    El trabajo de investigación presentó como objetivo general: Determinar la influencia de la calidad de servicio en el posicionamiento de la I.E.P. Alexander Graham Bell, Trujillo 2022; estableciendo como formulación del problema ¿Cómo la calidad de servicio influye en el posicionamiento de la I.E.P. Alexander Graham Bell, Trujillo 2022? La investigación es de tipo descriptiva correlacional, enfoque cuantitativo, corte transversal y con diseño no experimental, la muestra estuvo conformada por 81 tutores de la I.E.P. Alexander Graham Bell en el año 2021, para la recolección de datos se desarrolló un cuestionario bajo el método de SERVQUAL y conformado por 34 ítems bajo la escala de Likert, el instrumento fue sometido a un análisis de confiabilidad (Alfa de Cronbach) obteniendo un valor de 0.939 para la variable Calidad de servicio y 0.917 para Posicionamiento, evidenciando una confiabilidad excelente. Se determinó que la calidad de servicio influye en el posicionamiento de la I.E.P. Alexander Graham Bell en un grado positivo fuerte (r=0,823) y tiene un nivel Sig. Bilateral de 0,000<0,05 obtenido a través la prueba no paramétrica de Rho Spearman, permitiendo aceptar la hipótesis alterna: Existe una influencia directa y significativa de la calidad de servicio en el posicionamiento de la I.E.P. Alexander Graham Bell, Trujillo 2022

    La presente investigación titulada, “Aprendizaje cooperativo y resolución de problemas matemáticos en los estudiantes del CEBA Alexander Graham Bell Comas– Lima 2017”, tuvo como objetivo determinar el grado de relación entre el aprendizaje cooperativo y la resolución de problemas matemáticos en los estudiantes del CEBA Alexander Graham Bell Comas– Lima 2017. La investigación obedece a un tipo básico y diseño no experimental, correlacional de corte transversal, habiéndose utilizado un cuestionario y una lista de cotejo, como instrumentos de recolección de datos a una muestra de 100 estudiantes. Luego de haber realizado la descripción y discusión de resultados, habiendo obtenido un coeficiente de correlación de Spearman de 0.325. Se llegó a la siguiente conclusión: El aprendizaje cooperativo se relaciona de manera directa en la resolución de problemas matemáticos en los estudiantes del CEBA “Alexander Graham Bell” Comas– Lima 2017
