Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi School Well Being salah satunya adalah Dukungan Sosial Keluarga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara Dukungan Sosial Keluarga dengan School Well Being di pondok pesantren Al-Ihsan Boarding School, mengetahui tingkat Dukungan Sosial Keluarga, mengetahui tingkat School Well Being santriwati. Subjek penelitian ini adalah seluruh santriwati pondok pesantren Al-Ihsan Boarding School yang berjumlah 360 orang. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan alat ukur skala. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah korelasi product moment dari Person. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diperoleh koefisien sebesar rxy = 0,30 dengan sig. = 0,01 p = 0,003 < 0,005. Sehingga hipotesis yang diajukan diterima. Dapat dikatakan ada hubungan positif yang signifikan antara Dukungan Sosial Keluarga dengan School Well Being.

Distribution system to meet the needs of electric power has an important role because it is directly related to the use of an electric voltage, particularly for the use of medium voltage and low voltage, the transformer is the most important equipment in distributing electrical voltage. In channeling electric voltage often sharing burdens evenly initially but due to lack of simultaneity time the ignition burdens cause imbalance loads impacting on the provision of electric power. Unbalanced load resulting in efficiency transformers, load imbalance value of the overall peak load is 66.55% in the morning peak load is 66.33% and in the afternoon peak load is 65.89%
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
No full textThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan November sampai dengan bulan Desember 2023 di kantor Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (BPKAD) Kabupaten Pelalawan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan maksud dan tujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar kontribusi pendapatan pajak bumi dan bangunan dalam meningkatkan pendapatan asli daerah di kabupaten pelalawan.
Penerimaan Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan (PBB) di Kabupaten Pelalawan mengalami peningkatan selama 3 tahun atau periode 2020-2022 dari segi realisasi. Untuk realisasi penerimaan PBB pada tahun 2020 ialah sebesar 17,9 M, ditahun 2021 terjadi lagi kenaikan dengan jumlah realisasi PBB sebesar 20,1 M, kemudian kenaikan ini terjadi lagi pada tahun 2022 dimana realisasi penerimaan PBB berjumlah 22,6 M. Penulis Menganalisis data dengan cara mendeskripsikan atau menggambarkan situasi atau kondisi yang ada di Kantor Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (BPKAD) Kabupaten pelalawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kontribusi pajak bumi dan bangunan terhadap pendapatan asli daerah disetiap tahunnya mengalami penurunan. Pada tahun 2020 kontribusi yang diberikan ialah sebesar 26,44%, ditahun 2021 sebesar 26,15%, kemudian penurunan tersebut berlanjut ditahun 2022, dimana kontribusi pajak bumi dan bangunan terhadap pendapatan asli daerah hanya sebesar 20,14 %. Hal ini terjadi karena masih banyaknya masyarakat yang lalai akan kewajibannya untuk membayar pajak, utamanya pajak bumi dan bangunan.

No full text“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
No full textWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Bangkinang yang beralamat di Jl. Cut Nyak Dien No. 4 Pekanbaru, Riau. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses pengajuan permohonan pengurangan angsuran Pajak Penghasilan Pasal 25 di Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Bangkinang. Penulis berupaya untuk memperoleh data-data yang terkait berupa : data primer dan data sekunder, selanjutnya data-data yang sudah diperoleh dengan analisis deskriptif, yaitu dengan membandingkan keadaan yang sebenanrnya terjadi dengan teori-teori yang relavan, guna memperoleh hasil yang sesuai terkait dengan Pengajuan Permohonan Pengurangan Angsuran Pajak Penghasilan Pasal 25 Di Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Bangkinang. Berdasarkan data penulis terkait penelitian ini, diperoleh hasil bahwa pengajuan permohonan pengurangan angsuran pajak penghasilan pasal 25 di Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Bangkinang sesuai dengan teori-teori yang ada yang berkaitan dengan proses pengurangan angsuran pajak penghasilan pasal 25.

Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
No full textWe conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more
sophisticated methods
