fluktuasi harga dan olah pengusaha maka ada ruang lebih untuk penambahan laba dari proyek tersebut, mulai dari efisiensi waktu dan bahan (markup).
Menurut penulis akad yang dilakukan telah sesuai dengan hukum ekonomi Islam karena ijin mengerjakan proyek sudah ada, upahnya jelas serta kerenruan rukun akad ju’alah telah dipenuhi. pengambilan laba oleh CV. Aswadi Jaya dalam proyek peningkatan jalan di Desa Patin selera ditinjau dengan ekonomi Islam masih belum sesuai. Full text linkAfter the Covid-19 pandemic, baseline activity returned to normal with few restrictions and standard operating procedures (SOPs). One of its activities is refueling, however many are unaware of the cleanliness of the gas nozzle pump. However, users at gas stations only expect staff to clean the gas nozzle pump before other users use it. BEMBO is a gas nozzle pump that reduces users being infected with the virus. The main function of this product is to refuel gasoline and diesel. An additional function is a refillable hand sanitizer spray. This product does not use electronic components as it is very dangerous to use at gas stations and avoids the occurrence of explosions or fires as a result of a mixture of gas and electricity. The color of the gas nozzle pump depends on the type of Ron and Diesel. The objectives of Bembo are (1) to design a friendly user gas nozzle pump include hand sanitizer, (2) to design a gas nozzle pump product that implement minimalist concept, (3) to design a gas nozzle pump product that can use all vehicles and (4) to stay safe and stop spread of the virus. Based on the online survey, it was found that the majority of respondents have no awareness to prevent he transmission of covid19 epidemic. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan bagaimana
pengaruh Game Free Fire Terhadap Keterampilan Berbahasa di Sekolah Dasar
Negeri 309 Ujung Bassiang usia 10-11 tahun 2023. Penelitian ini menerapkan
metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pendekatan ini memungkinkan
pengumpulan data dilakukan secara langsung di lapangan, sehingga
memungkinkan pengamatannya terhadap subjek penelitian dalam konteks aslinya.
Subyek penelitian akan difokuskan pada siswa Sekolah Dasar Negeri 309 Ujung
Bassiang yang berusia 10-11 tahun. Instrumen penelitian yang akan digunakan
mencakup pedoman observasi, angket, pedoman wawancara, dan dokumentasi.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa game Free Fire berdampak pada
keterampilan berbahasa siswa. Sebagian besar siswa mengatakan bahwa game ini
meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara dan interaksi sosial. Data menunjukkan
78,1% siswa setuju bahwa Free Fire meningkatkan kelancaran berbicara, dan
wawancara mengkonfirmasi bahwa game ini dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan diri
dalam berkomunikasi. Namun, efek negatif juga terdeteksi, seperti penggunaan
kata-kata kasar dan gangguan pada waktu belajar. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan
bimbingan dari orang tua dan pendidik untuk memaksimalkan manfaat positif
sambil menghindari dampak negatifnya.

Introducing Two Unknown Characters Mentioned in Daqayeq al-Sheʻr, Shams-e Razi and Aswadi
No full textIn the book Daqayeq al-Sheʻr, two characters are mentioned, Shams-e Razi and Aswadi, and a quatrain is quoted from each of them. There is almost no mention of these two poets in other works. This paper is focused on finding information about the two poets above. For this purpose, in addition to reflecting on the remaining quatrains, tazkiras, anthologies, and other sources were explored, and authentic historical texts related to the Seljuk period were studied. The findings indicate that Shams-e Razi traveled between 588 and 607 AH/ 1192 and 1211 in Bukhara, Delhi, Makran, Sistan, and Esfezar and spent some time in the court of the vizier of Ghor and Firuzkuh and the governer of Esfezar. Shams-e Razi was the son of Saeed Razi al-Din Abu Saeed, a well-reputed finance minister of the Seljuk period, and the brother of Aziz al-Din, a finance minister and vizier of the era. What is left from Shams’s poetry are two verses in the form of a quatrain in satire of “Aswadi” and the beginning of an ode in praise of Abu Bakr Jamji. Aswadi is the other character, who lived in the 6 and 7 centuries AH/ 12 and 13, and from the only surviving quatrain, it appears that he was probably a satirist who had arguments with Shams-e Razi. His quatrain in satire of Shams-e Razi is recorded in Daqayeq al-Sheʻr; therefore, a satirical quatrain by Shams-e Razi against him has also been preserved in the book
