Product imported food product is one of the most widely traded online. Online trading facilitate the access of consumers and businesses in the conduct of buy-sell transactions, but in fact not in spite of the problems, because not all imported food products traded online have permission edar BPOM. Imported food products that do not have the permit will have an impact on the health of the consumer who consumes food products, and will also be detrimental to the country for businesses that trade in imported food products that do not have a marketing authorization for sure will not pay tax. The purpose of this paper is to better understand the settings of the legal protection of the consumers on imported food that does not have a marketing authorization in Indonesia and determine the constraints faced by BPOM Medan in legal protection for consumers on imported food that does not have a marketing authorization that is traded online. The research method used is normative legal research, namely legal research literature or research on secondary data. The Data used in this study were collected through literature research and interviews with staff in the field of Investigation BPOM Medan, the data obtained were analyzed qualitatively. From the results of the research can be concluded that the implementation of legal protection for consumers on imported food that does not have a marketing authorization that is traded online is not yet effective applied, because there are many imported food products that are traded online and do not meet the quality standards set by BPOM. Due to the constraints faced by the FDA in the supervision of imported food products, namely the number of staff is limited, a monitoring system that is still periodic and random, still have to cooperate with the police to do tracking, as well as the lack of public awareness as a consumer

In this research, the researchers will conduct an analysis of “Earth’s Answer” by William Blake. The purpose of this research is to explore the sense of oppression in the content of the poem. The method utilized for this study is a qualitative descriptive method. The main focus of the research is the indications of oppression found in the poem, through symbols used by Blake, which examined stanza by stanza. Researchers found that the signs of oppression from the poem are taken from the words such as “prisoned,” “chained,” “darkness,” “dread,” and “drear.” By analyzing the background of the author, major theme, poetic devices, literary devices, and also examined each stanza of the poetry, it can be concluded that this poetry involves the subject of oppression. The results underscore the absence of hope, injustice, and incarceration, due to one of the impacts of the Industrial Revolution, as well as other oppressive elements found in the poem. The idea of oppression can be found in each stanza either explicitly or implicitly
