No full textConcierto interpretado por Dúo Amal. Bishara Haroni y Varan Kohlberg decidieron unir sus fuerzas para llevar a cabo un concierto por la paz en la Ópera de Oslo, en 2011. El tremendo éxito del concierto dio como resultado una colaboración permanente, acertadamente titulada Dúo Amal, la cual trasciende diferencias políticas y nacionalismos. El Dúo Amal se ha presentado ante públicos entusiastas en numerosos e importantes teatros y salas musicales de todo el mundo, entre ellos el Museo Metropolitano de Arte de Nueva York, el Festival Beethoven de Bonn, el Festival de las Artes de Melbourne, la Sala de Conciertos de Beijing, el Centro Musashino de Tokio y el Centro de las Artes de Goyang, en Corea.

The evaluation took place in November 2016 in Tunisia, and intended to evaluate the success of the 'AMAL: Supporting Women's Transformative Leadership' project in increasing women's empowerment. The project 'AMAL: Supporting Women's Transformative Leadership' is a multi-country programme operating in Morocco, Tunisia, the Occupied Palestinian Territories and Yemen, with regional coordination from Lebanon. The results coming from this Effectiveness Review are not meant to be indicative of the overall impact of AMAL, but more a focused assessment for the Tunisia component. The AMAL project operating in Tunisia started in 2012, following the revolution of 2011, with the objective to increase women's awareness of their political and socio-economic rights, and support women to play a more active role in the political and socio-economic life of their community and country

The first of three sections briefly surveys the available sources on this period and the interests they reflect. The second reconstructs events in their chronological sequence and their regional context, drawing mainly on contemporary press accounts. Finally, the political and social dynamics embodied in the conflict are outlined, through the weekly publications of the protagonists, Amal and al-Ahd.Ce retour sur les traces du conflit qui opposa entre 1988 et 1990 le mouvement Amal au Hezbollah, s'attache d'en saisir son inscription temporelle et territoriale et de déceler son intelligibilité sociale. No full textJuristically speaking, ‘amal means the practice of the courts, and in Mâlikî doctrine it has a regulative force. As it developed in North West Africa, and especially in Morocco, ‘amal represents a unique instance of Muslim case-law. A wealth of Maghribî legal literature bears witness to the paramount importance and the success that ‘amal has acquired as an official source of the law in Morocco. This literature includes collections of ‘responsa’ (fatâwî), ‘opinions’ (ajwibah), ‘precedents’ (nawâzîl), and ‘formularies’ (wathâiq). But besides these general works, there exist special collections of judicial precedents with critical and analytical commentaries. These were designed to serve as practical ‘amal manuals for the qâdîs, who, in Mâlikî doctrine, are required to follow the judicial practice even when it runs contrary to the predominant opinion (mashhûr) of the school.</jats:p
