The fluctuating geopolitical dynamics has pushed the complexity of the refugee wave as a global issue to become an important issue to be addressed with collective action. Indonesia's position which did not ratify the Convention on the Status of Refugees in 1951 turned out to be a 'home' for around k refugees across national borders. Refugees lose their basic rights because of their inherent status. This study highlights the role and contribution of non-governmental actors (NGOs) in supporting the handling of refugees in Indonesia related to cosmopolitanism. The use of the concept of compassion or social compassion is also present as an implementation of social views that are realized by the relationship between sufferers (refugees) and non-affected people in the form of solidarity actions in the midst of uncertainty and the absence of law. The qualitative approach method is used in this study to explain the causal relationship of a social phenomenon. The author uses a case study to describe the problem through triangulation of data. This study found that JRS as an NGO and partner of international organizations and the government played a role in supporting the handling of refugees in Indonesia by realizing the basic rights of refugees. The author focuses on providing access to education from JRS by embracing RLN community-based organizations through assistance for basic rights of refugees, routine training and provision of classrooms

This paper examines the most productive authors, institutions and countries in regional and urban science from 1991 to 2000 using information on published articles (and pages) from a sample of widely recognized journals in this field: ARS, JUE, JRS, IJURR, IRSR, PRS, RSUE, RS and US. We also consider the relation between the country of the institution named in articles and the country in which the journal is published, in order to know if there are a home publication bias in regional and urban science. Analysis was made for the whole decade and by subperiods, this allowed us to make a more dynamic interpretation of the results- El siguiente artículo examina los autores, instituciones y paises más productivos en la ciencia regional y urbana desde 1991 hasta 2000 usando información sobre artículos publicados de una muestra de revistas ampliamente reconocida en este campo: ARS, JUE, JRS, IJURR, IRSR, PRS, RSUE, RS y US.

No que se refere a Ações Técnicas Individuais (ATIs), verificou-se diferenças estatisticamente significativas (p0,05) were observed between small-sided soccer games in the maximal and mean heart rate. Statistical differences (p<0,05)were identified in the Individual Technical Actions (ITAs) number of ball contacts, air crossings and defensive headers, inducing that SSG by the rule restriction of three contacts and free shooting results in less contacts with the ball (0,45 ± 0,14). SSG that allows three contacts with the ball and headers to score goals stimulate ITAs related with air crossing (4,50 ± 2,19). In addiction, if the propose of the training section is to encourage defensive heading, coaches must use SSG with rule restriction of two ball contacts and scoring goals only with the head (1,08 ± 1,08). Based in this study results, we can conclude that the limitations used in these small-sided soccer games do not influenced the internal load of the players, accessed by the heart rate. Also, the restriction of 3 contacts with the ball, independently of the finalization form, appears to be more effective for the training of the offensive and defensive techniques
