    TINJAUAN HUKUM ISLAM TERHADAP INSEMINASI BUATAN PADA MANUSIADENGAN KONTRAK RAHIM

    Pada awalnya, inseminasi buatan lebih sering terdengar dilakukan pada hewan dan tumbuhan. Dengan cara mengambil sperma lalu menginjeksikannya pada hewan betina, begitupula halnya pada manusia, dan upaya ini dilakukannya karena adanya kesulitan untuk mencapai dan menyatu dengan ovum (sel telur). Teknik ini merupakan suatu proses yang membantu wanita untuk mengatasi kemandulan di mana saluran telur wanita tersebut tidak ada atau bahkan mengalami kelainan/ cacat. Oleh karena pembuahan di luar rahim atau tidak seperti halnya yang dilakukan oleh pasangan suami isteri melalui proses persetubuhan yang alami inilah, maka teknologi kedokteran bisa melakukan inseminasi buatan dengan merekayasa teknik fertilisasi (pembuahan) di luar rahim yaitu dengan proses penyuntikan sperma ke dalam rahim wanita tanpa harus berhubungan badan dengan tujuan menghamilkan/ bisa hamil. Sehubungan dengan permasalahan diatas dalam penulisan skripsi ini, peneliti ingin mengkaji inseminasi buatan pada manusia dengan kontrak rahim dalam tinjauan hukum Islam dengan suatu rumusan : (1) Bagaimana pandangan hukum Islam mengenai inseminasi buatan pada manusia (2) Apa hukum kontrak rahim untuk inseminasi buatan pada manusia dalam tinjauan hukum Islam. Sedangkan tujuan yang ingin dicapai dari penulisan skripsi ini, adalah: 1. Untuk mengetahui lebih jauh dan jelas lagi bagaimana hukum Islam menanggapi teknik inseminasi buatan. 2. Untuk mengetahui dan mengkonfirmasikan bagaimana sebenarnya hukum kontrak rahim menurut Islam. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kepustakaan (Library Research). Oleh karena penelitian ini adalah penelitian pustaka, maka dalam proses pengumpulan data-data menggunakan studi pustaka. Di mana data yang dibutuhkan dicari dari buku atau bahan pustaka lainnya. Dan data yang dikumpulkan adalah data yang bersifat kualitatif. Adapun analisa yang penyusun gunakan adalah analisa deskriftif kualitatif, maksudnya adalah setelah data sebagai bahan skripsi ini terkumpul, kemudian dibahas secara deduktif, induktif, dan komparatif. Dari hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa inseminasi buatan yang tidak berasal dari ovum dan sperma suami isteri yang sah diharamkan hukumnya, sedangkan inseminasi buatan dengan kontrak rahim dalam hukum Islam adalah diharamkan karena alasan yang sangat mendasar adalah mengandung unsur asing dari pembuahan yang bukan berasal dari benih sperma dan ovum pasangan suami isteri yang sah. Pada akhir penulisan skripsi ini ada beberapa saran yang dapat dijadikan sebagai sumbangan ataupun kontribusi pemikiran terhadap inseminasi buatan pada manusia dengan kontrak rahim agar mengangkat dan mengasuh anak yatim untuk diperlakukan sebagaimana layaknya anaknya sendiri

We scrape 6,735 pages that interleave text, images, tables, and diagrams. To preserve the layout information, we also save the screenshots of entire pages and extract bounding boxes of the visual elements. There are two files in our Wiki knowledge base. wiki_samples.zip: A sample version of the full knowledge base (10 pages). wiki_full.zip: The full knowledge base (6,735 pages). Large language models can be finetuned on our Reddit corpus to internalize Minecraft-specific concepts and develop sophisticated strategies.     Batik Ratu Banten in an Ethnomathematics Lens: Historical Value and Mathematical Value

    Mathematics is a basic science that is very necessary in daily activities, and contributes to the advancement of science and technology. In addition to the functional aspect, mathematics also has an aesthetic side that can be combined with cultural elements in a work of batik art, namely Batik Ratu Banten. This approach involving mathematical and cultural concepts is known as ethnomathematics, which can be used as a source in contextual mathematics learning that is interesting for students by connecting abstract mathematical concepts with real cultural artifacts. However, learning in schools in Banten has not fully integrated cultural elements into mathematics learning. Therefore, this study aims to examine Batik Ratu Banten from historical and mathematical values. The research method is qualitative with an ethnographic approach. Research data were obtained from interviews, observations, and documentation, with the subject data source being the Batik Ratu Banten UMKM actors. The data received is analyzed to dissect and clarify the philosophy and describe batik motifs using a geometric approach, using data reduction techniques, data presentation, and concluding so that research conclusions are obtained. The results of the study concluded that Batik Ratu Banten not only contains historical elements of Banten, but also mathematical values. Behind the beautiful carvings of the artwork of Batik Ratu Banten, there are mathematical values in the form of the concept of number patterns, the concept of circles in the material of flat shapes, the concept of lines and angles, and the concept of reflection, translation, and rotation in the material of transformation geometry. This finding shows that Batik Ratu Banten can function as a source of learning mathematics in understanding the material to be more contextual and meaningful

    This study aims to provide an overview of the level of implementation of accrual-based SAP on governance, especially at the level of SKPD (SKPD) and analyze the suitability of the implementation of SAP in the preparation of financial statements conducted by SKPD, particularly in the Environment Agency of North Sumatera Province to PP 71 of 2010 concerning the Government Accounting Standards. This research uses descriptive research design in the form of case studies. The author uses the library research techniques for collecting the necessary data. The results of this study indicate that by 2015 the Environment Agency of North Sumatra province carry out the implementation of SAP in the preparation of financial statements in accordance with Regulation No. 71 of 2010 concerning the Government Accounting Standards.     Effects of the Electric Field on the Pt(111)/HBr Solution Interface

    對於電化學,分子級別的瞭解電極電解液介面是最基本的。我們給出基於密度泛函理論研究在外加電場下水分子在鉑表面的吸附的結果。對於單個水分子的吸附,頂位吸附是能量最穩定的,吸附能為0.23eV。由於Pt-O成鍵不是很強,在沿著表面法線負方向的的高強度的電場下,Pt-O會斷。對於吸附兩個水分子,其中一個水分子通過氧原子與Pt成鍵,另一個水分子的一個O-H键有兩種不同的朝向,一種指向表面,一種背向表面。我們分別稱為H-up和H-down。在無電場條件下,H-down是能量穩定構型,它同時也能在正電場和較小的負電場保守結構。使用從頭算分子動力學研究在電場和無電場下Pt(111)/水的介面和Pt(111)/HBr溶液的介面。在Pt(111)/水介面中,水分成了三層。我們將最靠近表面的一層稱為第一層。我們重點關注第一層。在正電場下,氫原子傾向於指向鉑表面;在無電場時,水分子傾向通過O原子與Pt原子成鍵;在負電場下,水分子的朝向更加隨機。對於Pt(111)/HBr溶液的介面,在無電場時,溴離子傾向佔據橋位,在負電場時,佔據fcc位;在正電場下,在表面自由的移動。在無電場時界面中存在簇〖〖(H_2 O)〗_n H〗^+(n= 2, 3, 4)。當施加正電場時,一部分〖〖(H_2 O)〗_2 H〗^+轉化為〖〖(H_2 O)〗_3 H〗^+和〖〖(H_2 O)〗_4 H〗^+。當施加負電場時,一部分〖〖(H_2 O)〗_3 H〗^+轉化為〖〖(H_2 O)〗_4 H〗^+。A molecular level understanding of the electrolyte/electrode interface is fundamental for electrochemistry.We represent the results of a density functional theory study on the adsorption of water on Pt(111) in the presence of an external electric field. For the adsorption of a single water molecule, the atop site is energetically most favorable, with an adsorption energy around 0.23 eV. The Pt-O bond is not strong, and can be broken by a high positive electric field with its direction along the negative surface normal. For the adsorption of two water molecules, one water molecule bonds to Pt surface via its oxygen atom at an atop site, while one O-H bond of the other water molecule points toward or away from Pt(111) surface. We call them H-down and H-up respectively The H-down configuration is the energetically favorable structure without the electric field, and is also maintained at a positive electric field and a low negative electric field.Ab initio molecular dynamics simulations have been performed on the Pt(111)/water interface and the Pt(111)/HBr solution interface without and under the electric field. On the water/Pt(111) interface, The waters are divided into three layers. The layer nearest the surface is labeled as the first layer. We focus on the first layer. In the presence of a positive electric field, the hydrogen atoms of water molecules prefer to point toward the surface; without the electric field, the water molecules prefer to bind to the surface with its O atom toward the surface; at the negative electric field the orientations of the water molecules are more random. On the Pt(111)/HBr solution interface, Br^- prefers to occupy either the bridge site in the absence of electric field or the fcc site at a negative electric filed. Br^- moves freely on the surface at a positive electric field. The 〖〖(H_2 O)〗_n H〗^+(n=2, 3, 4) clusters exist in the interface in the absence of an electric filed. When the positive electric field is applied, some 〖〖(H_2 O)〗_2 H〗^+ is transformed into 〖〖(H_2 O)〗_4 H〗^+ and (H_2 O)_3 H^+.     Fostering School-Age Teenagers: An Effort to Repress Child Marriage in The Perspective of Talcott Parsons

    This research has examined the influence of Fostering School-Age Teenagers Program (BRUS) in repressing child marriage rates in Sleman Yogyakarta, which is analyzed based on Talcott Parsons' functional structural theory through four stages, namely AGIL (Adaptation, Goal attainment, Integration, and Latency) against the BRUS program implementation guidelines contained in the Decree of the Director General of Islamic Public Guidance Number 1012 of 2022. The method used by the author in this research is a quantitative method, with a sociological approach, using the Respondent Achievement Level (RAL) formula with the help of the SPSS version 29 program and Microsoft Excel which is adjusted to the efforts aligned with the 4 stages in the AGIL concept. Respondents in this study were students who had participated in Fostering School-Age Teenagers Program in several Senior High Schools / Equivalents in Sleman Regency with a sample size of 487 students who had an age range of 15-19 years. The results of this study found that in general, the Adaptation, Goal attainment, and Integration stages were only realized in 11.9% of high schools in Sleman. In addition, only 4% of high schools have reached the Latency stage. Then the effect of this Fostering School-Age Teenage Program in repressing the desire for child marriage in teenagers is on average 77.58% with a good enough category for 16 SMA / equivalent in Sleman. However, in the aspect of decision-making in teenagers such as decisions in lectures, marriage, and careers is still as evidenced by 40% of teenagers who have participated in BRUS still have difficulty making decisions.
