No full textAksoy, Süreyya Elif (Dogus Author) -- Türkçe edebiyatın en önemli yazarlarından biri olan Oğuz Atay, ölümünün 30. yılında Mimar Sinan Güzel Sanatlar Üniversitesi'nde yapılan bir sempozyumla anıldı. Atay'ın, aynı zamanda Türk edebiyatının en sevilen, en geniş okur kesimine sahip yazarlarından biri oluşunu hareket noktası alan sempozyum, Oğuz Atay okurlarını bir araya getirdi, onları Atay'ın arkadaşlarıyla, Atay'ın eserleri üzerine yazılar yazmış eleştirmenlerle ve akademisyenlerle buluşturdu.Hayatının hiç değilse bir döneminde günlük tutmayan yok gibidir. Kimisi bunu yaşam boyu sürdürür. Günlük tutmak henüz çocukluk yıllarında, okul ve aile çevresinde özendirilir. Çocuklara güzel ciltli, kilitli günlükler hediye edilir, tatil dönüşlerinde, "Tatilde neler yaptım?" konulu kompozisyonlar yazmaları istenir. Her bireyin yaşadıklarının önemli ve kayda değer olduğu varsayımından yola çıkıyor olabileceği gibi yaşamak ile yazmanın iç içe geçtiği, modern çağ insanının hayatı okuyarak ve yazarak öğrendiği bir kültürün göstergesi olarak da sayılabilir. ..

Evaluating the potential of multi-temporal Sentinel-1 and Sentinel-2 data for regional mapping of olive trees
No full textOlives are a crucial economic crop in Mediterranean countries. Detailed spatial information on the distribution and condition of crops at regional and national scales is essential to ensure the continuity of crop quality and yield efficiency. However, most earlier studies on olive tree mapping focused mainly on small parcels using single-sensor, very high resolution (VHR) data, which is time-consuming, expensive and cannot feasibly be scaled up to a larger area. Therefore, we evaluated the performance of Sentinel-1 and Sentinel-2 data fusion for the regional mapping of olive trees for the first time, using the Izmir Province of Türkiye, an ancient olive-growing region, as a case study. Three different monthly composite images reflecting the different phenological stages of olive trees were selected to separate olive trees from other land cover types. Seven land-cover classes, including olives, were mapped separately using a random forest classifier for each year between 2017 and 2021. The results were assessed using the k-fold cross-validation method, and the final olive tree map of Izmir was produced by combining the olive tree distribution over two consecutive years. District-level areas covered by olive trees were calculated and validated using official statistics from the Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK). The K-fold cross-validation accuracy varied from 94% to 95% between 2017 and 2021, and the final olive map achieved 98% overall accuracy with 93% producer accuracy for the olive class. The district-level olive area was strongly related to the TUIK statistics (R
2 = 0.60, NRMSE = 0.64). This study used Sentinel data and Google Earth Engine (GEE) to produce a regional-scale olive distribution map that can be scaled up to the entire country and replicated elsewhere. This map can, therefore, be used as a foundation for other scientific studies on olive trees, particularly for the development of effective management practices.</p

No full text06.03.2018 tarihli ve 30352 sayılı Resmi Gazetede yayımlanan “Yükseköğretim Kanunu İle Bazı Kanun Ve Kanun Hükmünde Kararnamelerde Değişiklik Yapılması Hakkında Kanun” ile 18.06.2018 tarihli “Lisansüstü Tezlerin Elektronik Ortamda Toplanması, Düzenlenmesi ve Erişime Açılmasına İlişkin Yönerge” gereğince tam metin erişime açılmıştır.Bu tez, Hasîrîzâde Mehmed Elif Efendi'nin en-Nûru'l-Furkân fî Şerhi Lügati'l-Kur'ân isimli eseri esas alınarak yapılan bir çalışmadır.Giriş bölümünde araştırmamızın konusu ve önemi ile araştırmada kullanılan yöntem hakkında ayrıntılı ve aydınlatıcı bilgiler verilmiştir.Çalışma, üç temel bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde, Hasîrîzâde Mehmed Elif Efendi'nin hayatı, ilmî faaliyetleri ve eserleri hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Bu bağlamda Elif Efendi'nin doğumu, çocukluğu, öğrenim ve öğretim hayatı, resmî görevleri ve yapmış olduğu çalışmalar ana kaynaklara inilerek incelenmiştir.İkinci bölüm ise en-Nûru'l-Furkân fî Şerhi Lügati'l-Kur'ân ile ilgili ayrıntılı inceleme ve tahlil bölümüdür. Bu bölümde müellifin eseri yazarken takip ettiği yöntem, kelimelerin açıklanmasında izlediği yol, başlıklar halinde incelenmiştir. Yine bu bölümde eser, kendisinden önce bu alanda yazılmış olan eserlerle mukayese edilmiştir. Ayrıca Elif Efendi'nin, eserini yazarken yararlandığı kaynaklar üzerinde durularak bunlardan ne şekilde ve ölçüde yararlandığı konusunda bilgiler verilmiştir.Çalışmanın üçüncü ve son bölümünde ise en-Nûru'l-Furkân fî Şerhi Lügati'l-Kur'ân (Elif ve Bâ babları) latinize edilerek bir transkripsiyon çalışması yapılmıştır. Bu bölümde ayrıca ayetlerin yerleri belirlenerek metne eklenmiş eksik ya da yanlış kısımlar belirtilmiştir. Latinize ve transkripsiyon çalışması sırasında metnin aslına mümkün olduğunca sadık kalınmaya çalışılmıştır.The thesis is a work which is based on the book named en-Nûru?l-Furkan fî Şerhi Lügati?l-Kur?an by Hasîrîzâde Mehmed Elif Efendi.In the introduction part, the detailed and illuminative knowledge of the topic, its importance and the methods used in the research are given.The work consists of three basic parts. In the first part, the information of the biography, scientific work and masterpieces of Hasîrîzâde Mehmed Elif Efendi are given. Accordingly, the birth, childhood, education and instruction life, official functions and the work he had done were studied to the basic roots.The second part is the detailed research and analysis section of en-Nûru?l-Furkan fî Şerhi Lügati?l-Kur?an. In this section, the process which was followed by the author while writing the work of art, the way which he used in the explanation of the words were analysed under headings. In addition to this, in this part, the work was compared to the other work which was written on this field beforehand. Besides, the sources which the author benefited from are dwelled upon and how and to which extent he made use of them are detailed.The third and the last part of the study (Elif and Bâ parts) is latinized and study of transcription is made. Also, in this part, the identification of the places of verses is done and the added parts which are missing or inaccurate are stressed. In the study of latinization and transcription, the great attention to stick to the text is tried to be achieved as much as possible
