Political Marketing dalam Pemilihan Gubernur Sumatera Selatan Tahun 2018 (Studi Kasus Tim Pemenangan Herman Deru-Mawardi Yahya di Kota Palembang)
The title of this research is "Political Marketing in Pilkada (Case Study: Victory of the Herman Deru-Mawardi Yahya Pair in the Election of the Governor of South Sumatra 2018 in the City of Palembang)". This study examines the phenomenon of political marketing as a strategy in a campaign. This paper elaborates and discusses how the political marketing process carried out by the successful team of the couple Herman Deru-Mawardi Yahya in Palembang City. The findings obtained from this study indicate that the political marketing process carried out by the success team of Herman Deru-Mawardi Yahya in Palembang City was very structured and managed to get the voice of the people of Palembang City. The political marketing process carried out by the success team of Herman Deru-Mawardi Yahya in the city of Palembang is first, showing the political products of this couple to the community such as spreading the vision and mission program of this couple to the entire Palembang City community. Secondly, to promote the people of Palembang City both through direct interaction and through print media, electronic media, and social media carried out directly by successful teams. Third, determine prices in the campaign, both in the campaign funding process and to build the price of the image of the couple. Fourth, the location of the campaign which was not only focused on one place but spread throughout the corner of the city of Palembang, because there was no major campaign in the city of Palembang
POLITICAL MARKETING DALAM PEMILIHAN GUBERNUR SUMATERA SELATAN TAHUN 2018 (Studi Kasus Tim Pemenangan Herman Deru-Mawardi Yahya Di Kota Palembang)
Judul penelitian ini adalah “Political Marketing Dalam Pemilihan Gubernur Sumatera Selatan Tahun 2018 (Studi Kasus Tim Pemenangan Herman Deru-Mawardi Yahya Di Kota Palembang)”.Penelitian ini mengkaji fenomena tentang marketing politik sebagai suatu strategi dalam sebuah kampanye. Tulisan ini mengurai dan mendiskusikan bagaimana proses marketing politik yang dilakukan oleh tim sukses pasangan Herman Deru-Mawardi Yahya di Kota Palembang.
Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan tipe penelitian studi kasus. Studi kasus bertujuan untuk memperoleh pemahaman utuh dan terintegrasi mengenai interrelasi berbagai fakta dan dimensi dari kasus tersebut. Pengumpulan data melalui teknik observasi, wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi.
Temuan yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah menunjukan bahwa proses marketing politik yang dilakukan oleh tim sukses Herman Deru-Mawardi Yahya di Kota Palembang sangat terstruktur dan berhasil mendapat suara masyarakat Kota Palembang. Proses marketing politik dilakukan oleh tim sukses Herman DeruMawardi Yahya di Kota Palembang yaitu pertama, menunjukan produk politik dari pasangan ini kepada masyarakat seperti menyebarkan visi misi dan program kerja pasangan ini kepada seluruh masyarakat Kota Palembang. Kedua, melakukan promosi kepada masyarakat Kota Palembang baik dengan interaksi secara langsung maupun melalui media cetak, media elektronik, dan media sosial yang dilakukan oleh tim sukses secara langsung. Ketiga, menentukan harga dalam kampanye, baik dalam proses pendanaan kampanye dan membangun harga image dari pasangan. Keempat, tempat pelaksanaan kampanye yang tidak hanya terfokus pada satu tempat saja tetapi menyebar keseluruh sudut Kota Palembang, karena tidak dilakukannya kampanye akbar di Kota Palembang.

Pengaruh Implementasi Corporate Governance Terhadap Pengungkapan Sukarela (Studi Empiris Pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2017-2021)
The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze how much influence the implementation of Corporate Governance has on voluntary disclosure of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period. There are four principles that must be applied so that the objectives of good corporate governance can be achieved, namely fairness, accountability, transparency and responsibility. Therefore, it is mandatory for all organs in the company to implement these principles, so in this research the author uses the variables independent board of commissioners, managerial ownership, and institutional ownership for voluntary disclosure. The population in this research is all manufacturing sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the observation period, namely 2017-2021. The sample determination in this research was carried out using non-probability purposive judgment sampling, where the sample was determined based on certain criteria determined by the author and has limitations in terms of generalization. The results indicate that partially, the variables of independent board of commissioners and managerial ownership do not affect voluntary disclosure in the company's annual reports. However, institutional ownership variable significantly influences voluntary disclosure in the company's annual reports
Analysis of Banking Health before and During Covid-19 Using the RGEC Method
Aims: This study aims to investigate the health condition of the banking sector before and during the Covid-19 pandemic.
Study Design: This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach to evaluate the condition of the banking sector by analyzing the annual reports published on each bank\u27s website.
Place and Duration of Study: The author uses data from banking financial reports in Indonesia for the Bank Group Based on Core Capital (KBMI), which consists of one to four banks in the 2018-2021 period.
Methodology: The RGEC model (Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earning, Capital) was utilized to analyze the data, assessing various aspects including risk profile, corporate governance, profitability, and capital adequacy.
Results: The study\u27s findings indicated that among KBMI 1, 3, and 4 banks, there were significant differences in banking Non-Performing Loans (NPLs) before and during Covid-19, while no significant differences were observed in Good Corporate Governance (GCG), Return on Assets (ROA), and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR). In the case of KBMI 2 bank, there were no significant differences observed in NPLs, GCG, ROA, and CAR before and during Covid-19. The NPL ratio, which measures credit risk or financing provided to third parties, showed no significant difference between the average NPL ratio before and during Covid-19.
Conclusion: The advent of the Covid-19 era has resulted in a decline in the stability of banks, suggesting a reduced ability to maintain stability, efficiency, and the quality of credit ratios. However, overall, the banking sector during Covid-19 still remained in the "good" category based on the standards set by Bank Indonesia
