No full textKvalifikācijas darba tēma: SIA "Abavas vīnu" sortimenta pieprasījums Latvijas reģionos Kvalifikācijas darba autore: Jolanta Rumbēna. Kvalifikācijas darba mērķis ir izpētīt SIA “Abavas dārzi” produktu sortimentu pieprasījumu Latvijas reģionos. Kvalifikācijas darbs satur trīs nodaļas. Pirmajā nodaļā autore analizēja pieejamo informāciju par produktu, to klasifikāciju, produkta sortimentu un pieprasījuma būtību atsaucoties uz latviešu un ārzemju autoriem. Otrajā daļā autore raksturoja SIA “Abavas dārzi” un tā sortimentu. Trešajā daļā autore analizēja 5 pārdotākos sortimenta produktus Latvijas reģionos. Kvalifikācijas darbā ir secinājumi un atsevišķa priekšlikumu daļa. Kvalifikācijas darbs sastāv: 41 lpp., 20 attēliem, 4 tabulām, 52 izmantotiem literatūras avotiem un 1 pielikuma. PENERAPAN AUTOMATIC CLUSTERING–FUZZY LOGICAL RELATIONSHIP PADA PERAMALAN HARGA EMAS
No full textInvestasi yang cenderung dipilih kebanyakan orang saat ini adalah dengan berinvestasi emas. Salah satu keuntungan dalam berinvestasi emas yaitu karena memiliki tingkat risiko yang relatif rendah dan tidak terpengaruh oleh inflasi. Untuk memperoleh keuntungan dan mencegah kerugian para investor membutuhkan metode peramalan dalam pengambilan keputusan. Metode peramalan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Automatic Clustering – Fuzzy Logical Relationship (ACFLR). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk meramalkan harga emas dengan menerapkan metode ACFLR sebagai alat pendukung keputusan dalam berinvestasi. Penelitian ini menganalisis data harga emas pada periode 1 Maret 2022 hingga 31 Maret 2022. Peramalan ACFLR diawali dengan mengurutkan data tanpa data ganda, pembentukan kluster, penentuan panjang dan nilai tengah interval ,himpunan fuzzy, fuzzifikasi, membentuk FLR dan FLRG dan perhitungan nilai peramalan. Berdasarkan hasil implementasi metode ACFLR diperoleh hasil peramalan harga emas satu hari kedepan yaitu pada tanggal 1 April 2022 sebesar Rp. 897.000. Nilai ketepatan peramalan yang dihitung dengan MAPE sebesar 0,37% yang dapat dikatakan tingkat akurasinya tinggi, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan metode ACFLR baik digunakan dalam memprediksi harga emas. Teoretická část práce nastiňuje současnou situaci ve vinařském marketingu v České republice a představuje firmu Livi. Přibližuje její vznik a vývoj, komerční praxi a marketingové a komunikační principy, jimiž je řízena. Analytická část seznamuje s analýzou vnitřního prostředí Livi a vlivu konkurence, dále pak autor zmiňuje možnosti, jak využít silné stránky a příležitosti firmy i regionu. Projektová část přináší návrh řešení situace společnosti na trhu v podobě strategického marketingového plánu, který je zaměřen především na komunikační mix.The objective of this work is to create marketing scheme for a vini-company of Livi Dubňany. The teoretical part outlines nowadays set-up in the vine market in the Czech Republic and presents the company of Livi. It outlines the origin of the company, its developement, comercial practise and operating marketing and communication principles. The analytical part acquiants with analysis of internal situation of Livi with an influance of competition. The author refers about possibilities how to profite strong aspects and opportunities of the company and region. Beyond Kung Fu and Takeaway:Negotiation of British Chinese Identities in Schools
No full textAda Mau explores the evolving and emergent identity of British Chinese young people. Drawing on her doctoral research and on previous research projects she has been involved in, the author highlights the education performance and perceptions of British Chinese communities. This involves British Chinese visibility and invisibility, the latter caused by racism and discrimination. The ‘hidden’ problems experienced in education are underlined, but emerging identities within second and third generation British Chinese alongside levels of integration, racialisation and racism are examined. Mau describes her sample for data collection and then explores whether British Chinese youth have successfully integrated into the mainstream. The need for professional practitioners to recognise issues of racialistion and cultural exoticisation is underlined. Mau concludes that despite apparent success at integrating into school life and their high-achievement educationally, British Chinese pupils continue to encounter overt racism and covert marginalisation

It is not uncommon for online motorcycle taxis to be found very easily and practically in big cities, one of which is Pekanbaru City. With the existence of online motorcycle taxis in the city of Pekanbaru, there is still a great need for supervision and clarity regarding the social security and health status of online motorcycle taxi drivers themselves. In a similar regulation regarding guarantees for online motorcycle taxi drivers, this has not been specifically regulated considering that there are so many online motorcycle taxi drivers in the city of Pekanbaru and the risks they face on the highway are quite numerous, so it needs to be regulated in more detail regarding the health and safety of the drivers. online motorcycle taxis in Pekanbaru city. The research used by the author of this thesis in this research is a normative juridical research method, using a statutory and historical approach, by collecting interview data in the field with online motorcycle taxi transportation partners in Pekanbaru. Through this research, it is hoped that a systematic, factual and accurate picture will be obtained regarding certain facts regarding legal protection for online motorcycle taxi transportation partners. The results of this research concluded that the government and online motorcycle taxi application service providers are fully responsible for implementing the Minister of Transportation Regulation No. 12 of 2019. The form of government responsibility itself can be formulated in a repressive or preventive manner. And in this case, the results obtained are that the legal implications of the Minister of Transportation Regulation Number 12 of 2019 are regarding four things, namely: regarding the implementation of the law itself, the government, online transportation companies, and also online transportation driver partners. Traditional architecture is very diverse in Indonesia, along with the diversity of its ethnic. Traditional architecture is building with form and function which has its own characteristic, inherited from generation to generation that can be used to hold activity by the people around it. Therefore, traditional architecture is the cultural expression and direct reflection in presenting something by its people. Some Nusantara Architectures adopt boat as the representation for building’s form. Therefore, the author is interested to prove the correlation of boat as representation in some archipelago architectures. This research uses data search method through literature studies by collecting data on some researched archipelago architecture buildings' form and construction system. From these data, a correlation between boat form representation and construction system used in boats and buildings can be concluded. In this paper, the author focuses on the formulation of the problem, namely: 1. How is the IMBT model of shari'ah financing mechanism with guarantees of mortgage rights? auction implementation of the mortgage rights of Ijarah Muntahiya Bittamlik syari'ah financing with guarantees of coverage rights at BUPLN ?
Bank Syariah merupakan bank Islam yang mulai banyak diminati oleh masyarakat Indonesia khususnya kaum muslim. Dalam berjalannya akad IMBT sering terjadi kendala kredit macet yang dilakukan oleh nasabah kepada bank dengan jaminan hak tanggungan untuk melunasi kewajibannya. Biasanya bank akan meminta kepada Ketua Pengadilan Agama untuk dilakanakannya eksekusi. Ketika tidak ada itikad baik dari nasabah kepada bank, bank memohon Ketua Pengadilan Agama untuk mengajukan permohonan lelang secara tertulis kepada (KPKNL) untuk mejual lelang barang-barang yang telah di sita eksekusi. Dalam penulisan ini, penulis menitikberatkan kepada rumusan masalah yaitu: 1. Bagaimana mekanisme pembiayaan syari’ah model IMBT dengan jaminan hak tanggungan?, 2. Bagaimana penyelesaian kredit macet pembiayaan syari’ah IMBT di pengadilan agama dengan jaminan hak tanggungan?, 3. Bagaimana implemestasi pelelangan terhadap hak tanggungan dari pembiayaan syari’ah Ijarah Muntahiya Bittamlik dengan jaminan hak tangungan di BUPLN
