ABSTRAK
Proses menua lansia mempengaruhi berbagai aspek kehidupan yaitu sosial, ekonomi dan terutama kesehatan karena semakin bertambahnya usia seseorang maka fungsi organ tubuh juga semakin menurun. Salah satu perubahan lansia adalah perubahan pola tidur. Banyaknya persoalan lanjut usia seiring dengan meningkatnya jumlah lansia di Indonesia mengakibatkan munculnya beberapa fenomena seperti perubahan strukural dan fisiologis salah satunya kesulitan untuk tidur atau insomnia. Pada pasien kelolaan didapatkan belum optimalnya perawatan dan peran keluarga dalam perawatan lansia dengan insomnia sehingga diperlukan penanganan dan asuhan keperawatan yang tepat dan berkesinambungan. Salah satu terapi non-farmakologi yang dapat diterapkan untuk menurunkan insomnia pada lansia adalah Terapi Zikir. Masalah keperawatan yang ditemukan pada pasien kelolaan yaitu Gangguan Pola Tidur pada Tn. H di RW II RT IV Kelurahan Lolong Belanti Kecamatan Padang Utara. Tujuan dari Laporan ini adalah memberikan gambaran pelaksanaan asuhan keperawatan yang komprehensif terhadap pasien dengan kasus insomnia serta mampu menerapkan manajemen kasus pada lansia di komunitas. Laporan ilmiah ini menggunakan metode studi kasus, sedangkan asuhan keperawatan yang diberikan menggunakan pendekatan proses keperawatan. Hasil akhir pemberian asuhan keperawatan terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan pada keluarga tentang perawatan insomnia serta bertambahnya kualitas tidur lansia dengan di dapatkan peningkatan hasil skor PSQI dari 13 ke 8. Saran dari laporan ini adalah agar petugas kesehatan dapat lebih mengoptimalkan pelayanan dan pemeriksaan kesehatan pada lansia yang berada di wilayah kerjanya.

Full text linkThe purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of a creative and innovative work culture on Alya Tani's entrepreneurship. The research method used is a qualitative research method using interviews and literature. In qualitative research methods, researchers interview respondents to get information directly from them. Besides that, the researcher also used the library method to collect information about the research topic from the literature. From the results of the analysis, it was found that the Alya Tani agricultural medicine kiosk is a place that provides safe and quality agricultural medicinal products, and its employees have high creativity so as to provide consulting services that are successful in solving customer plant pest problems. No full textAlya es una nueva compañía de teatro estable, es decir, establecida en un teatro en concreto, el Gran Teatro Caixa Bank de Príncipe Pío. Alya tiene dos propósitos claros: el primero de ellos es modernizar el entorno teatral usando el diseño gráfico y la cartelería. El diseño del teatro actual no llama la atención y no atrae el público objetivo al que está dirigido este proyecto. El segundo propósito es atraer al público joven, el cual ya casi no se interesa por el teatro y lo tachan de “aburrido”. El target al que se dirige esta compañía y sus campañas correspondientes será el mencionado anteriormente, personas de 18 a 35 años con interés por el arte y representaciones novedosas.

Alya’s a new stable theatre company, meaning it is stablished in a concrete theatre, such as “Gran Teatro Caixa Bank” in Principe Pio. Alya has two purposes: being the first one to modernize the theater world with graphic design and posters, since right now it is not really captivating and it doesn’t catch the attention of the public we are aiming for. The second purpose is to bring young people into theatre, since they don’t really care about it and they think it’s “boring”.
