    Didalam Sunan Darimi saya membahas banyak dari syigotul amri yang mana bersangkutan dengan balagoh beserta kalam Nabi. Dan bahasa mempunyai aspek-aspek yang mana didalamnya terdapat aspek yang menibaratkan sesuatu dan aspek pemikiran. Maka dari ini dalam pembahasaan skripsi ini penulis menggunakan penelitian pustaka dan untuk penulisannya bersandar mengikuti pedoman buku penulisan skripsi bahasa dan sastra arab dan humaniora uin syarief hidayatullah Jakarta. Dan untuk menjabarkan masalah-masalah dalam pembahasaan ini melihat pada ilmu balagoh dalam ilmu Ma?ani. Dan setelah menganalisis sunan Darimi terdapat nilai-nilai yaitu makna siyagul amri haqiqi dan makna siyagul amri balahgi seperti : irsyad, ta?diyb, doa, ibahah, tahyiyri, taswiyah, tahdid.     ABSTRAK Ulil Amri memiliki peranan penting dalam kehidupan di masyarakat, bahkan sejak zaman Nabi Muhammad hingga saat ini. Ulil Amri harus memiliki karakteristik yang ideal, semua tercantum dalam kitab suci Al-Qur‘an. Penelitian ini berusaha untuk memberikan informasi akan karakteristik Ulil Amri yang tercantum dalam Al-Qur‘an perspektif tafsir al-Jami‟ Li Ahkam Al-Qur‟an karya Imam Al-Qurthubi. Adapun rumusan dari permasalahan ini adalah, pertama Bagaimana penafsiran Imam Al-Qurthubi mengenai ayat-ayat karakteristik Ulil Amri? Kedua, bagaimana sikap terhadap Ulil Amri yang tidak sesuai dengan al-Qur‘an? Tujuan penelitian dari rumusan masalah diatas adalah untuk mengetahui penafsirsn Imam Al-Qurthubi mengenai karakteristik Ulil Amri dan untuk mengetahui bagaimana sikap terhadap Ulil Amri yang bertentangan dengan al-Qur‘an. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode tafsir maudhu‟i (tematik). Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan atau Library Research dengan menggunakan data primer Tafsir al-Jami‟ Li Ahkam al-Qur‟an karangan Imam Al-Qurthubi. Dari proses penelitian, didapatkan hasil bahwa Al-Qurthubi menjelaskan dalam kitab tafsirnya memberikan beberapa karakteristik yang harus dimiliki oleh Ulil Amri diantaranya ialah Ulil Amri harus memiliki karakteristik adil dalam dirinya, harus bertauhid dan percaya seutuhnya kepada Allah SWT, tidak boleh otoriter dan sewenang-wenang dalam memimpin, harus memiliki sifat amal ma‟ruf nahi munkar, jauh dari hawa nafsu yang membahayakan. Sedangkan sikap terhadap Ulil Amri yang tidak sesuai dengan al-Qur‘an dijelaskan oleh Imam Al�Ghazali. Menurut Imam Al-Ghazali jika ada pemimpin yang tidak sesuai dengan Al-Qur‘an maka umat Islam wajib untuk mengingatkan tentunya dengan cara yang sesuai dengan syari‟at Islam karena ini semua bagian dari menegakan amal ma‟ruf nahi munkar kepada para penguasa. Kata Kunci: Karakteristik Ulil Amri, Tafsir al-Jami‟ Li Ahkam al�Qur‟an, Imam Al-Qurthubi dan Imam Al-Ghazali. This research seeks to provide information on the characteristics of Ulil Amri as stated in the Al-Qur'an from the perspective of the interpretation of al-Jami' Li Ahkam Al-Qur'an by Imam Al-Qurthubi. The formulation of this problem is, first, what is Imam Al-Qurthubi's interpretation of the characteristic verses of Ulil Amri? Second, what is the attitude towards Ulil Amri that is not in accordance with the Qur‟an?. The research objective of the problem formulation above is to find out Imam Al-Qurthubi's interpretation of the characteristics of Ulil Amri and to find out how attitudes towards Ulil Amri are contrary to the Qur‟an. This research uses the maudhu'i (thematic) interpretation method. This type of research is library research using primary data from Tafsir al-Jami' Li Ahkam al-Qur'an written by Imam Al-Qurthubi. From the research process, the results obtained were that Al-Qurthubi explained in his book of tafsir that he gave several characteristics that Ulil Amri must have, including that Ulil Amri must have fair characteristics within himself, must be monotheistic and have complete trust in Allah SWT, must not be authoritarian and arbitrary. In leading, you must have the character of good deeds and evil, far from harmful desires. Meanwhile, Imam Al-Ghazali explained that the attitude towards Ulil Amri was not in accordance with the Qur‟an. According to Imam Al-Ghazali, if there is a leader who does not comply with the Al-Qur'an, Muslims are obliged to remind them of course in a way that is in accordance with Islamic law because this is all part of enforcing good deeds and evil towards the rulers.     Variations on the Author

    “Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship

    A conceptual framework for serious games and its validation

    This research introduces a conceptual framework for the design of serious games and uses the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) for its validation. An initial study identified 12 attributes of educational serious games that can be used to support effective learning. These attributes are used in the conceptual framework to support learning and pedagogy in combination with the games. The Serious-Games-TAM was used to confirm that serious games, based on the proposed framework, would both be accepted by the learner and be useful for learning. Validation involved the collection and analysis of data from learners using a specially developed serious game that introduced international students to public transport in Southampton. After completing the game, participants completed a short questionnaire and the data was analysed using structural equation modelling (SEM). The results identified the attributes and combinations of attributes that led the learners to accept and to use the serious game for learning. These findings significantly contribute to helping game designers and educational practitioners design serious games for effective learning

    Exploring Emptiness: An Investigation of MA and MU in My Sonic Composition Practice

    The commentary investigates Japanese aesthetics of space, silence and emptiness - ma and mu - that informed my compositional practice during the research period 2012 - 2015. The portfolio comprises text compositions and sound installations in which forms of micro events and sustained events are employed. Throughout, the emphasis is on my personal engagement with, and manifestation of emptiness that concerns a particular model of listening and perception. Chapter 1 discusses six primary research areas: ma and mu, material, text, form, listening and perception. Firstly, I introduce ma and mu by examining noh culture and Zeami's teaching of senu hima (where there is no-action) in the context of my personal approaches to music. The following subjects are then used to contextualise my PhD practice by means of examples from various composers and visual artists. Here, these particular and enigmatic concepts are explored through Japanese art as well as Western contemporary works by Alvin Lucier, Eliane Radigue and those of the Wandelweiser collective. Part 2 provides contextual commentaries on selected compositions from the portfolio that mostly articulate my aesthetics in relation to the topics covered in Chapter 1. koso koso addresses my methodologies to investigate the essence of senu hima, followed by treow that discusses my approach to materials and the importance of space. I move on to grade two and grade two extended in order to examine text scores, and then, look into Espèces d'espaces 03 and 04 as examples of musical forms that I employ. Finally, listening and perception are investigated through the compositions gnome and con.de.structuring. Throughout, I describe how my works explore emptiness as a result of my particular emphasis on listening over composing

    AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah : untuk Mengetahui Implementasi Nilai-Nilai Kedisiplinan terhadap Siswa di MA Darul Fath Bontolangkasa Pangkep, Untuk Mengetahui Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Kedisiplinkan Siswa di MA Darul Fath Bontolangkasa Pangkep. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan Jenis metode kualitatif, dalam pengumpulan data peneliti menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: Implementasi Nilai-nilai Kedisiplinan Siswa di MA Darul Fath Bontolangkasa Pangkep, yaitu melalui kegiatan rutin, spontan keteladanan dan pengkondisian. Indikator Nilai-nilai Kedisiplinan Siswa di MA Darul Fath Bontolangkasa Pangkep dilakukan melalui datang tepat waktu, patuh pada tata tertib atau aturan bersama, mengerjakan atau mengumpulkan tugas sesuai dengan waktu yang ditentukan dan mengikuti kaidah berbahasa yang baik dan benar.  Faktor yang mempengaruhi kedisiplinan siswa di sekolah ada dua yaitu: Faktor pendukung kedisiplinan siswa yaitu pertama teladan. Kedua lingkungan berdisiplin. Ketiga Latihan berdisiplin.     The construction of Karen Karnak: The multi-author-function

    This thesis is situated within the comparatively recent developments of Web 2.0 and the emergence of interactive WikiMedia, and explores the mode of authorship within a Read/Write culture compared to that of a Read/Only tradition. The hypothesis of this study is that the role of the audience has become merged with the author, and as such, represents new functions and attributes, distinct from a more conventional concept of authorship, in which the roles of audience and author are more separate. Read/Write and participatory culture, as defined by this study, is focused on collaboration, and includes the influences of D.I.Y. culture, Open-Source practices and the production of text by multiple authors. Multi-authorship presents a re-thinking of several concepts which support the notion of the individual author, since the focus of multi-authorship is not on attribution and ownership of a finished text, but on the continued malleability of a text. Modes of multi-authorship, demonstrated in the use of the pseudonyms Alan Smithee and Karen Eliot, represent declarative authors whose names signify multiple origins, whilst concurrently indicating a distinct body of work. The function of these names form an important context to this study, since primary research involves the construction of an experimental mode of multi-authorship utilising WikiMedia technology and the interaction of thirty nine participants, who are invited to create a body of work under the collective pseudonym Karen Karnak. The data generated by this experiment is analysed using aspects of Michel Foucault's author-function to identify and determine power structures inherent in the WikiMedia context. The interplay of power structures, including concepts such as identity, ownership and the body of work, affect the resulting mode of authorship and contribute to the construction of Karen Karnak, suggesting further areas of research into the emerging multi-author

    Sistem manajemen laboratorium fisika SMA/MA di Kudus

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan sistem manajemen laboratorium fisika dan standar manajemen laboratorium pada SMA/MA di Kudus terhadap Permendiknas Nomor 24 Tahun 2007 dan Permendiknas Nomor 26 Tahun 2008. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sample. Data penelitian merupakan data kualitatif, didasarkan pada beberapa komponen manajemen laboratorium fisika, yaitu: (1) Perencanaan; (2) Pengorganisasian; (3) Pelaksanaan dan (4) Pengawasan dan Evaluasi. Data berupa dokumen laboratorium yang didapatkan dengan kuesioner, wawancara dan observasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan tri angulasi. Hasil penlitian menunjukan bahwa sistem manajemen laboratorium fisika SMA/MA di Kudus secara keseluruhan dalam kategori Baik dengan persentase sebesar 80,73%. Hasil manajemen laboratorium tertinggi diperoleh SMA NU Al-Ma’ruf dengan pesentase 87,93% kategori sangat baik, sedangkan nilai terendah didapatkan oleh MAN 1 Kudus dengan persentase 70,93% kategori cukup baik. Manajemen laboratorium fisika SMA/MA di kudus sudah sesuai dengan standar Permendiknas Nomor 24 Tahun 2007 akan tetapi belum sesuai dengan standar dengan Permendiknas Nomor 26 Tahun 2008 karena tidak adanya teknisi laboratorium dan 7 dari 8 sampel sekolah tidak memiliki laboran khusus untuk laboratorium fisika
