Skripsi yang berjudul “MENGHAFAL AQOID 50 SEBAGAI SYARAT AKAD NIKAH DI TINJAU MENURUT HUKUM ISLAM DAN UNDANG-UNDANG NO.1 TAHUN 1974”(Studi kasus Desa Sipiongot Kecamatan Dolok Kabupaten Padang Lawas Provinsi Sumatra Utara), ditulis oleh Alim Muhammad Pazri Andi Nur Harahap, Nim 11321106120. Adapun maksud dari judul skripsi ini adalah bagaimana pelaksanaan pernikahan di desa Sipiongot ditinjau dari hukum Islam.
Pada masyarakat desa Sipiongot ada sebuah tradisi ketika akad nikah, bahwa bagi mempelai laki-laki diharuskan menyebutkan aqoid 50 sebelum ijab kabul dilaksakan dan apabila mempelai laki-laki tidak bisa menyebutkannya. Adapun aturan yang menjadi tradisi ini dibuat oleh ulama lokal di desa Sipiongot Kec. Dolok Kabupaten Padang Lawas Utara Sumatera Utara.
Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka masalah yang akan penulis teliti adalah: Apa alasan ulama lokal desa Sipiongot Kecamatan Dolok Kabupaten Padang Lawas Utara Sumtera mengharuskan bagi mempelai lakai-laki menyebutkan aqoid 50 sebelum ijab kabul dilaksanakan, Apa akibat hukum dari pengharusan bagi mempelai laki-laki menyebutkan aqoid 50 sebelum ijab kabul dilaksanakan, Bagaimana tinjauan hukum Islam terhadap adatdi desa SipiongotKecamatan DolokKabupaten Padang Lawas Utara Provinsi Sumatera Utara menyebutkan aqoid 50 bagi mempelai laki-laki sebelum ijab kabul dilaksanakan.
Untuk menjawab permasalahan di atas, penulis menggunakan metode penelitian lapangan (field research), di mana penulis mengumpulkan data dengan memproritaskan teknik wawancara. Kemudian data tersebut diolah dan dibahas dengan menggunakan dua teknik, yaitu induktif dan deduktif.
Berdasarkan dari hasil penelitian yang penulis lakukan, maka penulis mnyimpulkan, bahwa alasan ulama lokal mengharuskan mempelai laki-laki menyebutkan aqoid 50 sebelum ijab kabul, Pertama:Mereka beranggapan bahwa aqoid 50 merupakan akidah pokok untuk beriman kepada Allah, sebagai penegasan terhadapap mempelai laki-laki, memastikan apakah dia mengerti dengan akidah dan syari’at, maksudnya, kalau akidah tidak tahu maka syari’at Islam tidak akan terlaksana dengan sempurna, sudah menjadi tradisi secara turun temurun sejak masuknya Islam ke desa Sipiongot, di samping itu masyarakat berkeyakinan bahwa kelanggengan dan kehancuran dalam sebuah rumah tangga tergantung pada penyebutan aqoid 50 oleh mempelai laki-laki saat pelaksanaan ijab kabul. Kedua, akibat hukum dari pengharusan menyebutkan aqoid 50 sebelum ijab kabul dilaksanakan, (1). Apabila mempelai laki-laki tidak bisa menyebutkannya maka akad nikahnya ditunda sampai ia bisa menyebutkannya, karena merasa malu sehingga banyak yang nekad kawin lari. (2) Membuat malu di depan umum bahkan mendapat cemoohan dari sebahagian orang, “seperti itu saja tidak bisa bagaiman mau menjadi seorang suami. Ketiga, tinjauan hukum Islam terhadap tradisi mengharuskan mempelai laki-laki menyebutkan aqoid 50 sebelum ijab kabul dilaksanakan, apabila hal tersebut hanya sebagai sebatas tradisi tanpa dikaitkan dengan pernikahan itu dibolehkan dalam Islam, maka hukum aqoid 50 adalah Mubah atau boleh

Implementación de un manual de funciones específicas del pasante en la Cámara de la Industria Automotriz de la ANDI
No full textEn el presente documento se exponen los argumentos, el desarrollo y resultados esperados del proceso de implementación del plan de mejora o manual de funciones específicas para pasante. Esto, tras haber realizado la práctica profesional dentro de la Cámara de la Industria Automotriz de la Asociación Nacional de Empresarios de Colombia, de ahora en adelante, ANDI. Principal agremiación representante del sector privado de Colombia y reconocida por el Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo (MinCIT, 2021).
Inicialmente se evidencian los aspectos generales de la ANDI, tales como: Misión, Visión, Valores, ubicación geográfica y estructura organizacional. De esta manera, al brindar una conceptualización de las funciones y composición de esta agremiación, en general, se facilita el entendimiento de los beneficios de la aplicación del proyecto dentro de la Cámara de la Industria Automotriz. Sustentando la manera en cómo la contribución al mejoramiento del desempeño del pasante, facilita el aprovechamiento de la visión fresca, disruptiva e intrépida, por la que se caracteriza el talento joven (Confama, 2021), fructuoso en procesos de constante evolución. Además, se expone el procedimiento del proyecto, por medio del planteamiento del objetivo general y los objetivos específicos.
Finalmente, se exponen las conclusiones y resultados que traería una primera aplicación de proyecto, junto con una sección de seguimiento de práctica profesional, donde se destacan los logros y experiencia obtenida por el autor durante su pasantía en la Cámara de la Industria Automotriz de la ANDI.This document presents the arguments, development and expected results of the implementation process of the improvement plan or manual of specific functions for interns. This, after having carried out the professional practice within the Chamber of the Automotive Industry of the National Association of Entrepreneurs of Colombia, from now on, ANDI. Main association representing the private sector in Colombia and recognized by the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism (MinCIT, 2021).
Initially, the general aspects of ANDI are evidenced, such as: Mission, Vision, Values, geographic location and organizational structure. In this way, by providing a conceptualization of the functions and composition of this association, in general, the understanding of the benefits of the application of the project within the Chamber of the Automotive Industry is facilitated. Supporting the way in which the contribution to the improvement of the intern's performance, facilitates the use of the fresh, disruptive and intrepid vision, by which young talent is characterized (Confama, 2021), fruitful in processes of constant evolution. In addition, the procedure of the project is exposed, through the approach of the general objective and the specific objectives.

Pendidikan Antropologi Fakultas Ilmu Sosial Universitas Negeri Makassar.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : (1) mengetahui penetapan
waktu, rangkaian serta nilai yang terkandung dalam Ritual Mimmala Matamba
Bulung. (2) mengetahui pengaruh Ritual Mimmala Matamba Bulung terhadap
masyarakat Desa Kaleok Kecamatan Binuang Kabupaten Polewali Mandar . (3)
mengetahui pola pewarisan Ritual Mimmala Matamba Bulung. Dalam penelitian
ini digunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif yang berusaha memahami dan
menafsirkan makna suatu peristiwa interaksi tingkah laku manusia dalam situasi
tertentu menurut perspektif peneliti. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan
menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dengan melibatkan
individu sebanyak 8 (delapan) orang informan.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) ritual Mimmala
Matamba Bulung adalah ritual petani nenek moyang masyarakat Pattae’ yang
bertujuan untuk meminta keselamatan dan kesuburan tanaman, ritual ini dilakukan
setiap bulan Maret atau April setiap tahunnya ketika memasuki masa panen,
tanggal dan lokasi pelaksanaan ritual ditentukan melalui musyawarah antara Imam
(Tokoh Agama), Tomatua (Tokoh Adat), serta perwakilan dari masyarakat
setempat. Perlengkapan ritual adalah sesaji berupa makanan yang disiapkan oleh
masyarakat. (2) ritual Mimmala Matamba Bulung memiliki fungsi sosial-ekonomi
sebagai wujud nilai gotong royong masyarakat agar senantiasa menjaga alam.dari
kerusakan dan sebagai wujud nilai kerukunan dengan menjaga harmonisasi antara
tradisi leluhur dengan ajaran agama Islam. (3) ritual Mimmala Matamba Bulung
diwariskan turun temurun oleh masyarakat dengan peran penting dari Tomatua,
serta tingkat pemahaman masyarakat tentang ajaran Islam sehingga ritual ini
mengalami perubahan dari segi pelaksanaan dan perangkat. Penyesuaian
pelaksanaan ritual dengan ajaran Islam yang dianut masyarakat Pattae’ saat ini
menyebabkan ritual ini masih diterima dengan baik oleh masyarakat setempat.
