Research aims: This study explores the effect of Green Human Resources Management (GHRM) practices on Business Sustainability through Green Work Engagement and Green Innovative Work Behavior in the context of furniture SMEs in Jepara. The research is underpinned by the AMO concept (Ability, Motivation, Opportunity) theory, with the objective of promoting pro-environmental business commitments and enhancing sustainable performance.Design/Methodology/Approach: This descriptive quantitative research employs explanatory analysis using SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares). Data were collected through purposive sampling from 116 furniture SMEs in Jepara Regency. The factors were assessed on a Likert scale, and statistical analysis was performed to evaluate the proposed relationships.Research findings: The findings reveal that GHRM practices significantly positively affect Green Innovative Work Behavior and Green Work Engagement. Furthermore, Green Innovative Work Behavior and Engagement significantly influence Business Sustainability. However, GHRM practices alone do not directly impact business sustainability; they demonstrate a significant indirect effect when moderated by Green Innovative Work Behavior and Engagement.Theoretical Contribution/Originality: This study extends the application of AMO theory by demonstrating how GHRM practices contribute indirectly to business sustainability through green behavioral mechanisms. It highlights the critical role of employee engagement and innovation in achieving sustainability goals within environmentally focused SMEs.Practitioners/Policy Implications: The results underline the significance of adopting GHRM practices, such as eco-friendly training and recruitment, to foster employee engagement and innovative behaviors. Policymakers and practitioners in SMEs should focus on strategies that align organizational goals with environmental sustainability to gain competitive advantages in the market.Research Limitations/Implications: This study's limitation pertains to SMEs in Jepara Regency, perhaps constraining the generalizability of the findings. Future research may investigate the relevance of these findings in different areas or industries to deepen the comprehension of GHRM's wider ramifications

Postgraduate education is the highest education structure in all countries across global. In Malaysia, postgraduate education is usually pursued by several candidates, such as academicians, professionals, and motivated junior learners. As such, one of the requirements of postgraduate education is to have a publication as a mandatory graduation requirement. Thus, one of the challenging issues in the publication is to ensure the quality of the references and citation. However, the lack of mobile applications available that focus on citation management caused several problems such as succumbing to predatory journals, poor citation work, desk rejection, and inaccurate facts. Therefore, the purpose of this study is twofold: first, to investigate the roles and usability assessment of CiteGuru application as a mobile solution for improving learners’ skills, ability, and knowledge on referencing and second, to investigate the roles of demographic profiles on the usability perception among the respondents. A quantitative research methodology using a survey was adopted with 23 expert panels selected based on three distinct positions–academic, industries, and librarians. Data were analysed using statistical package for social science version 26. The result indicates that i) the panel rate the usability of the application as acceptable and ii) demographic profiles (sector, education, and gender) prove insignificant on the usability assessment

Digital competency is the ability of an individual to successfully navigate through the abundance of digital information available on the Internet. Coincidently, the rise of digital competency leads to the significant importance of referencing competency, which is the knowledge, skills, and ability to properly manage digital resources. However, much focus has been given towards competency assessment rather than studying the determinants and impacts of referencing competency. Additionally, fewer studies have focused on the influence of demographic profiles on referencing competency and its subsequent impacts. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the interrelationship between demographic profiles, referencing competency, and individual performance in the context of Malaysia. To answer the research question, a quantitative study was conducted. The instrument was developed, pre-test, and pilot test, before actual data collection. A total of 394 valid responses was received and analysed using Statistical Package for Social Sciences version 26

Readiness Index Predictors will be developed to predict the level of an individual’s productivity as a result of adopting bring-your-own-device (BYOD) concept. This predictor is capable of helping institutions to plan their BYOD strategies in preparing their users in BYOD implementation. For the purpose of determining the predictors and impacts of the subject matter, a methodology known as a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) was used. Findings of the SLR searches were uploaded into EndNote to lead the systematic literature searches, and further analysis was performed to remove irrelevant literature and duplicate results. Various parameters are expected to be included as part of the predictors, such as user experiences, readability and ease of use

Bring your own device (BYOD) is defined as the practice that allow users to bring their private owned devices to organizations or institutions. BYOD bring benefits to both organizations and education sector in terms of cost efficient and productivity enhancement. However, there is a dearth of research on the determinant and impact of BYOD adoption in the context of educational sector. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to develop a BYOD readiness and impact framework based on four dimensions, namely technological readiness, individual readiness, contextual readiness, and organisational readiness. This study employed a quantitative research approach, utilizing an online survey questionnaire as the primary research instrument. Findings were analysed based on descriptive and inferential statistics using statistical package for social sciences (SPSS) version 26 and SmartPLS version 4.0. The findings shows that individual readiness, contextual readiness, and organisational readiness have a positive and significant relationship with BYOD adoption, while technological readiness proof to be an insignificant predictor. Subsequently, BYOD adoption also proven as a positive and significant predictor capable to improve user’s productivity

BYOD is defined as the act of bringing your own gadget, facilities, or device to the organization or institution. The concept of BYOD has spread almost to many sectors, especially in education, due to a shortage of financial resources in the aftermath of the Novel Coronavirus 2019 pandemic. BYOD is a helpful concept in face-to-face education by giving the needy access to adequate resources. However, most of the time, students especially in higher learning institutions, are having a problem accessing adequate resources and facilities standards that may influence their productivity, performance, and perceived benefits. Moreover, the inadequacy of standardized facilities and requirements may also deprive the students of necessary productivity standards. Furthermore, the pandemic of Novel Coronavirus 2019 has transformed the current workplace practices, changing the work-life environment and warranting further exploration. Therefore, the purpose of this study is twofold; first, to identify user behavior intention to adopt BYOD, and second, to propose a conceptual model of BYOD underlying the interrelationship between BYOD antecedents and productivity. A structured literature review methodology was adopted, and a conceptual model was developed for further exploration of the topic. The contribution of this paper is as follows; first, this study identifies the antecedents of behavioral intention to adopt BYOD in the aftermath of the Novel Coronavirus 2019. Second, this study proposes a conceptual model underlying the relationship between BYOD antecedent, behavioral intention to adopt BYOD, and its impact in terms of productivity
