Web Authoring for Accessibility (WAfA)
Conventional thought from the Semantic Web community equates the use of ontologies with the representation of the meaning of content. Here, we skew this viewpoint by describing our ontology, Web Authoring for Accessibility (WAfA), which investigates the way ontologies can describe the semantic structure of documents. By understanding the way heterogeneous XHTML (Extensible Hypertext Mark-up Language) documents are structured we can better transform documents, currently inaccessible to visually impaired users. WAfA performs two tasks: (1) it allows us to flexibly model an XHTML document within the context of navigation and orientation through the Web resource; (2) it enables non-expert users to quickly annotate a Web document by providing a ‘lingua franca ’ between author and Web Accessibility Domain Experts. Here we describe our ontology, its use, novelty, and importance
Al-Qur'an Learning Strategy Through the Wafa Method in Elementary Schools
Al-Qur'an learning strategies are steps that are arranged in a planned and systematic manner using certain techniques and methods in the learning process of the Qur'an to achieve the desired goals. One of the Al-Qur'an learning methods is the Wafa method. Wafa is learning Al-Qur'an using the right brain method as a system and method of learning Al-Qur'an which is comprehensive, easy and fun. The focus of this research is the teacher's strategy in learning Al-Qur'an through the Wafa method at SDIT Al-Aqsha Besole Besuki Tulungagung. This type of research used by the author is a type of qualitative research. The data collection by the writer uses interview, documentation and observation methods. As for the analysis, the researcher used a qualitative descriptive analysis technique, namely describing the data that had been obtained so that it was in accordance with what was happening in the field. The results of this study indicate that learning the Koran using the Wafa method uses the TANDUR pattern (Embed, Natural, Name, Demonstrate, Repeat and Celebrate) and the teacher's strategy in learning the Koran is carried out well because it is supported by media, props and books. guide Wafa

In vivo evaluation of the anticancer activity of the gemcitabine and doxorubicin combined in a nanoemulsion
Context: Doxorubicin (DOX) and gemcitabine (GEM) are anticancer drugs that were combined in a nanoemulsion (NE) to reduce their adverse side effects. Aim: To detect the antitumor activity of the combination formulas of GEM and DOX, loaded either in water (GEM+DOX-Sol) or in NEs (GEM–DOX combination/loaded NE [GEM+DOX/LNE]), in female Swiss albino mice inoculated with Ehrlich ascites carcinoma (EAC). Settings and Design: The anticancer assessment of the NE formulas was implemented in 200 mice, which were divided into 10 groups. Materials and Methods: It includes the detection of the change in body weight, analysis of the hematological and serum biochemical profiles, and study of the histopathologic alterations of the heart tissues. Statistical Analysis: One-factor analysis of variance was used. Results: Mice treated with GEM + DOX/LNE, which have an z-average of 155.38±2.33nm and zeta potential of −38.5±1.3 mV, recorded a considerable improvement in the mean survival time (MST), which was 60 days, as compared to the EAC control group, which has an MST of 28 days. It also restored the hematological and serum biochemical parameters toward normal values. Conclusions: The combination of GEM and DOX in NE has significantly diminished the cardiotoxicity of DOX and hematotoxicity of GEM while improving their antitumor properties
Challenges and Failures in the Contemporary Arab Discourse
This research deals with the challenges and defeats faced by the contemporary Arab discourse in all its forms and aspects, especially as it is experiencing a strong crisis between international and regional inconsistencies, produced by the forces of globalization and its uneasy pressures. Our basic thesis in this article can be summarized as follows. First, we argue that, can we say that the contemporary Arab discourse is dependent on the other, or is it a slave to the makers of globalization? Second, Does the Arab discourse in the present era issued by the same reference that was issued several decades ago, or is it reconsidering this reference to adapt to the circumstances and developments surrounding it? Or is it adapted between its Arab privacy, which starts from the constants and references that differ from our Arab reality and does not apply to our problems? To prove this, the article tries to shed the light on the credibility of the Arab political discourse, which constitutes a set of theoretical theses and hypothetical perceptions concerned with the author of the discourse only. It tries to reveal that the Arab political discourse does not touch the principle of practical application, as the recipients of political discourse feel disappointed and discredited because the author of the discourse derives his power from his authority and not from the authority of the masses, and loyalty is an absolute loyalty for him
