    PENGARUH STATUS SOSIAL EKONOMI DAN LINGKUNGAN KAMPUS TERHADAP IPK MAHASISWA

    The Grade Point Average (GPA) is a measurement and assessment of learning outcomes that have been carried out by someone after carrying out learning activities as evidenced by the form of tests and learning outcomes expressed in the form of numbers and letters that have been achieved. This study aims to determine how much influence socio-economic status and campus environment have on student GPA at the Faculty of Teaching and Education, Syekh-Yusuf Islamic University Tangerang. The author uses a representative sample of students who are registered and active in the Teaching and Education Faculty of the Syekh-Yusuf Tangerang Islamic University, totaling 56 samples. Data obtained with valid and reliable research instruments. The author uses a Likert scale as a measurement scale and distributes a predetermined questionnaire with simple random sampling. With multiple regression analysis, the authors found that socio-economic status had a significant effect on the cumulative grade point average of students while the campus environment was not significant.Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif (IPK) merupakan pengukuran dan penilaian hasil belajar yang telah dilakukan seseorang setelah melakukan kegiatan pembelajaran yang dibuktikan dengan bentuk tes dan hasil pembelajaran tersebut dinyatakan dalam bentuk angka dan huruf yang telah dicapai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh status sosial ekonomi dan lingkungan kampus terhadap IPK mahasiswa di Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Islam Syekh-Yusuf Tangerang. Penulis menggunakan sampel yang representatif dari mahasiswa yang terdaftar dan aktif di Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Islam Syekh-Yusuf Tangerang berjumlah 56 sampel. Data diperoleh dengan instrument penelitian yang valid dan reliabel. Penulis menggunakan skala likert sebagai skala pengukuran dan mendistribusikan angket yang telah ditentukan dengan simple random sampling. Dengan analisis regresi berganda, penulis menemukan bahwa status sosial ekonomi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap indeks prestasi kumulatif mahasiswa sedangkan lingkungan kampus tidak signifikan

Bu çalışmada, diğer bir seçenek olabilecek, geniş bant erişim teknolojisi olan yerel çok noktalı dağıtım sistemi ile kablosuz optik haberleşme arasında karşılaştırma yapılmış ve kablosuz optik haberleşme sistemlerini meteorolojik bazı şartlarda yedeği olarak kullanılabileceği gösterilmiştir. Atmosferin etkilerine karşı alınabilecek iki önlem önerilmiştir. Pratik kullanım için ilk defa önerilen bu yöntemler, dalga boyu çeşitlemesi yöntemi ve uyarlanır görüş alanlı optik alıcıdır. Dalga boyu çeşitlemesi için, kuvvetli türbülans bölgesinde en uygun dalga boylarının bulunmasına çalışılmış ve en uygun dalga boylarının 0.8-3.8 fim olduğu görülmüştür. Uyarlanır görüş alanlı alıcı kullanılarak SNR'de iyileşme elde etmek için optimum görüş alanı elde edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Bu önlemlerin kablosuz optik haberleşme sisteminin performansını bazı şartlarda iyileştirdiği görülmüştür. Simülasyon için matlab programı kullanılmıştır. Prof.Dr.Yusuf Erkan YENİCE July 2005, 78 pages Broadband communication media is necessary, because of widespread usage of environment including voice, text and image. Increasing usage of optical communication is an option for need of broadband communication. The most important problem affecting the performance of optical communication is the effect of atmosphere on the propagation of light. In this thesis, optical communication and local multi-point distribution system, a broadband communication technology and can be used as another option, are compared. Based on this comparison, it is shown that local multi-point distribution system can be used as a replacement of optical communication under some meteorological circumstances. Two counter-measures are suggested for the effects of atmosphere. These two methods which haven't been used practically are spectral diversity and adaptive field of view optical receiver. In order to get most appropiate wavelength, study is done at strong turbulence zone and it is seen that wavelengths are 0.8-3.8 firn for spectral diversity. By using adabtive field of view optical receiver, optimum field of view can be obtained to get certain amount of increase in SNR. As a result, if these two methods are used, under some circumstances, performance of the optical communication gets higher. Matlab is used for simulation.     Geographical information system based economic and financial risk analysis: The Case of Europe and Central Asia

    YÖK Tez No: 683668Çalışmanın amacı; ICRG rating kuruluşunun belirlediği ekonomik ve finansal riski oluşturan her bir faktörü farklı bir sınıflandırma tekniği kullanarak risk sınıflandırması yapmak ve bu sınıflandırmaya göre ülkerin tematik haritalarını oluşturarak karşılaştırmaktır. Diğer amaç ise ICRG rating kuruluşunun belirlediği ekonomik ve finansal risk faktörlerine göre ülkelerin, Coğrafi Bilgi Sistemi (CBS) analiz tekniklerinden biri olan coğrafi ağırlıklı regresyon yöntemini kullanarak dinamik ve görsel sonuçlar ortaya koyacak şekilde ekonomik ve finansal risk haritalarını oluşturmaktır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda International Country Risk Guide (ICRG) derecelendirme kuruluşunun ülke riski modeline göre ülke riski kategorilerinden ekonomik ve finansal riskin içinde yer alan 10 faktör kullanılmıştır. Ekonomik riski belirleyen faktörler; kişi başına düşen GSYİH, reel GSYİH artışı, enflasyon oranı, GSYİH'nın % olarak bütçe dengesi, GSYİH'nın % olarak cari hesap değişkenleri kullanılmıştır. Finansal riski belirleyen faktörlerde ise GSYİH'nın % olarak dış borç, mal ve hizmet ihracatının % olarak dış borç, mal ve hizmet ihracatının % olarak cari hesap, ithalat yapıldığı aylarda net uluslararası likidite, döviz kuru istikrarı değişkenleri kullanılmıştır. Çalışmada 2018 ve 2019 yıllarını kapsayacak şekilde Avrupa ve Orta Asya'daki 48 ülke belirlenmiştir. Çalışmada bu parametreler kullanılarak Avrupa ve Orta Asya'daki 48 ülkenin 2018 ve 2019 yılları için ekonomik ve finansal risk haritaları, coğrafi ağırlıklı regresyon (CAR) analizi ile oluşturulmuştur. CAR analizi için ArcGIS 10.8 programından yararlanılmıştır. Araştırma kapsamında yer alan değişkenler CAR analizi yapılmadan önce mekansal otokorelasyonun temel ölçümü olarak Moran's Indeks analizi yapılmış ve ekonomik ve finansal risk bağımlı değişkenlerinin p-değerleri 0,05 anlamlılık düzeyinden küçük olması nedeniyle istatiksel açıdan anlamlı ve pozitif otokorelasyona yani mekansal bağımlılığa sahip olduğu görülmüştür. Ayrıca kurulan modellerin performansını gösteren düzeltilmiş R2 değerlerinin hem 2018 hem de 2019 yıllarında 0,999 olduğu ve bağımsız değişkenlerin bağımlı değişkenleri %99,9 gibi yüksek bir oranda açıkladığı tespit edilmiştir. CAR analizi sonuçlarına göre incelenen ülkelerin risk düzeyi beş sınıfa (çok yüksek risk, yüksek risk, orta düzey risk, düşük risk ve çok düşük risk) ayrılmış ve CAR analizi sonucunda elde edilen ekonomik ve finansal risk puanalarının tahmini (predicted) değerlerine göre risk haritaları oluşturularak daha dinamik, anlamlı ve görsel sonuçlar ortaya konmuştur. Çalışmada elde edilen CAR analizi sonuçlarının ekonomi ve finans alanında CBS tabanlı uygulamaların kullanılabileceği görülmüş ve bu doğrultuda ülkelerin ekonomik ve finansal riskini belirlemede literatüre disiplinler arası yeni bir bakış açısı kazandırılmıştır.The aim of the study; It is to classify each factor that constitutes the economic and financial risk determined by the ICRG rating agency by using a different classification technique and to compare them by creating thematic maps of the countries according to this classification. The other purpose is to create economic and financial risk maps of countries according to the economic and financial risk factors determined by the ICRG rating agency, using the geographically weighted regression method, which is one of the Geographical Information System (GIS) analysis techniques, in a way that will reveal dynamic and visual results. For this purpose, 10 factors included in economic and financial risk, which are among the country risk categories, were used according to the country risk model of the International Country Risk Guide (ICRG). GDP per capita, real GDP growth, inflation rate, budget balance as % of GDP, current account as % of GDP variables are used as factors determining economic risk. In the factors that determine the financial risk, foreign debt as % of GDP, foreign debt as % of exports of goods and services, current account as % of exports of goods and services, net international liquidity in months of import, exchange rate stability variables are used. In the study, 48 countries in Europe and Central Asia were determined to cover the years 2018 and 2019. In the study, using these parameters, economic and financial risk maps of 48 countries in Europe and Central Asia for the years 2018 and 2019 were created by geographically weighted regression (CAR) analysis. ArcGIS 10.8 program was used for CAR analysis. Before the CAR analysis of the variables included in the research, Moran's Index analysis was performed as the basic measurement of spatial autocorrelation and it was observed that the economic and financial risk dependent variables had statistically significant and positive autocorrelation, that is, spatial dependence, since the p-values of the dependent variables were less than 0,05 significance level. In addition, it was determined that the adjusted R2 values showing the performance of the established models were 0,999 in both 2018 and 2019, and the independent variables explained the dependent variables at a high rate of % 99,9. According to the results of the CAR analysis, the risk level of the countries examined was divided into five classes (very high risk, high risk, medium risk, low risk and very low risk), and risk maps were created according to the predicted values of the economic and financial risk scores obtained as a result of the CAR analysis, and more dynamic, meaningful and visual results were revealed. It has been seen that the CAR analysis results obtained in the study can be used in GIS-based applications in the field of economy and finance, and in this direction, a new interdisciplinary perspective has been brought to the literature in determining the economic and financial risk of countries

After seven years ofimprisonment the two brothers wins a competition and on their way to home they findMirza Mahmut who captured them and kill him. On the way to home they met with aconvoy and find out that there is preperation to marriage for Nadir ġah’s daughter,Ahmed’s lover. After find in gout this, they go to wedding place hastily. After theybring down the wedding they regains with their lovers.Here worked on the Uzbek variant of the Yusuf and Ahmed epos. When thetext studied, it appears that the text collected from two different people.This work contains five section; examination, orijinal script in Uzbek Cyrillicalphabeth, transliteration, translation and index. It is called "Al-Qaṣāʾid Fil-Madḥis Sayyidil-Maḥmoodi, Ṣallallāhu ʿalayhi wa Sallam," shortened as Al-Qaṣāʿid, which can be roughly translated as a set of Panegyric Poems for praising the leader of mankind, Peace and blessings of Allāh be upon him). Al-Qaṣāʾid, as the title suggests, hails and praises the unrivaled attributes of Prophet Muḥammad. The poems describe his virtuous characteristics, and what makes him unique, which include his being a chosen person, trustworthy, noble yet humble, generous, and compassionate. Like many prophetic poems – Waka, Al-Qaṣāʾid is a popular poem among the Yoruba Muslim communities. It is chanted in madrasas, as well as social gatherings, such as walimat (a banquet, dinner) during weddings, naming ceremonies, and so on.     Analysis of discontinuous contact problem in two functionally graded layers resting on a rigid plane by using finite element method

    In this study, the problem of discontinuous contact in two functionally graded (FG) layers resting on a rigid plane and loaded by two rigid blocks is solved by the finite element method (FEM). Separate analyzes are made for the cases where the top surfaces of the problem layers are metal, the bottom surfaces are ceramic and the top surfaces are ceramic and the bottom surfaces are metal. For the problem, it is accepted that all surfaces are frictionless. A two-dimensional FEM analysis of the problem is made by using a special macro added to the ANSYS package program The solution of this study, which has no analytical solution in the literature, is given with FEM. Analyzes are made by loading different Q and P loads on the blocks. The normal stress (sigma y) distributions at the interfaces of FG layers and between the substrate and the rigid plane interface are obtained. In addition, the starting and ending points of the separations between these surfaces are determined. The normal stresses (sigma x, sigma y) and shear stresses (tau xy) at the point of separation are obtained along the depth. The results obtained are shown in graphics and tables. With this method, effective results are obtained in a very short time. In addition, analytically complex and long problems can be solved with this method.WOS:000792148200004Q

    Religious pluralism is a phenomenon that cannot be avoided. If religious pluralism is not rightly understood by religious believers, pluralism will lead to interreligious conflict. This paper would like to reveal the thoughts of Yusuf al-Qaradawi about religious pluralism and tolerance in Islam. The purposes of writing this paper are exploring the concept of religious pluralism and tolerance, describing the biography of Yusuf al- Qaradawi and his influences in Islamic studies, and describing the thoughts of Yusuf al-Qaradawi about religious pluralism and tolerance in Islam. In paper the author uses descriptive-analytical method. The procedures are data collection, classification of data, data analysis, and drawing conclusions. Source of the data was gained from information available in the literatures. The data analysis was done by using content analysis method (content analysis), which is an attempt to explore the symbolic meaning of the message or the contents of a book or other writings products. Result showed that pluralism in Islam is based on the fact that God has created man in the diversity and plurality. For that to avoid disaster or human conflict, it is necessary tolerance values. Quran, Sunnah, and behavior as scholars have become reasons to appreciate the difference
