Upaya Kepala Madrasah dalam meningkatkan motivasi mengajar Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam Honorer di MTs. Hamid Rusydi Malang
ABSTRAK
Keberhasilan suatu lembaga pendidikan dalam mencerdaskan siswa tidak terlepas dari peran guru, karena guru memiliki wewenang dan tanggung jawab dalam pendidikan, memegang andil yang besar dalam membentuk karakter siswa, sehingga guru khususnya guru Pendidikan Agama Islam honorer maupun guru honorer mata pelajaran lain harus memiliki semangat mengajar yang tinggi guna meningkatkan kualitas manusia Indonesia, karena guru honorer sangat rawan tidak termotivasi dalam mengajar sehingga motivasi guru honorer khususnya guru Pendidikan Agama Islam harus ditingkatkan. Hal itulah yang menjadi tanggung jawab kepala madrasah untuk selalu berupaya memotivasi guru Pendidikan Agama Islam honorer dan guru honorer mata pelajaran lainnya. Berangkat dari latang belakang inilah penulis kemudian ingin membahasnya dalam skripsi dengan obyek penelitian di MTs. Hamid Rusydi Malang, sehingga mengambil judul Upaya Kepala Madrasah dalam Meningkatkan Motivasi Mengajar Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam Honorer di MTs Hamid Rusydi Malang.
Berdasarkan judul di atas maka fokus kajian skripsi ini sebagaimana rumusan masalah adalah sebagai berikut; bagaimana motivasi motivasi guru Pendidikan Agama Islam honorer dalam mengajar di MTs. Hamid Rusydi Malang, faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi motivasi guru Pendidikan Agama Islam honorer dalam mengajar di MTs. Hamid Rusydi Malang, dan bagaimana upaya kepala madrasah memotivasi guru Pendidikan Agama Islam honorer di MTs. Hamid Rusydi Malang.
Berdasarkan pada rumusan masalah tersebut, maka tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana motivasi guru Pendidikan Agama Islam honorer dalam mengajar di MTs. Hamid Rusydi Malang, faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi motivasi guru Pendidikan Agama Islam honorer dalam mengajar di MTs. Hamid Rusydi Malang, dan upaya apa saja yang dilakukan kepala madrasah untuk memotivasi guru Pendidikan Agama Islam honorer dalam mengajar di MTs. Hamid Rusydi Malang.
Dalam penelitian ini pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi dengan informannya adalah kepala madrasah dan empat orang guru Pendidikan Agama Islam honorer di MTs. Hamid Rusydi Malang, sedangkan untuk menganalisis data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif, penelitian deskriptif ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan apa-apa yang saat ini berlaku. Di dalamnya terdapat upaya mendeskripsikan, mencatat analisis dan menginterpretasikan apa-apa yang sekarang ini terjadi atau ada.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkkan bahwa motivasi guru Pendidikan Agama Islam honorer di MTs. Hamid Rusydi Malang bisa dikatakan cukup baik dari segi, ekspresi ketika mengajar dan juga dari hasil wawancara. Hal ini salah satunya karena adanya upaya untuk memotivasi para guru Pendidikan Agama Islam honorer dari kepala madrasah. Motivasi guru Pendidikan Agama Islam honorer dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal, seperti; adanya motivasi dari dalam diri sendiri untuk mengamalkan ilmu dan adanya rasa kepuasan setelah berhasil mencerdaskan siswa. Kemudian faktor eksternal, seperti; adanya motivasi yang diberikan oleh kepala madrasah, dan motivasi dari keluarga. Upaya kepala madrasah dalam memotivasi guru Pendidikan Agama Islam honorer di MTs. Hamid Rusydi Malang ini diwujudkan dengan memberikan imbalan kepada semua guru yang memiliki motivasi tinggi dalam mengajar, honorarium tiap tahun ditingkatkan, mengadakan evaluasi pada para guru 3/4 bulan sekali.
Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa motivasi guru Pendidikan Agama Islam honorer di MTs. Hamid Rusydi Malang sudah ada peningkatan hal ini disebabkan salah satunya karena faktor motivasi yang diberikan oleh kepala madrasah. Untuk itu kepala madrasah diharap untuk senantiasa memberikan motivasi kepada guru Pendidikan Agama Islam honorer, berusaha menunjang dengan sarana dan prasarana, dan memperhatikan kesejahteraan para guru honorer.
ABSTRACT
The success of an educational institution in educating students of the role of teacher, because teachers have the authority and responsibility in education, holds a great share in shaping the character of students so that teachers, especially teachers of Islamic Education teachers' honorarium and other subjects must have a passion to teach high in order to improve the quality of Indonesian, because teachers 'highly vulnerable not motivated in teaching so that teachers' motivation, particularly the Islamic Religious Education teachers must be improved. That is what is the responsibility of the head of madrasas to always try to motivate teachers of Islamic Education teachers' contract and other subjects. Based on the formulation of the problem, then the purpose of this study is to describe how the motivation of Islamic Religious Education teachers in teaching honoree in MTs. Hamid Rusydi Malang, what factors influence the motivation of Islamic Religious Education teachers in teaching honoree in MTs. Hamid Rusydi Malang, and what is being done to motivate teachers head madrassa Islamic Religious Education honoree in teaching in MTs. Hamid Rusydi Malang.
In this research, collecting data through interviews, observation and documentation of the informant is the head of the madrassa and four honorary teacher of Islamic Religious Education in MTs. Hamid Rusydi Malang, while to analyze data using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques, descriptive study aims to describe what is currently in effect. In it there are attempts to describe, analyze and interpret records anything that is currently happening or there.
The results, indicating that the motivation of Islamic Religious Education teacher honoree in MTs. Hamid Rusydi Malang can be quite good in terms of expression when teaching and also from interviews. This is one of them because of the effort to motivate teachers of Islamic Education honoree from the head of the madrasa. Islamic Religious Education teacher motivation honorary influenced by internal factors, such as the existence of the self-motivation to practice science and a sense of satisfaction after successfully educating students. Then external factors, such as the motivation provided by the head of the madrassa, and the motivation of the family. Efforts to head madrassa teachers in motivating Islamic Religious Education honoree in MTs. Hamid Rusydi Malang is realized by providing benefits to all teachers who have high motivation in teaching, honorarium be increased each year, conducting evaluations on the teachers three quarters months.
From the results of this study concluded that the motivation of Islamic Religious Education teacher honoree in MTs. Hamid Rusydi Malang is no improvement it is because one of them because of the motivation provided by the head of the madrassa. For that head madrassa is expected to always provide motivation to Islamic Religious Education teachers' honorarium, trying to support with facilities and infrastructure, and pay attention to the welfare of teachers honorarium

The results showed that the implementation of case study method strategy can improve learning outcomes in the course of Evaluation of Learning. This is evident from the increasing percentage of students in the eight aspects observed from both cycles carried out in the action of this study. Evaluation of Learning Outcome: The Comparison Between the Education Unit Level Curriculum (KTSP) and the 2013 Curriculum
This study aimed to describe the comparative implementation of learning outcome evaluations applied at MTsN 1 Medan by using the 2013 KTSP and Curriculum 2013. The method used in this study was qualitative methodology. Data collection techniques consisted of observation, interviews, and documentation. EDUCATION VALUE IN DIALOGUE AND ADEGAN "GENERAL SOEDIRMAN" MOVIE
The value of intelligence is related to critical, logical, creative thinking. Social values are related to rights and obligations, a sense of responsibility, and an attitude of tolerance. Religious values related to the spiritual, world and hereafter affairs, lead humans to behave in a moral, virtuous, and be in the way of God. The value of independence is related to making decisions, self-confidence, being responsible for what is done. The value of patience is related to not being irritable, not being hopeless, not being heartbroken, and being calm in the face of trials.  The results of General Soedirman's Film study can be used as an alternative teaching material in learning biographical text material at the high school level because there is conformity with the Basic Competencies (KD) "15.1 Reveal interesting things and can be emulated from the characters". This is seen from the ability of students who can express interesting things and can be emulated from figures from the biography of General Sudirman and able to determine the didactic values contained in the film General Sudirman. So it can be concluded that the film General Soedirman can be used as an alternative teaching material in biographical text material
