Pemupukan P, K Dan Waictu Pemberian Pupuk K Pada Tanaman
ABSTRACT
Research of P K fertilization and frequency of K fertilizer application on cassava in Vertisol upland was conducted in Wonosari subdistrict, Gunungkidul regency at planting season 2001. The objective of the research was to look for the technology for increasing P and K fertilization efficiency on cassava in Vertisol upland. The research consisted of two trials. The factorial randomize block design was used in these trials. The treatments of first trial were combination of three cassava varieties (Malang-4, Malang-1 and local variety), three rate of P fertilizer (0, 75 and 150 kg SP36/ha) and two rate of K fertilizer (0 and 100 kg KC1/ha). All treatments were fertilized by 200 kg Urea/ha. The treatments for second trial were combination of two kinds of N fertilizer ( 200 kg Urea/ha and 150 kg Urea + 100 kg ZA/ha), two rate of P fertilizer ( 0 and 100 kg SP36/ha) and five times of K fertilizer application.
The results of the research showed that two introduction cassava varieties (Malang-1 and Malang-4) could not be used to substitute the local variety in that marginal upland. The application of 100 kg SP36/ha increased the P nutrient absorption by plant and tuber yield than zero P fertilizer. The application of 100 kg KC1/ha increased K nutrient absorption if it\u27s application was combined with P fertilizer (75 or 100 kg SP36/ha) even though did not increase tuber yield. Five times of K fertilizer application in fact reduced K and P absorption by plant as well as tuber yield. The highest tuber yield was only 20 t/ha and it was far lower than its potential yield and it needs a further research.

Peanut yield in upland area dominated with Alfisol is considered low due to nutrient deficiencies. The effects of N, P, K, and S fertilization on nutrients dynamic in Alfisol soil and peanut plant was studied during rainy season 1997/1998 and 1998/1999 at Gunungkidul subdistrict, Yogyakarta. -Two sets of experiment, were conducted using the randomized block design replicated four times. The first set consisted of eight combination of urea, TSP, and KCI fertilizers and the second one had six urea, ZA, TSP, and KCI fertilizers. \u27Kelinci\u27 variety grown in plots sized 4 m x 4 m each, plant spacing of 40 cm x 20 cm and two seeds per hill..
The result showed that nitrogen and phosphorous fertilizers should be used for improving peanut performance in the Alfisol soil. Application of urea had to be combined with TSP and KCI but if using ZA Properly enough should be combined with TSP. Application of 25 kg/ha urea, 100 kg/ha TSP, and 100 kg/ha KCI or 100 kg/ha ZA and 100 kg/ha TSP were among the best treatments,\u27 and the peanut yield were 2.0 and 2.5 i/h dry pod, respectively. The yield of peanut given no fertilizers was 0,9 - 1.0 t/ha of dry pod. In the other hand, application of 100 kg/ha TSP together with 50 kg urea/ha increased the rate of P available in the soil from "low" to "medium" level and absorption of P by plant increased at about 142%. The application of 100 kg ZA/ha increased the absorption rate of P available in the soil to a "high" level, as well as the absorption of P nutrient by plant to 200%,. Application of 100 kg/ha ZA increased S availability in the soil, more than 900 % and slightly decreased the soil pH from 6.6 to 6.4 but did not increase S absorption by plant.

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more

Efektivitas Pupuk Pk Dan Frekuensi Pemberian Pupuk K Dalam Meningkatkan Serapan Hara dan Produksi Kacang Tanah di Lahan Kering Alfisol
ABSTRACT
P and K nutrients are very important on producing of peanut pod beside for metabolism prosess in the plant. Higly Ca ion consentration within the soil would decrease PK nutrients absorbtion by plant and decrease of producing the pod. For increasing the effectivity of PK fertilizer application in Alfisol upland, two set experiments were conducted in Malang, East Java at planting time 2002 and 2003. Factorial Randomized block design, three replications was used in these experiments. The treatments of first trial were combination of two N fertilizer (Urea and ZA), three levels of P fertilzer (0, 50 and 100 kg SP36/ha) and three frequency of KC1 fertilizer application (lx2xand 3x application). The treatments of second trial were combination of two N fertilizers (Urea and ZA), three levels of K fertilizer (50, 100 and 150 kg KC1/ha) and three frequencys of K fertilizer application like on first experiment. The dosage of N fertilizer was 12.5 kg N/ha. The treatment plot size was 4 m x 6 m.
The result showed that application of ZA was better than Urea on P, K and S nutrients absorbtion by plant, and increased the dry pod yield about 51 %. Application of P fertilizer did not effective on increasing of peanut yield Application of 50 kg SP36/ha increased P nutrient absorbtion by plant just only 15 % and increased dry pod yield just only 10 %. Application 100 kg SP36/ha increased P nutrient absorbtion just only 7 % and did not increase pod yield. The dosage optimal of KC1 fertilizer for increasing the pod yield was 100 kg KO/ha by one time application at planting time. Application of 100 kg KC1/ha increased K and P nutrients absorbtion by plant about 10 % and 15 % respectively if applicated togather with 50 kg SP36/ha, or 28 % and 23 % respectively if applicated togather with 100 kg SP36/ha.

We have done our best to complete the author checklist relating to the use of animals in the hut study. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
