No full textTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan pronomina bahasa Melayu yang terdapat dalam naskah drama Puteri Lindung Bulan karya Dasri Al Mubary dan kawan-kawan. Teori yang digunakan adalah teori yang dikemukakan oleh Alwi, dkk (2010). Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini yaitu: teknik dokumentasi, dan teknik hermeneutik (baca, catat, dan simpulkan). Teknik analisis data penelitian ini yaitu: reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa di dalam naskah drama Puteri Lindung Bulan karya Dasri Al Mubary dan kawan-kawan digunakan Pronomina persona pertama tunggal yaitu [hambə], [bəta], [ananda]. Pronomina persona pertama jamak [kite]. Pronomina persona kedua tunggal [əngkau], [awak], [tuan], [datuk], [əncik], [kandə], [dində], [baginda], [ananda], [ayahandə]. Pronomina persona ketiga tunggal [Nyə], [diə], [bəliau], [əncik], [dində], [ayahandə], [puan]. Pronomina persona ketiga jamak [mərekə]. Pronomina Penunjuk Umum [ni] dan [tu]. No full textVALUE OF AL BARZANJI KOMPANG'S SONG “BISMILLAH” IN MESKOM VILLAGE BENGKALIS DISTRICT BENGKALIS DISTRICT RIAU PROVINCE PUTERI VEBRY ANANDA 186710700 ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the Aesthetic Value of the song Al Barzanji Kompang "Bismillah" in Meskom Village, Bengkalis District, Bengkalis Regency, Riau Province. The theory of aesthetic value used is the theory of Jakob Sumardjo (2000:142) saying art is a matter of value, and value is a fundamental problem that can be found in the fields of ethics (goodness), truth (logic), and aesthetics (beauty). Beauty that concerns art, contains universal values as well as cultural-contextual. Values can be interpreted as essence, the basic principle, which in the end can become normative foundations. This is obtained through pure thought, speciatively or through value education. Value as this essence, in art can enter into the intrinsic aspect of art, namely the art form, but can also enter into its extrinsic aspect in the form of basic religious values, social morals and knowledge values. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis research using qualitative methods, the subjects in this study are: Ferry Fazrie (Coach), Hardi (Coordinator), Mukhrizal (Musician), Muhammad Hafiz (Musician), Sudirman (Community), Musrial Mustafa (Society). The results of this study are the aesthetic value of the Bismillah song can be seen from the first, namely the intrinsic value, namely the tangible value with the extrinsic value, namely the supporting value of the intrinsic value. This tangible value can be seen from the musical instruments or musical instruments used, including Kompang and Jidor. Furthermore, this implementation is usually adjusted to the Kompang group who is invited by the community to hold events such as weddings, circumcisions, welcoming big guests. Furthermore, the extrinsic value can be seen from the meaning of the song Bismillah, the message of the song Bismillah, and the value of life contained in the song Bismillah, which can create a distinct impression on everyone who watches the song Bismillah

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjawab pertanyaan tentang (1) Bagaimana perencanaan pengelolaan tanah wakaf di Wilayah KUA Kecamatan Jekan Raya Kota Palangka Raya? (2) Bagaimana pengorganisasian pengelolaan tanah wakaf di Wilayah KUA Kecamatan Jekan Raya Kota Palangka Raya? (3) Bagaimana pelaksanaan pengelolaan tanah wakaf di Wilayah KUA Kecamatan Jekan Raya Kota Palangka Raya? (4) Bagaimana pengawasan pengelolaan tanah wakaf di Wilayah KUA Kecamatan Jekan Raya Kota Palangka Raya.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Adapun subjek penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah naẓir pengelolaan tanah wakaf di Wilayah KUA Kecamatan Jekan Raya, dan Petugas KUA Kecamatan Jekan Raya. Data penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi yang diabsahkan melalui teknik triangulasi data dan kemudian dianalisis melalui tahapan reduction, display dan conclusion drawing/verification.
Hasil penelitian pengelolaan tanah wakaf yang dilakukan oleh naẓir di wilayah KUA Kecamatan Jekan Raya, yaitu: (1) Perencanaan pengelolaan tanah wakaf tidak memiliki perencanaan masa depan yang tepat, dan tidak melakukan penganggaran dana dalam pengelolaannya. (2) Pengorganisasian yang dijalankan belum menggunakan pensturukturan yang baik, dalam sistem, prosedur, dan mekanisme yang jelas. Pada pelaksanaannya tidak terlaksananya job desc atau tugas, dan tanggung jawab dari masing-masing individu. (3) Pelaksanaan pengelolaan tanah wakaf, keterlambatan pembuatan akta ikrar wakaf (AIW), dan belum maksimalnya naẓir dalam pelaksanaan pengelolaan tanah wakaf. (4) Pengawasan yang dilakukan memiliki kekurangan pada kontrol oleh masing-masing naẓir pada pengelolaan tanah wakaf di wilayah KUA Kecamatan Jekan Raya.
ABSTRACT
This research is the result of a field study entitled “Waqf Land Management in the Area of KUA Jekan Raya Palangka Raya City”. This study aimed to answer the questions about (1) How is the planning of waqf land management under the jurisdiction area of KUA Jekan Raya Palangka Raya City? (2) How is the organizing of waqf land management in the area of KUA Jekan Raya Palangka Raya City? (3) how is the execution of waqf land management in the area of KUA Jekan Raya Palangka Raya City? (4) How is the supervision of waqf land management in the area of KUA Jekan Raya Palangka Raya City ?
This study employed the descriptive qualitative approach. Then, the subject of the study are naẓir of waqf land management in the area of KUA Jekan Raya and officers of KUA Jekan Raya. The data collection techniques involved in the current study were observation, interview, and documentation which were validated by utilizing data triangulation technique which was after wards followed by analyzing the phase which covered some stages such reduction, display, and conclusion inference/verification.
The result of the study that management of waqf land done by naẓir in the Area of KUA Jekan Raya, which are: (1) Management planning of waqf landdoes not have proper planning, and they did not budget funds in management. (2) The organization that has been run has not been used in a good way, in clear systems, procedures, and mechanisms. In the implementation of the job desc or job duties, and the responsibility of each individual. (3) Implementation of the management of waqf land, the delay of making Akta Ikrar Wakaf (AIW), and not maximally naẓir in the implementation management of wakaf land. (4) Naẓir supervision has a lack of control on the management of wakaf land in the Area of KUA Jekan Raya

Impact of factors influencing capital structure: An analysis of the literature on public companies in emerging markets
No full textBackground: Capital structure is an important element in corporate financial management, especially for public companies in emerging markets. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence capital structure with a qualitative approach, using data from the financial statements of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Methods: Through content analysis and synthesis of findings from various sources, this study identifies key themes relating to profitability, firm size, liquidity, and asset structure as determinants in financing decision-making. Findings: The results suggest that firms in emerging markets should consider the balance between debt and equity to maximize value and financial stability. Trade-off and Pecking Order theories become the foundation for understanding how firms can achieve an optimal capital structure. Conclusion: The selection of the proper capital structure affects not only the performance and value of the company but also its competitiveness in a dynamic market. Novelty/Originality of the Article: This study is expected to make a significant contribution to the literature on capital structure and financial management, as well as provide practical recommendations for companies in making better financing decisions
