Aneuacanthus – Barrande 1857: 17. DIAGNOSIS. — Cranidium with narrow margin; glabella expands anteriorly, extends to anterior margin; pygidium subelliptical; pygidial axis of three or four axial rings, not reaching pygidial margin; wide pleural furrows extend to border with marked posterior deflection (based on Angelin 1851; Jago et al. 2012, with modifications). REMARKS Angelin (1851) first described the genus Acontheus and renamed it in the same publication. He introduced the name Aneucanthus for the genus, but as this was preoccupied by the name of a snake, he renamed the trilobite Aconthias. Barrande (1857) used Aneuacanthus for the genus, which was also used by Lindström in the second edition of Angelin’s (1851) work that was revised and published asAngelin (1878). We suggest that Aneuacanthus was incorrectly spelled as Barrande (1857) used the name without any further discussion or explanation. Altered Threshold of the Mitochondrial Permeability Transition Pore in Ullrich Congenital Muscular Dystrophy
No full textWe have studied the effects of rotenone in myoblasts from healthy donors and from patients with Ullrich congenital muscular dystrophy (UCMD), a severe muscle disease due to mutations in the genes encoding the extracellular matrix protein collagen VI. Addition of rotenone to normal myoblasts caused a very limited
mitochondrial depolarization because the membrane potential was maintained by the F1FO synthase, as indicated by full depolarization following the subsequent addition of oligomycin. In UCMD myoblasts rotenone instead caused complete mitochondrial depolarization, which was followed by faster ATP depletion than in healthy myoblasts. Mitochondrial depolarization could be prevented by treatment with cyclosporin A and intracellular Ca2+ chelators, while it was worsened by depleting Ca2+ stores with thapsigargin. Thus, in UCMD myoblasts rotenone-induced depolarization is due to opening of the permeability transition pore rather than to inhibition of electron flux as such. These findings indicate that in UCMD myoblasts the threshold for pore opening is very close to the resting membrane potential, so that even a small depolarization causes permeability transition pore opening and precipitates ATP depletion

Beberapa lagu yang disajikan Gloria diambil dari; opera, oratorio, drama broadway, dan soundtrack film. Tulisan ini merupakan laporan resital Gloria yang berisikan, penjelasan tema dan judul resital, daftar lagu (beserta sejarah dan analisa struktural), daftar musisi, daftar kepanitiaan, rincian persiapan, eksekusi pra resital, saat resital, dan pasca resital.”Life is a Drama” is a vocal resital by Gloria Lusianti Angelin that consists songs from four periods. These periods are baroque, classic, romantic, and modern.
