الحرب الروسية الأوكرانية وتداعياتها على الأمن الغذائي العربي 2024-2022
No full textهدفت الدراسة التعرف على أثر الحرب الروسية الأوكرانية على الأمن الغذائي العربي. وانطلقت الدراسة من فرضية رئيسة مفادها أثرت الأزمة الروسية الأوكرانية بشكل سلبي على الأمن الغذائي العربي ، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والمنهج التاريخي، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج، أهمها: أن كلاً من روسيا وأوكرانيا تمثلان أهمية كبيرة في الأسواق العالمية للغذاء، وقد أثرت الحرب ما بين الدولتين على الدول العربية كونها المستورد الصافي للغذاء من هاتين الدولتين، وتواجه الدول العربية نتيجة للحرب ارتفاعاً في الأسعار العالمية للغذاء (القمح) بسبب ارتفاع تكاليف الشحن والنقل والمحروقات واضطراب سلاسل الإمداد، وانخفاض توريد الحبوب وزيوت الطعام من روسيا وأوكرانيا، وتعتبر مصر من أكثر الدول العربية تأثراً بالحرب الروسية الأوكرانية من منطلق الكثافة السكانية لمصر وانها دولة تعجز عن مواجهة الاحتياجات للشعب من خلال الإنتاج المحلي وذلك أن ارتفاع أسعار البترول عن الموازنة السنوية العامة والذي أدى إلى ارتفاع أسعار المواد الأساسية من السلع والتأثير على قطاع السياحة، وقد وضعت الدراسة عدداً من التوصيات، منها: البحث عن مصادر بديلة وفورية للواردات الغذائية المتضررة من الحرب وتنويعها للوقاية من الازمات المستقبلية والزيادة من المخزون الاستراتيجي من منتجات الغذاء الرئيسة، كما أوصت الدراسة الدول العربية ببناء استراتيجية عربية موحدة للحفاظ على الموارد المائية العربية، وتفعيل التعاون الإقليمي العربي في مجال الأمن الغذائي.
This study aimed to contribute to the Russian-Ukrainian war on Arab food security. The study started from the hypothesis of the main text, “The Russian-Ukrainian crisis partly contributes to Arab food security.” To achieve the objectives of the study, the researchers used both the analytical description approach, and the historical approach, and the case study approach. The study reached a number of results: Brazil and Ukraine represent great importance in Clarity on the global level of food, and the war between the two countries affected the Arab countries, witnessing the net import of food from these two countries. As a result of the war, the Arab countries face an increase in the global level of food (wheat) due to the lack of shipping, transportation, and fuel costs and the disruption of supply lines. The supply of food grains and food oils from Brazil and Ukraine is also considered Egypt is one of the Arab countries most affected by the Russian-Ukrainian war, based on Egypt’s population density, and that it is a country that is unable to meet the needs of the people through local production. This is due to the rise in oil prices above the general annual budget, which led to an increase in the prices of basic commodities and the impact on the tourism sector, as was put in place. The study provides a number of recommendations: Searching for alternative and immediate sources of food imports affected by the war and diversifying them to prevent future crises and increasing the strategic stock of major food products. It is imperative for Arab countries to build a unified Arab strategy to preserve Arab water resources and activate Arab regional cooperation in the of food security
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
