    Towards a Public-Private-Citizens Collaboration Platform in Public e-Service Provision

    Governments all over the world seek to increase the quality of public e-services offered to citizens. One way of doing this is through collaboration with private sectors and citizens in delivering the e-services. Yet, there is little discussion about their collaboration in stage models that provide a guide in public e-service development. Meanwhile, in the field of technological platform, collaboration among multi parties is discussed in the concept of platform as a medium to generate products or services. However, the concept of platform is still rarely incorporated into public e-service development. Hence, there is a lack of research in the platform development for public e-service provision. This research explores the application of the concept of platform in public e-service development. To do so, a platform development model for governments, which consists of stages, is constructed by conducting three main steps. First, stage models that represent public e-service development and platform development are synthesised by following qualitative meta-synthesis methodology. Second, each stage of the model is analysed by employing platform business model components as the attributes. Third, case studies is conducted to evaluate the model. In our findings, five stages of the platform development model are identified delineating the application of the concept of platform in delivering public e-services. Although evaluation cannot be carried out pertaining to the structure of the stages due to limited data, the five stages of the model describe alternatives for governments to collaborate with private sectors and/or citizens in improving the service provision quality. Moreover, description of the state of the art in platforms as a medium for multi parties collaboration in public e-service provision can be gained from the case studies. Yet, we suggest further research in order to refine the model. The analysis of the model can be improved through multiple-case studies for each stage of the model.     This article was written because it was motivated by the increasing number of bullying cases that are often encountered in school and college environments. In the current era, we encounter many cases of bullying everywhere even in Islamic boarding school environments. Many parents regret this, where children who are supposed to gain knowledge from their educational environment instead get wounds all over their bodies. Bullying behavior can hurt the victim, sometimes even to the point where they are mentally disturbed and can cause a feeling of trauma. Bullying behavior can be carried out in various ways, including spreading gossip that does not correspond to the facts, harassment, being ostracized, and physical beatings. To minimize bullying behavior, the author will provide suggestions by taking a behavioral approach, which can modify inappropriate (bad) behavior so that it can change into good behavior

    Kiai Shaleh Darat was involved in the process of transmitting the knowledge of the Qur'an to Indonesian archipelago. Two of his works entitled Faid al-Rahmānin the field of Qur’an interpretation and Al-Mursyid Al-Wajīzin the field of 'Ulūm al-Qur'ānhave encouraged the society building especially in Central Java. However, not many religious educational institutions teach these two books. Al-Mursyid Al-Wajīzbecame the introduction to the study of Qur'an at that time as an initial study of understanding the Qur'an. He implemented a special strategy to make social change within his community: first, the use of Arabic Pegon script to make it easier for the public to understand and practice the teachings of Islam, wherein the Dutch East Indies government intervened in Islamic learning at the time. Second, he kept working as an effort to maintain the originality of Islamic knowledge during the process of transmitting knowledge from generation to generation. Third, Kiai Shaleh Darat positioned himself as a role model (uswah hasanah) through his productivity as an author who cares about locality. With this work, kiai Shaleh Darat contributed a lot in advancing the study of Qur'an and 'Ulūm al-Qur'ānin archipelago with elements of locality that became his trademark.</jats:p

In campaign activities, presidential candidate try to gain popularity and electability the voters. Usually to realize this, the success teams occupied themselves with the casuistic questions that were in each candidate pair. So the role of the media is very important. In this case the function of the media is nothing but to overthrow political opponents in addition to seeing their political friends. This article as a whole discusses how the media focus on reporting on some of the upcoming casuistic candidates, namely backing Indosat. The author will use online media detiknews.com and viva.co.id, which are the ideologies of the two media, both of which support the number one candidate pair. but the news produced from the two media is slightly different. Through the analysis of framing William A. Gamson and Modigliani the author will look at how the differences in packaging of the two media are in constructing Indosat buy-back news

    In this day and age, many people do not get an education about morals, one of which is among teenagers in Kalipancur Village. This lack of moral education has resulted in many teenagers being impolite and arbitrarily towards older people. So there is a need for moral formation for teenagers in the village of Kalipancur. The honest construction of the youth of Kalipancur village is carried out with several intermediaries, one of which is the IPNU-IPPNU organization. From these problems, the author will conduct research that aims to find out about the functional structure of the IPNU-IPPNU organization in moral formation in Kalipancur village and to find out the challenges and opportunities of the organization in forming the morals of youth in Kalipancur village. In this study, the author uses a qualitative method, namely by interviewing several administrators and members of the IPNU-IPPNU organization. The results obtained from this research are IPNU-IPPNU in forming the morals of youth in Kalipancur village using various ways to attract teenagers, namely through routine study activities, competitions, and approaches to youth. The absence of permission from parents for their children who want to join the IPNU-IPPNU organization is a challenge for IPNU-IPPNU administrators. However, the existence of teenagers who want to join this organization is an opportunity for IPNU-IPPNU administrators to attract teenagers to follow them

    Contextual Learning of Character Values in Minangkabau Culture Course to Strengthen National Identity

    Current problems in various regions make the world of higher education think of doing many things. The most pressing problems now are Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT), which is increasingly troubling, drugs and other immoral acts that are increasingly worrying about the world of higher education. This is the problem that makes education in Indonesia focus on the character field. One program that can strengthen the national identity in higher education in learning Minangkabau Culture. The purpose of this study is to apply Contextual Learning (CTL) in learning character values ​​in Minangkabau culture and strengthen the national identity of students. The method used in writing is a literature study, the author tries to develop a contextual learning model which is examined from various relevant references. The results of this study were to use CTL learning to provide independence for students to identify character values ​​derived from the values ​​of life in the family environment or in the community in the Minangkabau community. Besides this learning model instills character values ​​directly through habituation that applies in Minangkabau cultural customs by participating in community activities, including collaborative activities or community meetings that are able to foster a character of tolerance and cooperation. Through CTL in learning Minangkabau Culture that contains character values ​​found in the family or Minangkabau community that can be a reinforcement of national identity. Keywords: contextual learning, character values, identity and Minangkabau culture ABSTRAK   Permasalahan yang terjadi saat ini di berbagai daerah membuat dunia pendidikan tinggi berpikir untuk melakukan banyak hal. Masalah yang paling mendesak saat ini adalah Lesbian, Gay, Biseksual dan Transgender (LGBT), yang semakin meresahkan, obat-obatan dan tindakan amoral lainnya yang semakin mengkhawatirkan dunia pendidikan tinggi. Inilah masalah yang membuat pendidikan di Indonesia fokus pada bidang karakter. Salah satu program yang dapat menjadikan penguatan dalam identitas kebangsaan dalam pendidikan tinggi pada pembelajaran Budaya Minangkabau. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menerapkan pembelajaran kontekstual (Contextual Learning/CTL) dalam pembelajaran nilai-nilai karakter dalam budaya Minangkabau serta memperkuat identitas nasional mahasiswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan adalah studi literatur, penulis mencoba mengembangkan model pembelajaran kontekstual yang ditelaah dari berbagai referensi yang relevan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah menggunakan pembelajaran CTL untuk memberikan kemandirian bagi mahasiswa untuk mengidentifikasi nilai-nilai karakter yang berasal dari nilai-nilai kehidupan di lingkungan keluarga atau di masyarakat dalam masyarakat Minangkabau. Selain itu model pembelajaran ini menanamkan nilai karakter secara langsung melalui pembiasaan yang berlaku dalam adat budaya Minangkabau dengan berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan masyarakat, termasuk kegiatan kerja sama atau pertemuan warga yang mampu menumbuhkan karakter toleransi dan kerja sama. Melalui CTL dalam pembelajaran Budaya Minangkabau yang berisi nilai-nilai karakter yang ditemukan dalam keluarga atau masyarakat Minangkabau yang dapat menjadi penguat identitas bangsa. The data taken is primary data with data collection techniques, namely interviews and documentation and data analysis techniques using descriptive methods. The result obtained is the recording of RSUD transactions using an accrual basis. The company does not record depreciation of fixed assets and the company does not record losses on expired drug supplies. From the conclusions and hypotheses it can be concluded that the Tembilahan Regional General Hospital, Indragiri Hilir Regency is not in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles
