Full text linkThe purpose of this research was to determine the suitability of the accounting application carried out by the Teratak Buluh village, Siak Hulu District, Kampar Regency with the Generally Accepted Accounting. The data collected are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews and documents. After all the data has been collected, the data is analyzed using the descriptive method so that it can be seen how the suitability of the accounting application carried out by the Teratak Buluh village, Siak Hulu District, Kampar district with the basic accounting concepts. The results obtained from the research that has been conducted by the author are: (1) Teratak Buluh Village, Siak Hulu District, Kampar Regency is not fully in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting, (2) the basis for recognition used by Teratak Buluh village is cash basis, (3) in the village-owned wealth report does not record expenses incurred in December which are paid in January of the following year, (4) in the accounting process of Teratak Buluh Village, Siak Hulu District, Kampar Regency, at the summarizing stage, it has not made a trial balance and work sheet. This research is important for other researchers of the same type as a comparison so that it can be refined. For the Teratak Buluh village office, the results of this study can provide knowledge of financial accounting in Teratak Buluh village
Topology of octaarginines (R8) or IRQ ligand on liposomes affects the contribution of macropinocytosis- and caveolae-mediated cellular uptake
Full text linkIt was recently reported that liposomes modified with octaarginine (R8) and its analogue peptide (IRQRRRR: IRQ) are taken into NIH3T3 cells by unique pathways, macropinocytosis and caveolae-mediated endocytosis, respectively. This study evaluated the topology of these peptides as it relates to the uptake routes of liposomes, where they are modified either directly on the surface, or on the edge of a polyethylene glycol (PEG) spacer. The uptake mechanism of peptide-modified liposomes and peptide-modified PEG-liposomes was investigated by confocal laser scanning microscopy. To determine the contribution of clathrin-mediated endocytosis, macropinocytosis and caveolar endocytosis to the uptake of liposomes, the uptake was evaluated in the presence of these specific inhibitors. The uptake pathway changed from macropinocytosis to clathrin-mediated endocytosis when R8 was modified on the edge of a PEG spacer, indicating that the flexible display of R8 impaired the induction of macropinocytosis. However, the contribution of caveolae-mediated endocytosis increased when IRQ was conjugated to the distal end of the PEG chain, suggesting that flexible surface display enhanced IRQ recognition by the specific molecules in the caveolae. The present results demonstrate that topology control of the ligand affects the contribution of the entry pathway, depending on the uptake mechanism

The paper attempts to find inspiration from The Epistle to the Hebrews that consoles the believers in the time of persecution. Its author uses the word Hypomonē (perseverance) to address the readers in Emperor Nero's time who were suffering for their belief in Christ. The Epistle uses an educational tradition to highlight perseverance known in both Hebrew and Greek societies. The text invites readers to persevere in this suffering like an athlete who must train in face of competition, and like a child who is educated in discipline and love by his father
Peran Karel Frederick Holle dalam Perkembangan Pertanian dan Pendidikan di Garut
Full text linkThis paper discusses a very important figure in the development of language and literature in the city of Garut. Karel Frederick Holle was a Dutchman who came to the Indies at the age of 14 years. He began life in the Dutch East Indies as a housing administration employee in Cianjur. Followed by becoming a Dutch government employee in Batavia and ended up being an honorary advisor for land affairs in the administration department as well as a tea and coffee plantation owner in Cikajang Garut. This paper discusses K. F. Holle in outline. The author is aware of the lack of sources used due to the rare sources about K. F. Holle, therefore it needs further research in order to discuss all aspects in depth. Kata Kunci: Dutch Policy, Indonesian farming, K. F. Holl

No full textSkripsi ini berjudul “AGAMA DAN POLITIK: Suatu Tinjauan Tentang Hubungan Vatikan Dibawah Paus Pius XII Dengan Rezim Nazi Jerman Tahun 1939 - 1945”. Latar belakang penulis mengambil permasalahan ini karena dalam kaitannya dengan hubungan antara Jerman dengan Vatikan, terlihat adanya hubungan yang dapat dikatakan tidak baik antara keduanya. Namun hal tersebut menjadi berubah pada masa kepemimpinan Adolf Hitler. Tidak seperti para pendahulunya, seperti pada era Heinrich IV, Heinrich V, Martin Luther, hingga Otto von Bismarck, pada masa kepemimpinan Adolf Hitler justru hubungan antara Jerman dengan Vatikan terlihat menjadi lebih baik. Dengan didasari tujuan tertentu, ada semacam upaya untuk terjalinnya hubungan kerjasama diantara keduabelah pihak. Hubungan tersebut dapat terlihat dengan pembuatan konkordat (perjanjian) yang dibuat oleh pihak Jerman dengan pihak Vatikan. Sehingga muncullah masalah utama yang menjadi dasar dalam penulisan skripsi ini, yakni “Bagaimana hubungan Paus Pius XII dengan Rezim Nazi Jerman dibawah kepemimpinan Adolf Hitler pada tahun 1939 - 1945 ?” Maka untuk mengetahui hal tersebut, penulis mencoba untuk menuangkannya kedalam empat rumusan masalah, antara lain (1) bagaimana tinjauan umum mengenai kehidupan agama dan politik di Jerman sebelum masa kepemimpinan Adolf Hitler?, (2) bagaimana pandangan politik Adolf Hitler terhadap agama, khususnya terhadap Gereja Katolik Roma?, (3) apa latar belakang Paus Pius XII mengadakan kerjasama politik dengan rezim Nazi di Jerman?, (4) bagaimana dampak kerjasama politik tersebut bagi kedua belah pihak? Untuk mengurai permasalahan tersebut penulis menelitinya dengan metode historis dan teknik penelitiannya menggunakan studi literatur yang relevan dengan permasalahan yang dikaji. Dalam penulisan skripsi ini, penulis menggunakan beberapa teori yang mendukung pembahasan skripsi ini yaitu Teori diplomasi dan teori politik luar negeri. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, didapat beberapa kesimpulan yaitu: pada dasarnya, Vatikan melakukan kerjasama politik dengan rezim Nazi Jerman adalah agar segala hal yang berkaitan dengan Gereja Katolik Roma dapat tertanam kuat di Jerman. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dengan adanya konkordat yang dibuat oleh Jerman dibawah Hitler dan Vatikan dibawah Paus Pius XII. ---------- The title of this thesis is “Religion and politics : An observation about Vat’s Relation under Paus Pius XII with regime of Nazi German in 1939 – 1945”. The reason why the author takes this object is that there was unusual thing on the relation of German and Vat. However they changed when Adolf Hitler took the authority. Unlike his predecessor, in Heinrich IV era, Heinrich V, Martin Luther, until Otto von Bismarck, In the Adolf Hitler’s authority instead, the relation between German and Vat became better. Based on certain purposes, they tried to cooperate and made good relation. In addition, the treaty made by German and Vat indicated the better relation. Therefore, “the relation between Paus Pius XII and the regime of Nazi German under Adolf Hitler’s authority in 1939 – 1945” is taken as the main subject of this thesis. There are four cases that will be revealed in this thesis to support understanding of readers; (1) The general perspective about religion and politics in German before Adolf Hitler overtook German, (2) Political perspective of Adolf Hitler about religion, in particular the church of Catholic Rome, (3) The motives why Paus Pius Xii had political cooperation with the regime of Nazi in German, (4) The impacts of the political cooperation to both sides. To explain the problem further, the author uses historical method and literature study techniques which are relevant with the problems inspected. Moreover, the author implements some theories supporting the discussion of this thesis, which are diplomacy theory and theory of overseas politics. Based on the research, there are some conclusions that can be taken from this thesis: Essentially, Vat cooperated in order to make everything related to the Church of catholic Rome be strongly established in German.
