Produksi Pada Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah Nugraha Food Tulungagung” ini ditulis oleh

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi, bahwa perusahaan harus menjaga kelangsungan hidup
usaha dengan melakukan perencanaan dan pengelolaan biaya yang berujung pada
pengurangan biaya yaitu dengan menggunakan metode target costing. Metode target costing
dilakukan dengan menentukan biaya yang diharapkan untuk suatu produksi berdasarkan
harga yang kompetitif. Terdapat masalah yang perlu diselesaikan yaitu target costing dapat
digunakan untuk mengelola biaya dan meningkatkan laba perusahaan dan dapat membantu
manajemen dalam perencanaan peningkatan laba.
Berdasarkan hal tersebut, tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) Mendeskripsikan peranan
system pembebanan biaya pada Nugraha Food Tulungagung, (2) Mendeskripsikan penerapan
target costing pada Nugraha Food Tulungagung, (3) Mendeskripsikan peranan target costing
untuk meningkatkan laba produksi pada Nugraha Food Tulungagung.
Jenis penelitian ini yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif yang menggunakan
pendekatan kualitatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah dengan
metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa target costing dapat diterapkan pada Nugraha
Food Tulungagung untuk meningkatkan laba perusahaan. Penerapan target costing pada
Nugraha Food Tulungagung melalui proses rekayasa nilai (value engineering) yaitu dengan
mengurangi biaya pada pembellian bahan baku singkong dan bahan penolong minyak goreng
dan bahan bantu produksi kayu yang kurang produktif. Melalui proses tersebut, perusahaan
memperoleh penghematan biaya produksi. Dengan penghematan tersebut, perusahaan
mampu mencapai laba yang ditargetkan dari pemilik usaha.

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship

Motivation is defined as the process that initiates, guides, and maintains goal-oriented behaviors. English Education Department Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training of State Islamic Institute of Tulungagung provide Movie Subtitling as one of elective course. Movie Subtitling is elective course besides English for Specific Purposes and Business English Correspondence. The course gives English students an opportunity to study English Learning enjoyably. Almost every learning can enjoy the movie. This is interesting phenomenon to research.There has never been a research in State Islamic Institute of Tulungagung and the second lot of English students who choose the movie subtitling as a elective course.
The formulation of the research problem is What motivate students of English Department State Islamic Institute of Tulungagung to select Movie Subtitling course?
Therefore, this research is intended to know what motivate students of English Department State Islamic Institute of Tulungagung to select Movie Subtitling course.
This study used qualitative research methods. The technique of collecting data is divided into three kinds, namely observation, questionnaire, and interview. The technique of Data Verification used triangulation technique. Data Analysis was using reduction data, display data, conclusion drawing/verification.
The results showed that motivation both intrinsic factors and extrinsic factors have a supporting role in choosing elective courses. Intrinsic factors consist of curiosity and interest, self-esteem, self-concept, expectations and attributions, goal orientation, needs, personality characteristics, self-efficacy. Meanwhile, extrinsic factors consist of incentives and goals

Dalam memasarkan suatu produk seorang marketer harus tahu betul siapa yang akan menjadi konsumennya. Oleh sebab itu diperlukan strategi segmentasi, targeting dan positioning dalam menentukan segmen pasar dan target pasar yang ingin dituju serta agar perusahaan mampu menanamkan citra perusahaannya di benak konsumen.
Fokus penelitian ini adalah (1) bagaimana strategi pemasaran segmentasi, targetting, dan positioning omzet produk pembiayaan murabahah di KSPPS Dinar Amanu dan di BMT Istiqomah Tulungagung? (2) bagaimana dampak dari strategi pemasaran segmentasi, targetting, dan positioning dalam meningkatkan omzet produk pembiayaan murabahah di BMT Dinar Amanu dan di BMT Istiqomah Tulungagung? (3) bagaimana kendala dan solusi yang dihadapi dalam menerapan strategi pemasaran segmentasi, targetting, dan positioning dalam meningkatkan omzet produk pembiayaan murabahah di BMT Dinar Amanu dan di BMT Istiqomah Tulungagung?
Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif berbasis komparatif jenis deskriptif. Objek penelitian ini di KSPPS BMT Dinar Amanu dan BMT Istiqomah Tulungagung. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu data primer dan data skunder. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis model interaktif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi.
Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu diketahui bahwa (1) BMT Dinar Amanu dan BMT Istiqomah melakukan strategi segmentasi dengan mengelompokkan konsumennya ke dalam beberapa segmen psikografis diantaranya meliputi kelas sosial. (2) untuk target pasarnya BMT Dinar Amanu menargetkan para pedagang pasar, sedangkan BMT Istiqomah menargetkan para peternak, usaha tralis, dan jasa kontruksi(3) BMT Dinar Amanu dan BMT Istiqomah Tulungagung memposisikan produknyasebagai produk pembiayaan yang berkualitas sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat sekitar yang akan melakukan pengajuuan pembiayaan. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi rendahnya nilai matematika siswa di SMA Negeri 1 Durenan. Pemilihan model pembelajaran yang kurang tepat, guru masih menempatkan peserta didik sebagai suatu obyek pengajaran dan bukan sebagai subyek belajar. Pemilihan model pembelajaran dapat menjadi faktor untuk mengembangkan pola pikir siswa menjadi lebih kritis dan kreatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis quasi experimental. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh peserta didik kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Durenan Trenggalek. Sampel yang digunakan yaitu kelas X-G sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas X-H sebagai kelas kontrol. Teknik
pengumpulan data menggunakan tes dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan yakni uji-T dan uji cohen’s d untuk menghitung besarnya pengaruh yang diberikan.
