No full textKarya sastra yang berspektif feminis adalah upaya pengarang mengutarakan penglihatanya akan peran dan kedudukan perempuan yang didominasi oleh kekuasaan laki-laki. Budaya patriarki yang berkembang dalam masyarakat menimbulkan berbagai dampak. Dampak yang paling nampak dalam kehidupan masyarakat adalah munculnya diskriminasi gender terutama tindak kekerasan terhadap perempuan. Persoalan tersebut juga digambarkan dalam karya sastra, khususnya novel.
Objek penelitian ini adalah novel dengan judul Daun Putri Malu Karya Magdalena Sitorus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mendeskripsikan struktur; (2) mendeskripsikan permasalahan perempuan meliputi Kekerasan terhadap perempuan yang bersifat fisik ataupun Psikis; (3) mendeskripsikan perjuangan perempuan menghadapi ketidakadilan akibat nilai-nilai patriarki meliputi bentuk-bentuk perjuangan dan faktor-faktor pendukung serta penghalang perjuangan perempuan; (4) mendeskripsikan tentang tinjauan kritik sastra feminis pada novel Daun Putri Malu Karya Magdalena Sitorus.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif, suatu metode analisis dengan penguraian secara sistematis, faktual dan akurat mengenai fakta-fakta dan sifat-sifat sumber tertentu. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan feminisme yakni mendeskripsikan perjuangan perempuan yang sesuai dengan objek penelitian. Teori penelitian yang digunakan adalah kritik sastra feminis.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan struktur yang membangun novel Daun Putri Malu karya Magdalena Sitorus. Adapun permasalahan perempuan akibat nilai-nilai patriarki diantaranya kekerasan terhadap perempuan yang bersifat fisik maupun psikis. Perjuangan perempuan terlihat pada bentuk-bentuk perjuangan yang dilakukan tokoh perempuan. Tokoh perempuan dalam novel digambarkan memiliki beberapa faktor pendukung dan penghalang untuk memperjuangkan perempuan. Tinjauan kritik sastra feminis menunjukan adanya perjuangan yang dilakukan perempuan yang semuanya bersifat feminis.
Literary works feminist perspective is the author attempts to express his vision of the role and position of women were dominated by male power. Patriarchal culture that developed in the community cause various effects. The most visible impact in the life of society is the emergence of gender discrimination, especially violence against women. The issue has also been described in the literature, especially the novel.
The object of this study is novel with the title of Daun Putri Malu by Magdalena Sitorus. This study aims to (1) describe the structure; (2) describing the problem violence against women includes women whose physical or psychic; (3) describe the struggles women face injustice as a result of patriarchal values include forms of struggle and enabling factors and barriers women struggle; (4) description of feminist literary criticism review of the novel Daun Putri Malu by Magdalena Sitorus.
This research uses descriptive method, an analytical method with decomposition systematic, factual and accurate information on the facts and the properties of certain resources. The approach used in this study is the approach to feminism that describe the struggles of women in accordance with the object of research. Theory research is feminist literary criticism.
These results indicate that building structure the novel Daun Putri Malu by Magdalena Sitorus. As for women's issues as a result of patriarchal values, including violence against women who are physically and psychologically. The struggles of women seen in the forms of the struggle waged female characters. Female characters in the novel is described as having some of the supporting factors and barriers to fight for women. Proses mengikuti pendidikan di lembaga pendidikan memerlukan sejumlah adaptasi bagi setiap peserta didik secara umum seperti penyesuaian dengan budaya, lokasi belajar dan juga cara belajar. Di awal 2020-an situasi pandemik juga memberikan penyesuaian tambahan khususnya dengan pembelajaran dalam jaringan. Berbagai tantangan dalam mengikuti pendidikan tersebut diantaranya adalah kebutuhan biaya pendidikan. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan penyuluhan kepada sejumlah mahasiswa dan pelajar di Distrik Heram Kota Jayapura. Terdapat tiga puluh lima peserta yang mengikuti kegiatan penyuluhan mengenai informasi beasiswa. Kegiatan dilakukan dengan penyampaian materi penyuluhan, tanya-jawab dan berbagi pengalaman mendapatkan beasiswa. Pemateri utama adalah dari Bapak Boyke Semuel Jufuway, SH, MPP dari Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Provinsi Papua dan pemateri dari anggota tim pengabdian Dr. Ferry R. P. P. Sitorus. G. RINGKASAN ISI :
Kebutuhan untuk membeli apartemen saat ini semakin meningkat seiring dengan jumlah penduduk dan ketersediaan lahan yang semakin terbatas. Situasi ini dimanfaatkan oleh pengembang untuk membangun dan memasarkan apartemen. Proses pembangunan serta pemasaran apartemen tidak selalu berjalan mulus seperti yang diharapkan, dalam kasus yang terjadi pihak pengembang dianggap merugikan konsumen sebagai pembeli unit apartemen karena belum menyelesaikan pembangunan apartemen meskipun unit apartemen telah dibayar sepenuhnya. Oleh karena itu konsumen memutuskan untuk mengajukan pailit terhadap pengembang.
Akibat pailitnya pengembang, seluruh aset yang dimiliki oleh pengembang termasuk gedung apartemen beralih menjadi harta pailit. Hal tersebut juga menyebabkan Perjanjian Pendahuluan Jual Beli (P4TB) milik konsumen menjadi hapus, serta status hukum konsumen pun berubah. Oleh karena itu, penulis mengajukan suatu permasalahan tentang bagaimana perlindungan hukum bagi konsumen selaku pembeli satuan unit apartemen terhadap pengembang apartemen telah dinyatakan pailit?
Metode penelitian yang penulis gunakan adalah metode Penelitian Hukum Normatif dan didukung oleh beberapa pengumpulan data perpustakaan. Setelah dilakukan penelitian, undang-undang telah memberikan perlindungan preventif bagi konsumen, berdasarkan Undang-Undang No. 8 Tahun 1999 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen, pengembang wajib memberikan kompensasi atas kerugian yang diderita konsumen. Namun untuk perlindungan represif yang didasarkan pada Undang-Undang No. 37 Tahun 2004 tentang Kepailitan Dan Penundaan Kewajiban Penyelesaian Utang, disebutkan bahwa jika di dalam suatu perjanjian ada komitmen untuk menyerahkan suatu barang dagangan dalam jangka waktu tertentu dan orang tersebut dinyatakan pailit maka perjanjian tersebut menjadi hapus, setelah dikeluarkannya putusan pailit, pihak lain dapat mengajukan permohonan agar diperlakukan sebagai Kreditur konkuren untuk mendapatkan ganti rugi. UU Perlindungan Konsumen dan UU Kepailitan dalam kasus seperti ini belum memberikan perlindungan yang maksimal kepada konsumen. Pelanggaran hak konsumen memberikan ketidakpastian, dan hal tersebut tetap menjadikan konsumen sebagai pihak yang paling lemah.

G. SUMMARY :
The needs for buy an apartment currently increasing as the population and availability of land becomes limited. This situation is utilized by the developer to build and market apartment. However, the process to build and market an apartment isn’t always run smoothly as expected, in this case the developer is deemed to do harm the consumers as an Apartment Unit’s purchasers because they haven’t completed the apartment construction eventhough the apartment units have been paid in full. Therefore consumers are decided to propose for bankruptcy against the developer.
As a result of the bankruptcy of the developer, all assets that owned by the developer including the apartment building turn become a bankruptcy assets. It also causes the Conditional Sale and Purchase Agreement (P4TB) owned by consumers are terminated as well as the legal status of consumers are changed.
Therefore, the author propose an issue about how the law protect the consumers as an Apartment Unit’s Purchasers in terms the developers has been declared bankrupt?
The research method that author uses for the issue is Normative Law Research methods and supported by some library data collection techniques. After conducted the research, the law has been provided a preventive protection for consumer, based on Consumer Protection Act No. 8/1999, developer as an entrepreneurs are obligated to give compensation for the losses suffered by consumers. But for the repressive protection, which is based on Bankruptcy And Postponement Of Debt Settlement Obligation Act No.37/2004, said that If there is a commitment to deliver a merchandise within certain period and the person declared as bankrupt, the agreement shall become terminated upon the issuance of bankruptcy declaration decision, the other party may file a request that it be treated as unsecured Creditor to obtain compensation. Consumer Protection Act and Bankruptcy And Postponement Of Debt Settlement Obligation Act yet has not provided maximum protection to consumer. The violation of the consumers rights given uncertainty to the consumers, and it still make consumers the weakest party.

The author uses qualitative methods in gathering information through observation and the accumulated results of affective, psychomotor, and cognitive values.
