    ABSTRAK PENGARUH NANO KURKUMIN TERHADAP FIBROSIS GINJAL AKIBAT OBSTRUKSI URETER UNILATERAL BERDASARKAN MEKANISME SELULER-MOLEKULER PenelitianEksperimentalpadaTikusPercobaan Alvarino Obstruksi saluran kemih bagianatasmerupakan salah satu masalah dalam bidang urologi, dapat terjadi pada seluruh fase kehidupan manusia dan lokasinya bisa disepanjang traktus urinariusbagianatas. Akibat dari kondisi ini dapat menyebabkan hidronefrosis yang akan mengakibatkan disfungsi endotel glomeruli dannantinya akan merubah struktur dari ginjal seperti fibrosis interstisial, tubular atrofi dan apoptosis serta inflamasi interstisial. Kurkumin merupakan salah satu senyawa bioaktif dari temulawak(Curcuma xanthorhiza Roxb) dankunyit(Curcuma longa)diharapkan dapat mengatasi fibrosis ini karena sifat anti oksidatif dan anti inflamasinya dengan jalan menekan ekspresi NF-ĸB, TGF-β1 dan MMP-9. Bioavailabilitas kurkumin jelek karena sedikit yang diabsorpsi(5%), cepat dimetabolisme dan cepat dieliminasi, untuk meningkatkan absorbsinya dibuatlah kurkumin dalam ukuran nano. Tidak seperti kurkumin biasa, nano kurkumin mudah larut dalam air, diserap sampai 96%. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk membuktikan pengaruh pemberian nano kurkumin terhadap ekspresi NF-ĸB, TGF-β1danMMP-9 dalam mensupresi fibrosis ginjal akibat obstruksi ureter unilateral. Penelitianbersifateksperimentaldenganpost test control group designpada 34tikus wistarjantandewasa yang berumur 10-12 minggu yang diikatureternyaunilateral.Terdapat 2 kelompokperlakuan, kelompok yang pertama 17 ekordiberikannanokurkumin 100 mg/kgBBselama 28 haridari Miso N Korea Selatan, kelompok yang lainnyatidakdiberikan. Setelah 28 haridiperiksaekspresi NF-ĸB, TGF-β1dan MMP-9secara imunohistokimiadanluas area fibrosis denganMasson Trichromasecarahistokimia. Hasilpenelitiandidapatkanbahwapadaginjaltikus yang obstruksitanpapemberiannanokurkuminternyatalebihtinggiekspresinyabiladibandingkandenga npemberiannanokurkumin, yaitu NF-κB (22,29±6,18 : 13,06±3,78), TGF-β1 (31,24±8,82 : 13,29±4,93) dan MMP-9 (21,47±6,45:12,18±5,41).Hasil ujistatistikketiganyadenganttestmenunjukkanperbedaanyangbermakna (p<0,05).Sedangkanluas area fibrosis tanpapemberiannanokurkuminternyataditemukanpadaluas fibrosis skor 4(>81%) sebanyak 64,7% dandenganpemberiannanokurkumin yang terbanyakditemukanpadaluasfibrosisnyaskor 3(51%-80%) sebanyak52,9%.Hasil ujistatistikMann-Whitney testmenunjukkanperbedaan yang bermakna (p<0,05). KesimpulannyaadalahpemberiannanokurkumindapatmenekanekspresiNF-ĸB, TGF-β1 dan MMP-9juga menekanluas fibrosis yang terjadipadaginjaltikus yang mengalamiobstruksi ureter unilateral.     Marine Meteorological Data from R/V Angeles Alvarino, 2023

    The R/V Angeles Alvarino was built in 2012 for oceanographic research purposes. It mainly operates around the Iberian Peninsula and Canary island waters. Since the beginning of its operations, an automatic weather station has been continuously collecting marine meteorological data every minute, both at open sea and in port. The collected data are sent directly to the Spanish Institute of Oceanography (IEO) Data Center / National Oceanographic Data Center for delayed mode quality control and long-term archive. Recently, a semi-automatic process has been used to perform quality control and assessment of the data. Controlled data are stored in a standard MEDAR/MEDATLAS format, and the corresponding quality flag has been added to each individual measurement. This facilitate their reusing for different purposes, from climatology or academical studies to industrial sector needs, between others.     Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

    The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed.     Variations on the Author

    “Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship

    Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis

    We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature.
