Realizing a Village Without Poverty: The Challenges of Implementing the Village SDGs Policy in Indragiri Hilir Regency, Riau Province
No full textIndragiri Hilir Regency is an autonomous region in Riau Province, which in 2020 had the second highest level of poverty in the region (13.10%). This level of poverty was not directly proportional to the wealth of natural resources in the village. The purpose of this study was to determine the contribution of development and village empowerment programs in alleviating poverty and the challenges of realizing SDG goal 1 in the Indragiri Regency. Qualitative research methods were used and data were collected through a literature review of related studies and reports on the achievements of the SDGs program. The results showed that the village government could not carry out the tasks and functions of empowering the poor in their village. Empowerment programs carried out by local governments did not focus on strengthening the capacity of the poor.

notikumi, kā arī tiek sniegts populāru Āfrikas līderu salīdzinājums un apkopoti atbilstoši
secinājumi.
Trešā daļa ir veltīta dziļākam ieskatam Kadafi Zaļajā grāmatā. Tiek sīki izskatītas
nodaļas, kas veltītas ģimenei, sievietei un izglītībai.to the work “Muammar el Qaddafi and his Green Book”.

The first part is devoted to the acquaintance with Muammar el Qaddafi. His life and
achievements are described.
The second part is dedicated to terrorism, which is related to Libya. The most scandalous
incidents are described, as well as the comparison of the most popular African leaders is
performed and the corresponding conclusions are drawn.
The third part is devoted to the deeper insight into Qaddafi’s Green Book. The chapters
concerning the family, women and education issues are profoundly considered

No full textLocal government organizations experience various obstacles and limitations in implementing the main objective of the decentralization policy, namely administrative decentralization. This goal is essentially the leader of local government organizations carrying out a mission to provide excellent service to the community. Literature studies from various research results from public administration experts reveal that government collaboration is a modern government strategy today to answer and at the same time become a solution to various problems of administering government, especially for local governments. This paper was prepared using the “literature review†method which focuses on revealing how the leadership of regional heads successfully manages government collaboration and how the strategies and leadership roles of public sector organizations in local government manage government collaboration that have an impact on improving service performance to the community. The results of the study recommend that local government leadership requires a transformative leadership strategy, internal and external multi-stakeholder program innovation strategies to carry out positive change agendas. In addition, more specifically, the leaders of government organizations can apply the strategy of “knowledge sharing, designing innovation solutions, Forging consequent changeâ€, and leadership roles as integrators, facilitators, participatory and adaptive

Death of Muammar Gaddafi and its international legal and political circumstances
No full textTato bakalářská práce se zabývá událostmi, které předcházely smrti Muammara Kaddáfího, a především zkoumá, zda byly následné reakce jednotlivých aktéru v souladu s mezinárodním právem. V teoretické části práce se autor zabývá podstatou válečného zločinu v mezinárodním právu a jeho definicí z pohledu hlavních aktérů na poli mezinárodního práva, jakými jsou OSN nebo Mezinárodní trestní soud. Následně autor v empirické části popisuje a analyzuje hlavní okolnosti, za kterých zemřel dlouholetý vůdce Libye Muammar Kaddáfí, a snaží se na základě předchozího zkoumání odpovědět na otázku, zda se dá tento případ označit za válečný zločin, za který by měly padnout tresty. Ve třetí části práce je zkoumán způsob, jakým se k této události postavili hlavní aktéři, kteří ji ovlivnili, ať už přímo v rámci vojenské intervence během války v Libyi či podporou nebo naopak sankcemi proti režimu Muammara Kaddáfího. Důležitá je i následná analýza toho, jakým způsobem o zkoumané události informovala média.The thesis deals with the events that predated the death of Muammar Gaddafi and particularly examines whether the subsequent reactions of the persons involved were in accordance with international law. The essence of a war crime and its definition in terms of international law is researched in the theoretical part of the thesis. Further tackled is the perspective of both the main actors of the conflict and the main institutions active in the field of international law, such as the UN or the International Criminal Court. The author subsequently describes and analyses the main circumstances in which the long-time leader of Libya Muammar Gaddafi died. On the basis of prior examination of the issue the thesis tries to answer the question of whether this case can be described as a war crime for which punishment should fall. The third part examines the reactions of the main actors who were influenced in the Libyan civil war. Of importanance is also the subsequent analysis of how was this incident reported in the media

No full textVillage-Owned Enterprises increasingly grow and develop, especially after the enactment of Law No. 6 of 2014 concerning Villages. From the large number of Village-Owned Enterprises that have been formed, there are those who have succeeded in running their business, and there are also those that have been running in place or failing. The purpose of this study was to determine the driving factors for forming and supporting the success of Lancang Kuning Village, Amanah Sejahtera and Paris Mandiri Village Enterprises. The research method used in this research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques carried out by observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. Determination of informants is done purposively. Data were analyzed by data reduction, display / presentation of data, and drawing conclusions. As a result of the research, the institutions of Lancang Kuning Village Owned Enterprises, Amanah Sejahtera and Paris Mandiri were formed due to the intervention of the Riau Provincial Government through the Village Empowerment Program (PPD), Village Owned Enterprises received strong political and legal protection through Law Number 6 Year 2014 About the Village. The supporting factors for success are natural capital, financial resources, human resources and social capital. Besides that, it is also supported by the leadership factor of the innovative village head - progressive, the manager of the Village Owned Enterprises who have the harmony, innovative and creative, the mindset (maindset) to move forward
