El estrés y su relación con el desempeño laboral del personal docente de la Institución Educativa Jesús Alberto Miranda Calle, Moyobamba, 2018
No full textEl objetivo de la presente investigación fue determinar la relación que existe entre el estrés y el desempeño laboral del personal docente de la institución educativa Jesús Alberto Miranda Calle, Moyobamba, 2018. El tipo de investigación fue aplicada, con nivel descriptivo y diseño correlacional con una muestra poblacional de 44 docentes. El procedimiento consistió en la aplicación de los instrumentos a la muestra seleccionada, posteriormente se realizó el análisis estadístico y la prueba de hipótesis mediante el coeficiente de correlación de Pearson. Los resultados indican que el estrés laboral que presenta el personal docente de la institución educativa Jesús Alberto Miranda Calle, en el año 2018, es bajo en un 57%, muy bajo en un 39%; y medio en un 5%; el desempeño laboral que presenta el personal docente de la institución educativa Jesús Alberto Miranda Calle, en el año 2018, es muy bueno en un 52%, y bueno en un 48%. Finalmente se ha llegado a la conclusión que existe relación negativa media o moderada entre el estrés y el desempeño laboral del personal docente en la Institución Educativa Jesús Alberto Miranda Calle, de la ciudad de Moyobamba durante el año 2018, en el año 2018, con siendo explicada el desempeño laboral sólo por el 37.31% de variación de los puntajes del estrés laboral.The objective of this research was to determine the relationship between stress and work performance of the teaching staff of the educational institution Jesús Alberto Miranda Calle, Moyobamba, 2018. The type of research was applied, with a descriptive level and correlational design and with a population sample of 44 teachers. The procedure consisted in applying the instruments to the selected sample, then the statistical analysis and hypothesis testing were performed using Pearson's correlation coefficient. The results indicate that the labor stress presented by the teaching staff of the educational institution Jesús Alberto Miranda Calle, in the year 2018, is low in 57%, very low in 39%, and medium in 5%; the labor performance presented by the teaching staff of the educational institution Jesús Alberto Miranda Calle, in the year 2018, is very good in 52%, and good in 48%. Finally, it has been concluded that there is a medium or moderate negative relationship between stress and work performance of the teaching staff in the Jesús Alberto Miranda Calle Educational Institution in the city of Moyobamba during the year 2018, with work performance being explained by only 37.31% of variation in relation to work stress scores.Tesi

Get PDFLa presente investigación trata de dar respuesta a la hipótesis planteada: La Gestión de los Procesos Dinámicos estará relacionada con el Desempeño Docente en la Institución Educativa “Jesús Alberto Miranda Calle” distrito de Moyobamba, 2018; toda vez que el propósito fundamental de la investigación, estuvo orientado a: Establecer la relación entre la Gestión de los Procesos Dinámicos y el desempeño docente en la Institución Educativa “Jesús Alberto Miranda Calle” del distrito de Moyobamba, 2018
La muestra estuvo constituida por 44 docentes. La técnica muestral que se aplicó fue el: Muestreo por Conveniencia, es decir los sujetos sometidos a la muestra, son seleccionados dadas a la conveniencia, accesibilidad y proximidad de los sujetos al investigador.
La ejecución de la investigación, estuvo enmarcada dentro del tipo No Experimental, el nivel Descriptivo y el Diseño: Correlacional. Producto del procesamiento y análisis estadístico se llegó a las siguientes conclusiones:
• La Gestión de los Procesos Dinámicos en la Institución Educativa “Jesús Alberto Miranda Calle” distrito de Moyobamba, 2018, se encuentra en un nivel correlacional alto; es decir: Bueno
• El Desempeño docente en la Institución Educativa “Jesús Alberto Miranda Calle” distrito de Moyobamba, 2018 se encuentra en un nivel correlacional positiva considerable muy alta; es decir: Eficiente.
• La correlación significativa entre la Gestión de los Procesos Dinámicos y el Desempeño docente en la Institución Educativa “Jesús Alberto Miranda Calle” distrito de Moyobamba, 2018 se encuentra en todas sus dimensiones en un nivel alto, es decir: Bueno.This research seeks to respond to the hypothesis raised: The Management of Dynamic Processes will be related to the Teaching Performance in the Educational Institution "Jesús Alberto Miranda Calle" district of Moyobamba, 2018; since the fundamental purpose of the research, it was oriented to: Establish the relationship between the Management of the dynamic Processes and the teaching performance in the Educational Institution "Jesús Alberto Miranda Calle" from Moyobamba district, 2018.
The sample consisted of 44 teachers. The sampling technique that was applied was: Sampling by Convenience, that is the subjects submitted to the sample, are selected given the convenience, accessibility and proximity of the subjects to the researcher. The execution of the research was framed within the Non Experimental type, the descriptive level and the Design: correlational. The following conclusions were reached as a result of statistical processing and analysis:
• The Management of Dynamic Processes in the Educational Institution "Jesús Alberto Miranda Calle" district of Moyobamba, 2018, is at a high correlational level; that is: Good.
• Teacher performance at the "Jesús Alberto Miranda Calle" Educational Institution district of Moyobamba, 2018 is at a considerable high positive correlation level; that is: Efficient.
• The significant correlation between Dynamic Process Management and Teacher Performance at the Educational Institution "Jesús Alberto Miranda Calle" Moyobamba district, 2018 is in all dimensions at a high level, that is to say: Goo

Los avances en la tecnología han hecho que las redes sociales sean una actividad que ha sobresalido entre sus diferentes usuarios, incorporando cada vez más personas en su uso y debido a ello, más de la mitad de las personas se clasifican como servicios preferidos, es así que su uso se considera un factor de importancia en informar y ayudar a tomar decisiones necesarias con respecto al método anticonceptivo a utilizar. El presente estudio tuvo como objetico establecer la relación entre las redes sociales y la elección de métodos anticonceptivos en adolescentes, Institución Educativa Jesús Alberto Miranda Calle Moyobamba – 2023. Fue una investigación básica, de diseño no experimental, cuantitativa, transversal, descriptivo correlacional, la población fue 152 estudiantes y la muestra estuvo conformado por 60 estudiantes adolescentes, la técnica empleada fue la encuesta y como instrumento el cuestionario. Resultados, el nivel de uso de las redes sociales en adolescentes, fue medio en 81,7 %, nivel alto 16,7 % y nivel bajo 1,7 %, asimismo nivel de selección de métodos anticonceptivos en adolescentes fue medio en 91,7 %, uso bajo 5 % y uso alto 3,3 %. No existe relación entre las dimensiones conocimiento, actitud, comportamiento y exposición del uso de redes sociales con la variable elección de métodos anticonceptivos, (p > 0,05). Se concluye que, no existe relación significativa entre las redes sociales y la elección de métodos anticonceptivos en adolescentes, (p= 0.372), por lo tanto, no hay influencia del uso de las redes sociales con la elección de algún método anticonceptivo.Social networks and choice of contraceptive methods in adolescents, Educational Institution Jesús Alberto Miranda Calle Moyobamba - 2023
Technological adthere’s no influence of networks’s use with the choice of some contraceptive method. Advances in technology have made social networks an activity that has excelled among its different users, incorporating more and more people into its use and due to this, more than half of the people are classified as preferred services, so its use is considered an important factor in informing and helping to make necessary decisions regarding the contraceptive method to use. The objective of this study was to establish the relationship between social networks and the choice of contraceptive methods in adolescents at the Jesús Alberto Miranda Calle Moyobamba Educational Institution - 2023. It was a basic research, non-experimental, quantitative, cross-sectional, descriptive correlational design, the population consisted of 152 students and the sample consisted of 60 adolescent students, the technique used was the survey and the instrument was the questionnaire. Results, the level of use of social networks in adolescents was medium by 81.7%, high by 16.7% and low by 1.7%, and the level of choice of contraceptive methods in adolescents was medium by 91.7%, low by 5% and high by 3.3%. There is no relationship between the dimensions knowledge, attitude, behavior and exposure to the use of social networks and the variable choice of contraceptive methods (p > 0.05). It is concluded that there is no significant relationship between social networks and the choice of contraceptive methods in adolescents (p= 0.372), therefore, there is no influence of the use of social networks with the choice of any contraceptive method

La educación actual enfrenta una serie de retos que obliga a los sistemas educativos de todo el mundo a realizar un replanteamiento de los procedimientos educgativos, pues con la globalización a través de los cambios tecnológicos, políticos y sociales, surgen nuevas exigencias que requieren de una remodelación de las estrategias administrativas y pedagógicas en todos los centros educativos a nivel mundial. El principal factor para llevar a cabo esta reestructuración de los procesos educativos alude a una gestión eficiente del manejo de los recursos humanos, materiales y tecnológicos, con la finalidad de potenciar el aprendizaje de los educandos mediante una enseñanza de calidad. Esto, sin embargo, solo es posible si los directivos y docentes poseen competencias de liderazgo, pues son ellos quienes conducen este proceso en aras de alcanzar una educación enmarcada en la eficiencia y la eficacia, la cual se ha visto muy mermada en los últimos años. El objetivo principal de la investigación apuntó a determinar la asociatividad entre el liderazgo transformacional de excelencia y la gestión de organización inteligente en el centro educativo Jesús Alberto Miranda Calle con Áreas Técnicas, ubicado en la provincia y ciudad de Moyobamba, en el periodo 2019. Esta institución en los últimos años ha presentado problemas de gestión educativa a causa de un deficiente liderazgo transformacional de excelencia. La metodología alude a un estudio básico, con un planteamiento cuantitativo de diseño no experimental, para lo cual se analizó mediante una encuesta a los 30 docentes de dicho centro de educación. Los resultados obtenidos fueron: el liderazgo transformacional de excelencia en dicha institución se ubica en un nivel regular con un 60% de docentes que manifiestan esta situación; así mismo, la gestión de organización inteligentes es regular con un 53.3% de cumplimiento docente. En base a ello, la conclusión de la investigación determinó que existe una asociatividad significativa entre el liderazgo transformacional de excelencia y la gestión organizacional inteligente del centro educativo Jesús Alberto Miranda Calle con Áreas Técnicas, Moyobamba, 2019, pues el valor de Pearson calculado es 0.78, lo cual es superior al valor tabulado de 0.36.Transformational leadership of excellence and intelligent organization management in the Educational Institution "Jesús Alberto Miranda Calle" of Moyobamba, 2019.
Today's education faces a series of challenges that force educational systems around the world to rethink educational procedures, since globalization, through technological, political and social changes, creates new demands that require a remodeling of administrative and pedagogical strategies in all educational centers worldwide. The main factor to carry out this restructuring of educational processes refers to an efficient management of human, material and technological resources in order to enhance student learning through quality education. However, this is only possible if managers and teachers have leadership skills, since they are the ones who lead this process in order to achieve an education framed in efficiency and effectiveness, which has been greatly diminished in recent years. The main objective of the research was to determine the relationship between transformational leadership of excellence and intelligent organizational management with technical areas in the Jesús Alberto Miranda Calle educational center, located in the province and city of Moyobamba, during the 2019 period. In the past few years, this institution has presented educational management problems due to a deficient transformational leadership of excellence. The methodology consists of a basic study, with a quantitative approach of non-experimental design, which was analyzed through a survey of 30 teachers of the mentioned educational center. The results obtained were: transformational leadership of excellence in this institution is at a regular level with 60% of teachers reporting this situation; likewise, the management of intelligent organization is regular with 53.3% of teacher compliance. Based on these results, the conclusion of the research determined that there is a significant associativity between transformational leadership of excellence and intelligent organizational management at the Jesus Alberto Miranda Calle educational center with Technical Areas, Moyobamba, 2019, as the Pearson value calculated is 0.78, which is higher than the tabulated value of 0.36
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis

We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature.
