Kedua, Allah berkomunikasi kepadamanusia bukan hanya kepada orang-orang dalam Perjanjian Lama tetapi zamansekarang pun Allah masih menggunakan mimpi sebagai sarana untuk berkomunikasikepada manusia untuk memperingati dan menyampaikan maksud Allah kepadamanusia. Ketiga, Allah berbicara kepada manusia dalam mimpi, sehingga manusialebih mengenal bahwa Allah berdaulat memberikan informasi tentang masa depanseseorang. Keempat, melalui penglihatan, Allah memberikan peringatan-peringatankepada manusia. Memperingati orang-orang tertentu yang hidupnya tidak berkenankepada Allah, sehingga orang tersebut bertobat. Around this politico-spatial territory, the LN has shaped an identity based on the notion of Popolo Padano (the Padanian People). Since the new millennium, LN rhetoric has increasingly focused—stemming more from the demands of realpolitik than those of conviction—on opposing irregular immigration per se and, more specifically, Islam and Muslim immigration. In the eyes of the LN propagandists and their media, the theology of Islam and its practitioners represent a growing threat to the modern Italian and Padanian identity (and tradition). The LN has not been alone in using the media to oppose Islam; the Italian media has reinforced LN messages; Muslims are generally depicted as dangerous and compared with terrorists and their religion and culture are described as the opposite of Italian/West values. Something approximating to a “moral panic” around this issue has ensued. Integral to this are notions of morality combined with practices of moral entrepreneurship. What follows seeks to highlight the LN’s stereotypical depictions of Islam. This evaluation is important because the LN was a major player in former Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi’s government (2008-2011) and is still a significant party among the Italian political spectrum. Integral to what follows are the following questions: “Is contemporary Islamic immigration a threat to the Italian (and Padanian) way of life?” and “Are the perceived threats to be found in the periodic uncertainties that societies suffer or might we need to search for wider processes?

Lo studio si caratterizza per la ricostruzione sistematica del presupposto oggettivo dell'IRAP, per l'analisi delle criticità in merito alla differenziazione dei contributi in ambito IRAP, e per la sintesi degli orientamenti giurisprudenziali e dottrinari in materia.The author examines the nature of the subsidies granted to shipping companies in relation to the services provided, in order to determine the liability of the same for IRAP purposes. The study is characterized by the systematic reconstruction of the objective condition of IRAP, for the analysis of the critical issues concerning the differentiation of contributions within the IRAP, and for the synthesis of jurisprudential and doctrinal on the subject

Get PDFThis paper aims to discuss the model of administration for public purposes from the point of view of the complex dynamic between public finance choices, administrative organization, and the protection of constitutionally guaranteed rights. Starting from the analysis of the constitutional foundations of the power of organization and financial sovereignty, after framing the function of financial constraints from the perspective of popular sovereignty, the objective of the article is to evaluate the implications of the public financial law on the protection of the fundamental rights of the person and, consequently, on the choices concerning the organization called to give protection PA PERSONA E AMMINISTRAZIONE Ricerche Giuridiche sull’Amministrazione e l’Economia 272 to them, according to a discursive-rational paradigm. Through the criticism of the thesis of financially conditioned rights, developed in the wake of the jurisprudential orientation that recognizes the existence of a minimum nucleus of social rights that have to be satisfy, and the recognition of the existence of different legal situations directly operating by the citizen in relation to the exercise of the power of organization, the author proposes a rereading of the political and administrative dynamics concerning the protection of the fundamental rights of the person, framing them within the framework of a legal-institutional dialectic based on criteria of economic rationality and the principle of loyal collaboration. According to the Author, the correct understanding of this dialectic is the necessary prerequisite for the rethinking of the administrative organization according to the objective perspective of the administration for public purposes.Il presente lavoro intende discutere il modello dell’amministrazione per fini pubblici dal punto di vista della complessa dinamica che intercorre tra scelte di finanza pubblica, organizzazione amministrativa e godimento dei diritti costituzionalmente garantiti. Partendo dall’analisi dei fondamenti costituzionali del potere di organizzazione e della sovranità finanziaria, dopo aver inquadrato la funzione dei vincoli di spesa nella prospettiva della sovranità popolare, l’articolo si propone di valutare le implicazioni della disciplina di bilancio sul godimento dei diritti fondamentali della persona e, di conseguenza, sulle scelte concernenti l’organizzazione chiamata a darvi soddisfazione, secondo un paradigma discorsivo-razionale. Attraverso la critica della tesi dei diritti finanziariamente condizionati, sviluppata nel solco dell’indirizzo giurisprudenziale che riconosce l’esistenza di un nucleo minimo di diritti sociali a soddisfazione necessaria, e il riconoscimento dell’esistenza di diverse situazioni giuridiche direttamente azionabili dal cittadino in relazione all’esercizio del potere di organizzazione, l’autore propone una rilettura delle dinamiche politico[1]amministrative concernenti la tutela dei diritti fondamentali della persona inquadrandole nell’ambito di una dialettica giuridico-istituzionale basata su criteri di razionalità economica e sul principio di leale collaborazione. Secondo l’autore, proprio la corretta comprensione di tale dialettica costituisce il presupposto necessario per il ripensamento dell’organizzazione amministrativa in funzione del massimo godimento possibile dei diritti costituzionalmente garantiti, nella prospettiva oggettivata dell’amministrazione per fini pubblici

Shock wave therapy as an innovative technology in skeletal disorders: Study on transmembrane current in stimulated osteoblast-like cells
No full textExtracorporeal shock wave treatment (ESWT) is successfully used in various musculoskeletal disorders and pathologies. Despite the increasing use of this kind of therapy, some aspects of its mechanism of action are still unclear. In vitro bone cell behavior under ESWT were previously investigated by the present author and MG63 osteoblast-like cells showed an enhancement in proliferation and in the osteoblast differentiation after therapy with a low-energy flux density. The aim of the present study was to evaluate the effect of ESWT on the permeabilization of cell membrane. We characterized physiological changes in the MG63 associated with ESWT generated by an ESW device and patch clamp recording was performed to study ion channels. Experiments were carried out using the whole-cell recording configuration of the patch-clamp technique and the ionic current measurements were performed on cell samples of ESW treated and control groups. The patch-clamp technique showed the effect of ESWT on the amplitude of transmembrane currents. The treatment with ESW enhanced the transmembrane current as well the voltage dependence of Ca-activated and K channels that mediate these currents: the differences between treated cells and control at 80mV were over 1000 pA (p<0.05). These modifications of ion channels activity positively influence cell proliferation (MTT test, p<0.0001) without interfering with the normal synthesis activity of stimulated osteoblasts
