No full textIl capitolo si propone di offrire un quadro di insieme dell’odierna attività delle banche, ponendo al centro dell’indagine l’art. 10 del Testo unico delle leggi in materia bancaria e creditizia. Questa disposizione impone di distinguere tra attività bancaria in senso stretto, consistente nella raccolta del risparmio tra il pubblico congiunta all’esercizio del credito, e attività delle banche intesa in un’accezione più ampia, comprensiva cioè anche di altre attività finanziarie, nonché di attività connesse o strumentali. L’affacciarsi sul mercato di nuove tipologie di operatori che offrono servizi in parte sovrapponibili a quelli tradizionalmente considerati di competenza delle banche induce ad interrogarsi sulla permanente attualità, o meno, di questa impostazione legislativa, che costituisce una delle scelte di fondo dell’ordinamento bancario italiano attuale

No full textThe authors report on data emerging from an interdisciplinary research into the plastination of organs (a reversible technique, which, whilst safeguarding the characteristics of the material examined, makes it unalterable in time). The study sets out to ascertain the possibility of utilising materials first damaged and then plastinated both for didactic purposes and as an element of proof that remains identical in terms of its specific characteristics, and available at any time, even years later, for civil, penal and insurance purposes. A presentation then follows of the results obtained in an internal organ subjected to lesions by a sharp instrument, after which an assessment is made of the trustworthiness of the morphological characteristics of the lesions themselves after plastination
