No full textToday, there is a discourse of controversy that disturbs society, especially the muballigh and khatib related to the discourse of standardization of preachers and muballigh certification. Controversy on the discourse of standardization of preachers and certification of muballigh occurred between the government and some circles including the leaders and the mosque or mosque official. On the one hand, the government states that certification of muballigh and standardization of khatib is very necessary and important to do. While on the other hand a number of figures refuse the certification of muballigh and standardization of preacher. From the above background can be formulated “How is the perception of the Muballigh in Banyumas against the controversy of khatib standardization and certification of muballigh? “How are the hopes of the muballigh in Banyumas related to the controversy of khatib standardization and muballigh certification? The type of research used in this study is a qualitative research that is a research procedure that produces deksriptif data in the form of written or oral words of the people and behavior that can be observed. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The method of data analysis used in this study is the method of data analysis by Mile and Huberman. The results of this study include: a) Views that support adanyba khatib standardization and certification of preachers with records starting with the training and get a salary from the government. b). Views that reject the standardization of preachers and certification preachers. Both terms are deemed inaccurate and more precisely is the formation of forums silaturrahim between preachers and preachers in which is filled with sharing sharing about the problems of preachers and the public. c). Alternative view is to provide a new alternative by empowering the existing religious counselors within the ministry of religion to accompany the preachers or form forum silaturrohim between preachers and preachers. While the expectations of the preachers to the controversy of standardization of preachers and certification of preachers are as follows: a). For preachers to improve their competence so that the goal to give the enlightenment of reason and conscience can be realized. b). For preachers in lectures not to vilify other groups, enlarge khilafiyah and not anti Pancasila and constitution 45

good advice), and bilmujadalah (with exchange thoughts). These methods are applied in
order to form good character of children. In applying this method effectively and
efficiently, parents as a performer da’i should apply ten guidance for da’i.
The ten rules are: 1) parents should provide exemplary before preaching; 2) parents
should have good impression; 3) parents should explain before giving some
assignment/task; 4) parents have to apply some phases in giving tasks; 5) parents should
facilitate rather than complicate; 6) the principles should be given before the branch; 7)
parents should motivate rather than threat; 8) parents should encourage rather than dictate;
9)parents should educate rather than expose; 10) parents should emphasize students to
from their teacher rather than from books

Full text linkReligious radicalism becomes a big problem that endangers the nation\u27s generation and the integrity of the Republic of Indonesia. Because this understanding has spread without limits either through direct contact or through social media. One strategic element to resolve the issue is mosque takmir. Because takmir mosque directly touches with the community. The results of this study are strategies drawn up by the mosque takmir in Banyumas based on the situation and condition of the community which includes strengths, weaknesses and also opportunities and threats that exist in the community. The strategy of preaching takmir of the Nur Sulaiman mosque is infiltration, tolerance, cooperation with the Police Sector through counselling. Refusal to the hard flow, fostering youth mosque, a joint declaration of citizens, takmir, and police to reject radicalism. The strategy of preaching takmir of the Baitussalam mosque is infiltration, collaboration with the Kebarongan Police Station, accommodating Islamic groups, youth coaching. The strategy of preaching takmir of the Jami Huda Pejogol Cilongok Banyumas mosque consists of infiltration, strengthening Nahdliyin practices, silaturrohmi between takmir in the Pejogol village, rejection of the hard flow that enters, fostering adolescent mosques. the preaching takmir strategy of the Great Baitussalam Purwokerto mosque consists of infiltration, tolerance, rejection of prohibited understandings, youth coaching, collaboration with the police and regional government. The strategy of preaching takmir of the Nurul Ulum mosque consists of infiltration, assistance and guidance, publication, rejection of banned organizations, selection of informants. Full text linkTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran kepala Sekolah dalam meningkatkan motivasi guru pada MTs Negeri 2 Konawe Selatan. Penelitian ini adalah Kualitatif atau Naturalistik. Sumber data utama dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepala Sekolah dan Guru-guru MTs Negeri 2 Konawe Selatan. Pengambilan data penelitian dilakukan dengan cara melakukan studi dokumen, observasi dan wawancara. Data yang diperoleh akan dianalisis induktif melalui tahap redukasi data, penyajian data dan kemudian diakhiri dengan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa Kepala Sekolah MTs Negeri 2 Konawe selatan telah menunjukan perannya sebagai uswah (teladan) bagi mitra kerjanya dalam hal ini guru. Kepala sekolah juga telah berperan sebagai fasilitator, supporter, partsipator, instructor dan mitra kerja bagi para guru yang telah banyak memberikan motivasi kerja guru pada guru-guru MTs Negeri 2 Konawe selatan. Akan tetapi, dalam pelaksanaanya kepala sekolah dalam upaya meningkatkan kerja guru dipengaruhi oleh faktor pendukung dan penghambat. Bentuk-bentuk faktor pendukungnya seperti keikhlasan guru dalam bekerja, kesejahteraan yang selalu ditingkatkan, dan pemberian penghargaan kepala sekolah terhadap guru-guru di MTs Negeri 2 Konawe Selatan, sedangkan bentuk dari faktor penghambat adalah ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana yang masi minim, serta kurangnya ketegasan kepala sekolah terhadap guru yang indispliner dan permasalahan pribadi
