Şubat 1999-Ekim 2000 tarihleri arasında Sinop ve Samsun ili içsularında belirlenen 181 istasyondan örnekler toplanmış, istasyonların sıcaklık, tuzluluk, pH, elektriki iletkenlik ve bulanıklıkları tespit edilmiştir. Bu çalışma sonucunda, 4 ordo ve 1 1 familyaya ait 19 tür ve 4 alt tür tespit edilmiştir. Bulunan türlerden Limnomysis benedeni Türkiye faunası için yeni kayıttır. Diğer türlerden Palaemon elegans, Palaemon adspersus, Crangon crangon, Carcinus aestuarü, Gammarus komareki, Gammarus uîudagi, Gammarus longipedis, Gammarus balcanicus, Echinogammarus ischnus, Stygobromus ambulans, Orchestia stephenseni, Idotea hectica, Sphaeroma serratum, Paramysis kosswigi verilen lokalitelerde ilk defa tespit edilmişlerdir. Astacus leptodactylus leptodactylus, Potamon ibericum tauricum, Gammarus pulex pulex, Gammarus aequicauda, Niphargus valachicus, Orchestia cavimana, Asellus aquaticus ve Idotea baltica basteri önceden verilen lokalitelerde tekrar tespit edilmişlerdir. The materials were sampled in 181 stations in the freshwaters of Sinop and Samsun region and water temperature, salinity, pH, conductivity and turbidity were measured between February 1999-October 2000. At the end of the study, 19 Malacostraca species and 4 subspecies belonging to 4 order and 1 1 families were recorded. Of the established species Limnomysis benedeni is a new record for the Turkish fauna. Of the other species Palaemon elegans, Palaemon adspersus, Crangon crangon, Carcinus aestuarii, Gammarus kamareki, Gammarus uludagi, Gammarus longipedis, Gammarus balcanicus, Echinogammarus ischnus, Stygobromus ambulans, Orchestia stephenseni, Idotea hectica, Sphaeroma serratum, Paramy&is kosswigi were firstly recorded in given localities, Astacus leptodactylus leptodactylus, Potamon ibericwn tauricum, Gammarus pulex pulex, Gammarus aequicauda Niphargus valachicus, Orchestia cavimana, Asellus aquaticus ve Idotea baltica basteri were found again in their known localities.     Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

    The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

    Variations on the Author

    “Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship

    Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis

    We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature.     Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts

    We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more sophisticated methods

    We have done our best to complete the author checklist relating to the use of animals in the hut study. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used

    Rebaudiosit A, Stevia rebaudiana bitkisinden ekstrakte edilen steviol glikozitlerinden biridir. Tatlılık derecesi sakkaroz ile kıyaslandığında 150-320 kat daha tatlı, kalori değeri ise 0' dır. Bu amaçla, reçel üretiminde sakkaroz ve rebaudiosit A karışımı kullanılarak enerjisi azaltılmış reçel üretimi amaçlanmıştır. % 3.31 oranında maltodekstrin, % 6.63 oranında sakkaroz, % 6.63 oranında eritritol, % 13.27 oranında oligofruktoz, % 3.31 oranında izomalt ve % 0.06 ve % 0.09 farklı iki oranda rebaudiosit A, % 0.33 pektin ve % 0.01 oranında Ca+2 ilave edilerek sırasıyla F2 ve F3 örnekleri ve % 6.63 oranında sakkaroz, % 6.63 oranında eritritol, % 16.59 oranında oligofruktoz, % 3.31 oranında izomalt ve % 0.06 ve % 0.09 farklı iki oranda rebaudiosit A, % 0.33 pektin ve % 0.01 oranında Ca+2 ilave edilerek hazırlanan F4 ve F5 örnekleri ve bir kontrol örneği (%33.3 sakkaroz) hazırlanarak örneklerinin renk, suda çözünür kuru madde, viskozite, titrasyon asitliği ve pH değerleri analiz edilmiş, HPLC ile reçel örneklerindeki rebaudiosit A miktarı ve HMF miktarı belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca reçel örneklerinin görünüş, renk, koku, akışkanlık, tat ve lezzet ve tekstür özellikleri duyusal olarak incelenmiş olup istatistiki olarak değerlendirilmiştir. Çilek reçeli örneklerinin renk değerlerinden L* değeri 35.66-47.46, a* değeri 44.34-51.11, b* değeri 39.34-45.88, C* değeri 59.27-68.68, h değeri 41.60-42.73, SÇKM % 60.5-62.8, viskozite 0.289-0.501 Pa.s, pH 3.57-3.73, T.A. % 0.53-0.57, HMF 4.31-18.24 mg/kg, rebaudiosit A % 0.090-0.150 aralığında belirlendi. Duyusal analiz sonucunda ise panalistler tarafından rebaudiosit A ile hazırlanan reçel örneklerinin kabul edilebilirliği daha yüksek puan almıştır. Çilek reçeli örneklerinin farklı formülasyonları arasında renk, SÇKM, HMF, viskozite değerleri için istatistiki bakımından önemli bulunmazken pH ve T.A. değerleri için istatistiki bakımından P˂0.05 seviyesinde önemli olduğu belirlenmiştir. Reçel örneklerinin farklı formülasyonlar açısından rebaudiosit A (%) değeri için ise istatistiki bakımından P˂0.01 seviyesinde önemli olduğu belirlenmiştir. Duyusal özelliklerinden görünüş, renk, koku, tat ve lezzet, tekstür özellikleri üzerinde istatistiki bakımından önemli bulunmazken akışkanlık özelliği üzerinde ise P˂0,05 seviyesinde önemli olduğu belirtilmektedir.Rebaudioside A is one of the steviol glycosides extracted from the Stevia rebaudiana plant. Degree of sweetness is 150-320 times sweeter compared to saccarose and the calorific value is "0". For this purpose, by using the mixture of saccarose and rebaudioside A in jam production, it has been aimed to the jam production whose energy is reduced. F2 and F3 samples are respectively prepared by adding 3.31 % maltodextrin, 6.63% saccarose, 6.63% erythritol, 13.7% oligofructose, 3.31 % isomalt, 0.06% and 0.09% rebaudiosid A, 0.33% pectin and 0.01% Ca + 2. F4 and F5 samples are prepared by adding 6.63% saccarose, 6.63% erythritol, 16.59 oligofructose, 3.31 % isomalt, 0.06% and 0.09% rebaudioside A, 0.33% pectin and 0.01% Ca+2 and a control (33.3 % saccarose) is prepared. Color, soluble solids, viscosity, titratable acidity and pH values of thesamples have been analyzed and rebaudiosid A and HMF amounts and HPLC in jam samples have been determined. While color values of the strawberry jam samples are detected as L* value were determined between 35.66-47.46, a* value between 44.34-51.11, b* value between 39.34-45.88, C* value between 59.27-68.68, h value between 41.60-42.73, Brix Degree between 60.5-62.8, viscosity between 0.289-0.501 Pa.s, between pH 3.57-3.73, T.A. between 0.53-0.57 %, HMF between 4.31-18.24 mg/kg, rebaudioside A % 0.09-0.15. As a result of sensory analysis, acceptability of jam samples prepared with rebaudioside A by panelists has received a high point. While color, soluble solid, HMF, viscosity values of strawberry jam samples among the different formulations are not considered as significant statistically, pH and TA values are determined as significant statistically at the level of P˂0.05. rebaudioside A value (%) of rebaudioside A used in the formulation of jam samples has been determined as significant statistically at the level of P˂0.01. The sensory characteristics of appearance, color, smell, taste and flavor, texture are not considered as significant statistically, it is determined that fluidity behaviour is significant at the level of P˂0,05.SÜBAP Tarafından 14201035 Nolu Proje İle Desteklenmiştir
