Full text linkUD. Arys Jaya adalah sebuah bisnis yang bergerak sebagai distributor dan
retailer di Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur. Bisnis yang didirikan sejak Juni 2015 ini telah
memiliki 2 toko retail yang masing-masing dibuka pada Juni 2016 dan November
2017. Ide yang mendasari pembukaan toko retail ini adalah karena pemilik yang
bertujuan untuk melakukan backward integration yakni dengan menjadi produsen
kerupuk sejak awal pendirian UD. Arys Jaya. Namun, dengan kondisi adanya
kondisi persaingan pangsa pasar dengan kompetitor dan kewajiban jangka pendek
serta tujuan jangka panjang perusahaan, maka UD. Arys Jaya harus mulai
memikirkan strategi yang tepat.
Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis tren pasar dan konsumen, analisis
lingkungan makro, analisis kompetitor, dan analisis sumber daya, kekuatan
internal dan eksternal untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh pada
pencapaian tujuan perusahaan. Analisis-analisis tersebut dilakukan dengan
melakukan studi pustaka. Selain itu, penelitian juga dilakukan dengan menggali
informasi dari narasumber berkaitan hal yang akan dianalisis dengan teknik
wawancara. Wawancara dilakukan menggunakan panduan wawancara yang telah
dipersiapkan. Setelah didapatkan hasil tabulasi data, kemudian digunakan untuk
memberikan rekomendasi formulasi strategi dengan model strategi diamond.
Hasil penelitian adalah rumusan strategi perusahaan berdasarkan konsep
strategi diamond yang meliputi arena, vehicle, differentiator, staging, dan
economic logic. Pada elemen arena, didapatkan strategi bahwa UD. Arys Jaya
harus mampu memperbesar pangsa pasarnya di Jawa Timur sebesar 90% pada
akhir tahun 2020. Pada elemen vehicle, strategi pengembangan internal yang
dinilai paling tepat adalah dengan melakukan kerjasama strategis dengan
distributor lokal di masing-masing kota. Pada elemen differentiator, UD. Arys
Jaya harus memasuki pasar penjualan online sehingga pangsa pasar konsumen
retailnya tidak hanya terbatas di kota Sidoarjo saja. Selain itu, pelayanan
kustomisasi pada pelanggan juga harus dipertahankan mengingat hal tersebut
tidak dimiliki oleh kompetitor. Pada elemen staging, saat ini UD. Arys Jaya baru
mulai memasuki tahapan rencana jangka menengah direncanakan untuk dilakukan
mulai tahun 2018 hingga 2020. Terakhir, pada elemen economic logic,
penggunaan metode best cost dan pemanfaatan skala ekonomi harus terus
dipertahankan guna mendapatkan keuntungan yang lebih besar
Sarmatian Attributes in Archaeological Complexes of Catacombs Burials in Arys Culture of Southern Kazakhstan (1st Century B.C. - 3rd Century A.D.)
Full text linkThe publication is devoted to archaeological research of monuments of the catacomb of Arys culture of Southern Kazakhstan (1st Century B.C. - 3rd Century A.D.).
Now scientists have a complete understanding of the range and typology, periodization and chronology of monuments of this culture. There are three stages: Karaultobe (4th century B.C. - 1st century A.D.); Karatobe (1st Century B.C. - 4th century A.D.); Altintobe (4th-6th centuries A.D.). These stages are characterized by specific clusters of signs in the form of artifacts. The author also carried out the ethnic attribution of the Arys culture in association with the ancient state Kangiuj. As a result of this work, the ethnicity of the state Kangiuj was revealed: in particular, late Saka’s, Sarmatian, Huns and Kangiuj ethnic components which are relevant to archaeological complexes, were identified.
In the Arys monuments of culture the author discovered complexes of findings which associated with the Sarmatian world of Eurasia by their ethno-cultural parameters.
They include typical for the Sarmatians list of ritual action and the funerary equipment, including weapons, bronze mirrors, ritual and religious objects, signs-tamgas, jewelry (including Egyptian faience), articles in “animal”, gold-turquoise and polychrome style.
The characteristics of the burial complexes of catacombs of the Arys culture discussed in the publication and corresponding to chronological calculations and ethno-cultural interpretations, allow to speak about presence in the territory of South Kazakhstan of the Asian Sarmatians or any local branch of the Union of the Sarmatian tribes in the 1st century B.C. - 3rd century A.D
Evaluating methamphetamine use and risks of injection initiation among street youth: the ARYS study
No full textAbstract Many Canadian cities are experiencing ongoing infectious disease and overdose epidemics among injection drug users (IDU). These health concerns have recently been exacerbated by the increasing availability and use of methamphetamine. The challenges of reducing health-related harms among IDU have led to an increased recognition that strategies to prevent initiation into injection drug use must receive renewed focus. In an effort to better explore the factors that may protect against or facilitate entry into injection drug use, the At Risk Youth Study (ARYS) has recently been initiated in Vancouver, Canada. The local setting is unique due to the significant infrastructure that has been put in place to reduce HIV transmission among active IDU. The ARYS study will seek to examine the impact of these programs, if any, on non-injection drug users. In addition, Vancouver has been the site of widespread use of methamphetamine in general and has seen a substantial increase in the use of crystal methamphetamine among street youth. Hence, the ARYS cohort is well positioned to examine the harms associated with methamphetamine use, including its potential role in facilitating initiation into injection drug use. This paper provides some background on the epidemiology of illicit drug use among street youth in North America and outlines the methodology of ARYS, a prospective cohort study of street youth in Vancouver, Canada.</p
Ecological Mapping in Assessing the Impact of Environmental Factors on the Aquatic Ecosystem of the Arys River Basin, South Kazakhstan
No full textAssessment of the water quality of the Arys River basin based on the spatial distribution of richness of phytoperiphyton communities and abiotic variables was given for the first time. Altogether, 82 species were revealed in phytoperiphyton, including Bacillariophyta of 51, Cyanobacteria of 20, Chlorophyta of 7, and Charophyta of 4. Cluster analysis revealed the uniqueness of the composition of periphyton communities related to the abiotic conditions. The environmental preferences of the algae indicated fresh organic pollution in the lower reaches of the Arys River and weak or moderate levels of organic pollution in the rest of the basin. The ecological mapping of chemical data generally confirmed this conclusion. According to the maps, the highest water quality was revealed in the upper stream of the basin. The middle part of the river basin had the lowest water quality in terms of transparency, nitrite-nitrogen, and nitrate-nitrogen. The downstream of the Arys was characterized by a secondary deterioration in water quality according to the Aquatic Ecosystem State Index (WESI) index. We revealed the complicated interaction between natural and anthropogenic factors that caused changes in water quality in the Arys River basin
