    Pengembangan Perangkat Pembelajaran dengan Model Problem Based Learning pada Materi Statistika Kelas VIII SMP

    This study aims to produce mathematics learning tools in the form of a syllabus, lesson plans (RPP), and student worksheets (LKPD) with a Problem Based Learning (PBL) model on valid statistical material for class VIII SMP. This development uses a 4-D model consisting of four stages, namely the Define stage, the Design stage, the Develop stage, and the Disermination stage. However, due to the Covid-19 pandemic situation, the 4-D development model was only carried out in three stages, namely: the Define stage (definition), the Design stage (planning), and the Develop stage (development). The data collection instruments used were syllabus, lesson plans, and LKPD validation sheets. The data collection technique used was a non-test technique in the form of a questionnaire validation sheet given to three validators, namely two lecturers of Mathematics Education FKIP UIR and one mathematics teacher at SMP Negeri 1 Singingi. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. From the results of the study, the results of the syllabus validation were 88.71% with a very valid category, for RPP of 85.05% very valid category, and for LKPD 86.85% very valid category. Based on this development research, it was obtained that a learning device using the Problem Based Learning model for statistical material for class VIII SMP was tested for validity.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan perangkat pembelajaran matematika berupa Silabus, Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP), dan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) dengan model Problem Based Learning (PBL) pada materi statistika kelas VIII SMP yang valid. Dalam pengembangan ini menggunakan model 4-D yang terdiri dari empat tahap, yaitu tahap Define (pendefenisian), tahap Design (perencanaan), tahap Develop (pengembangan), dan tahap Disermination (penyebaran). Tetapi dikarenakan situasi pandemi Covid-19 model pengembangan 4-D yang dilakukan hanya sampai tiga tahapan saja, yaitu: tahap Define (pendefenisian), tahapi Design (perencanaan), dan tahap Develop (pengembangan). Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah lembar validasi Silabus, RPP, dan LKPD. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik nontes berupa angket lembar validasi yang diberikan kepada tiga orang validator, yaitu dua orang dosen Pendidikan Matematika FKIP UIR dan satu orang guru matematika SMP Negeri 1 Singingi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh hasil validasi Silabus sebesar 88,71% dengan kategori isangat valid, untuk RPP sebesar 85,05% kategori sangati valid, dan untuk LKPD sebesar 86,85% kategori sangat valid.     Peningkatan Hasil Belajar Menggunakan Model Problem Based-Learning di Kelas III Sekolah Dasar

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran tematik terpadu dengan model Problem Based Learning pada kelas III SDN 08 Balimbing Tanah Datar. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam 2 siklus perencanaan, setiap siklus terdapat tahapan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subyek penelitian adalah guru sebagai observer, peneliti sebagai praktisi, dan siswa kelas III sebanyak 17 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa RPP siklus I diperoleh rata-rata 83,33% (B) dan peningkatan pada siklus II sebesar 91,66% (SB). Aspek pelaksanaan guru pada siklus I diperoleh rata-rata 76,78% (C) dan peningkatan pada siklus II sebesar 96,42% (SB). Pelaksanaan aspek siswa pada siklus I diperoleh rata-rata 76, 78% (C) dan peningkatan pada siklus II sebesar 92,85% (SB). Hasil belajar siklus I diperoleh rata-rata 76,98 (C), yang meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 89,17 (SB). Disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan model Problem Based Learning dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran tematik terpadu di kelas III SDN 08 Balimbing Tanah Datar

    Analisis Terhadap Putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi Nomor 53/puu-xv/2017 Terhadap Pengujian Undang Undang No 7 Tahun 2017 Tentang Pemilihan Umum

    The phenomenon that occurs from the observations made by presidential writer Treshold in the General Election is widely considered not to cause a sense of justice to the nomination process of the President and Vice President, not least the problem of the principle of electoral justice. The problem is 2 things, namely: First, the absence of justice for new candidates in the presidential and vice presidential nomination process, procedures, and decisions related to the election process only benefit the old ruling party. Second, the system designed is not able to create candidates for president and new vice presidents who can create changes because the candidate pair has been sensed by the presidential threshold owned by major parties. Based on the description of the phenomenon above, the author sets out the main problem of this research, namely How to Consider constitutional court judges in deciding case NUMBER 53 / PUU-XV / 2017 against the testing of law No. 7 of 2017 concerning general elections and how are the implications of the Constitutional Court decision No. 53 / PUU-XV / 2017 in the presidential and vice presidential nominations in the 2019 general election? Considering the type and nature of research, this type of research belongs to Normative research, Normative legal research uses normative case studies in the form of legal action products, for example studying legislation. The author uses normative legal research methods to observe and record this thesis analysis as a legal research method. The results of the study showed the Consideration of Constitutional Court Judges in Deciding Case NUMBER 53/PUU-XV/2017 Against The Testing of Law No. 7 of 2017 Concerning Elections exists; ah (1) Through the threshold policy of The Establishment of Presidential and Vice Presidential Candidates (Presidential Treshold) Article 222 of the Election Law is discriminatory against Parties as Election Participants, (2) Presidential Threshold is an open legal policy. The implication of the Constitutional Court Decision No. 53/PUU-XV/2017 in the Presidential and Vice Presidential Nominations in the 2019 General Election is that with the enactment of Article 222 of Law No. 7 of 2017, the nomination of the Presidential and Vice Presidential elections will use the results of the previous period's elections. This research is based on the results of the pre-research conducted by the author by looking at the Dalang Collection Pekanbaru waste bank which becomes a alternative solutions in handling waste in Pekanbaru. Although just stood on in 2012, the Garbage Bank CV. Dalang Collection has been able to empower the community around the garbage bank is becoming more productive and earning mainly motherhood. The purpose of this study was to determine the suitability of application accounting applied by CV. Dalang Collection with accounting principles generally accepted. The types of data collected are primary and secondary data. In collecting data, the authors conducted field research with interview techniques and documentation. From the research conducted, it is obtained the result that the application Accounting for CV. The aims of this study are (1) to describe, analyze, interpret, and conclude language errors at the morphological level in Indonesian Curriculum 2013 textbooks published by the Ministry of Education and Culture 2016. The theory used was proposed by Setyawati (2010). The method used is content analysis (content analysis), which is in the form of a description of the data and analyzed.     Communication is a process in which a person or persons create and use information to connect with the environment and other people. Difficulties in communicating will affect the life and relationships and interpersonal relationships in the deaf-speech community. Moreover, sign language is needed to solve problems in order to facilitate services at PLD UIN Sunan Kalijaga. Design and Build Development of Website-based Indonesian Sign language learning is considered very important at PLD UIN Sunan Kalijaga, and is very helpful as a medium of communication for the deaf/speech and PLD volunteers at UIN Sunan Kalijaga. This Indonesian Sign language learning system was developed using the Extreme Programming method so that it becomes more adaptive and flexible. The development of Indonesian Sign language learning uses the PHP programming language with the Laravel framework and Javascript as the basis of the system, and MySQL to manage the database. Based on the results of the development of sign language learning at PLD UIN Sunan Kalijaga, it can be concluded that the author has succeeded in designing and building webbased Indonesian Sign language learning. This conclusion is based on the results of system testing through two processes, namely functionality testing and usability testing. The results of the functionality test show that the developed system can function 100%. And the usability test resulted in a score of 52% Strongly Agree, 32% Agree and 16% Neutral, for this webbased Sign Language Learning Development System at PLD UIN Sunan Kalijag

    In this thesis, the author raised the tittle The Implementation Of The Legislative Function Of The Village Consultative Body (BPD) Within The Framework Of Village Autonomy, the choise of tittle is motivated by the author’s curiosity about how effective the role of the BPD in the Village of Girimoyo in carrying out the legislative function together with the Village Goverment in order to create properity in the village. Based on this background, this study raises the following problem formulation: 1. How does the implementation of the legislative function of the village in the framework of village autonomy ? 2. What are the inhibiting factors in implementing the legislative function and efforts to enhance the role of the BPD in the field of legislation? This research is an empirical juridical research by looking at the facts in the field. The data used are primary data that is data obtained from the girimoyo village office. The results of this study indicate that, BPD has partnered well with the village goverment and has carried out its legislation function quite well. Althought there are several obstacles, including : communication, human resource, culture of the legal community is low. Then future efforts are holding discussions and deliberations, providing motivation, training on legal drafting and socializing to the community.
